Hotel is ok, staff were very nice. Not the cleanest. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE HERE. VALET IS CRAZY EXPENSIVE. if you have a car, you’re stuck with the $50 a day valet prices. Which is insanely high.

Didn’t like no pool or microwave in room

Like the courtyard even though some construction tape was up. It was a great space for us to play games instead of being cramped in our rooms. The rooms were nice and clean overall. I was not to fond of the elevator not having any air as it took a while for it to get to each floor. On those hot days, that was rough.

Did not like the fact that valet parking took over a hour to get car on check out day.

The interior of the property was immaculate! Our room was clean and exceptionally comfortable. Parking is tricky here. It took nearly an hour for us to get our vehicle out of valet. This was no fault of the valet attendants. They did their best. I would have appreciated more information about parking options, especially because the hotel is located near major entertainment venues. The street and municipal parking rules varied due to special events; something unfamiliar out of towners wouldn’t know.

Great location near Progressive Field, Rocket Arena, and JACK Casino. The only issue is parking situation. Valet is pricy ($50) and there is only 2-hour street parking in the entire area. Parking garage across the street is around $30 a day.

Everyone was friendly, room was clean, shower was nice. Gym was adequate. Only thing I didn’t like was parking situation. Was added expense did not know about.

Perfect location if you're going to the rocket Arena or the ball field. Nice restaurants within walking distance, although a few have closed over the years. Behind the hotel in a very private courtyard, they have a nice sitting area that very few seem to use. There is a nice bar restaurant attached, although it was very understaffed but the food was excellent

I liked that it was in a convenient location. Staff and valet were nice. The beds were comfy. My only complaint was it was very noisey outside because of bars nearby and I don't feel like our room was properly cleaned before arrival. There was hair all over the bathroom and one of the beds had what looked like blood stains on the sheet.

Me and my wife come to Cleveland for one night getaways. And stayed at a lot of hotels there. And this is by far the worst hotel in downtown Cleveland. Absolutely dirty and filthy. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, with what looks like dirty hand prints on the walls, also the broken shower door really added to the experience. The rug underneath and around the bed feels oily like it has never been vacuumed, the old food crumbs was a nice touch. We tried to let that go but when we got back to the room for the night, it felt like the bedding hadn't been washed between guests, we both started to feel itchy. So around 130AM we decided to check out and get the hell out of there. When we checked out, the lady at the desk asked how was our stay. I simply said horrible. She literally giggled and said "Yeah?" That was it. Not even a apology. Side note. When you valet there, your car just sits there in the road in front of the hotel lol. Booked for one night August 23rd 2025.

Hotel Indigo Cleveland, Ohio 7/25-28 I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the Blossom Music Center. While I appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms, I was disappointed with several cleanliness issues. Initially, I encountered a discolored and stained bathtub, which led me to request a room change. Unfortunately, the new room also had its own concerns — the duvet cover appeared stained and seemed unclean, with visible makeup or similar marks, despite not wearing any makeup during my stay. Additionally, the fabrics throughout the hotel did not seem fresh, and there was an extra bed parked outside my room for three days, which was not removed promptly. The hallway carpet was also noticeably dirty, with debris remaining on the floor for the duration of my stay, indicating that it wasn't vacuumed regularly. My experience in the hotel restaurant was similarly disappointing. I felt rushed by the server, who attempted to close out the bill while we were still eating. She began clearing dishes and kept handling the billfold, which made us feel hurried and uncomfortable. Overall, my stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped, and I believe there are areas that could benefit from improved cleanliness and customer service. I hope these comments help the hotel address these issues for future guests. I did feel safe and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful when called upon.

Great location, clean room, soft bed.

The bathroom was very disappointing. It was dirty, the walls were dirty, there was hair on the towels. It was gross. The room itself was okay but there was something sticky on the counter under the tv.

I stayed for two nights and was very disappointed that my room was never cleaned during my stay. No fresh towels, no trash removal, and no basic housekeeping service. For the price I paid, I expected much better. This lack of attention to guest comfort really affected my overall experience. I won’t be staying here again.

The room was fantastic, but the bathroom was ok. There was hair left on floor and in the shower. Looked the lobby. Front desk was very friendly and valet was great!!! Would come again if bathroom was a more clean

The bathroom was dirty and we found under garments and socks in the drawer that were not ours . When I complained to the staff they brushed it off like it was ours . Also my right year old niece came down to breakfast the last day with a water and they said she couldn’t come in because of WATER . She’s eight! So we didn’t use our vouchers be was told we could get out refunded since we would not be using our breakfast voucher for the second day . Also the reservation didn’t say the would charge up 100 dollars a day for incidentals , 45 dollars a day for parking and when I said it was for my birthday nothing was replied . I got my entire family to book this trip and similar issues were for them as well .

Very clean, modern and spacious room. Staff friendly and available to help. I had some wifi issues, but otherwise the best hotel in my two week Midwest trip.

Bed was super comfy!!

Great location for the ballpark and bars /restaurants. The remote for tv didn’t work so we couldn’t turn on the tv. Elevator noise was a bit annoying but manageable. We also didn’t get housekeeping service. We’d stay there again but would look for other options first.

Very comfortable bed. The AC unit was kind of annoying, very loud turning on and off throughout the night waking me up. Very convenient location to walk to Rocket Arena, many restaurants and short drive to the RRHF. We would not hesitate at all to stay there again for sure.

The hotel is centrally located next to multiple venues that are within walking distance. The hotel room was below average offering decent space, but it had multiple issues. First, the fixtures in the bathroom were broken or loose. Secondly, it was difficult to get extra towels. The room only had two towels but I had a family of four. I asked at the front desk but was told they didn’t have any available at that time. Fortunately, there was a housekeeper working on our floor that hooked us up. Lastly, there was an incredible amount of street noise in the middle of the night making it difficult to sleep through the night.

The room I had, 315, was by a giant compressor that whirred all nite. And inside the building was a grinding noise every 3 minutes. Every time. Awful stay. Not there on rear of building. Awful!!!!

This hotel feels like it is slept on in downtown Cleveland and really is a great find! Right across the street from Rocket Arena, and a 5 minute walk to East 4th. The nearby dining options are great. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and lots of space to store items away in the room. The Keurig with a variety of pods to choose from was a nice touch. Shower is great for tall people - the shower head is mounted at about 7 feet and has a handheld, which is unheard of in hotel properties. Will absolutely stay again.

The location is great. The rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear everything going on in the hallway including elevators, people walking by, and loud people just hanging out in the hallways? Courtyard was closed. The staff was wonderful though.

Great location and wonderful staff. Front desk was very accommodating. Valet service was excellent. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Cleveland for an event at the Rocket center.

Staff was amazing, went above and beyond to help us with our late night decision. Very friendly all around, highly recommend for everyone.

Service was top notch. Donnie was extremely flexible with the valet service, Jonathon was great for local info, and Michael set the tone at check-in. I visited this hotel in order to scout and evaluate for my upcoming bachelor/bachelorette party next June. Hotel Indigo completely fits the bill and I will be reaching out to their sales associate to start making plans for our celebration. Highly recommend this hotel. Despite being so close to the baseball stadium and concert venues, the team at Indigo does all they can to make the guest experience as frictionless as possible

The stay overall was really great! My son and I were in town for a Cavs game and the arena was diagonal from the hotel. The price was more than reasonable considering the NBA playoffs were going on. Valet attendants were helpful in explaining the parking options and the room and hotel were very nice. My only complaint was the check in. The worker seemed disinterested and I wasn't informed how much the deposit was... it was just a lackluster interaction.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown and had a mixed experience. First, I want to commend the staff—they were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming, which made a big difference. That said, the hotel itself could use some updating. The decor and amenities felt a bit tired, and while everything was clean and functional, it lacked the modern touch you’d expect from a downtown property. The real disappointment, however, was the valet service. Upon checkout, it took an entire hour for them to retrieve my car. There was no communication, no apology, and absolutely no sense of urgency. Watching staff casually stroll around while guests waited was frustrating and unacceptable. It left a sour note on what could have been a much more pleasant departure. If you’re staying here, enjoy the hospitality—but be prepared to make alternate plans for parking.

45 minutes to valet our car. But almost 2 HOURS to get our car out of valet. NEVER stay here if you have a car. Horrible. STAFF does not care. Very rude.

The check in was a bit frustrating because we were on time but the room was not ready for another 90 minutes and even then it wasn't so I had to take 2 queen beds instead of a king which was fine. My husband waited in the valet lane for 90 minutes also. Apparently there was a country singer concert later that evening and everyone was checking in at once. Unfortunately the valet guys were disorganized so that did not make the process go any smoother. Once we were checked in, though, everything was great. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and I had the best spinach omelet I have ever had from the headliner restaurant.

The hotel is very nice. My room smelled so nice and was exceptionally clean. The only thing that I wasn’t too happy about was when I was checking in. I knew I needed to pay for valet. When I brought this to the hotels attention, I was told it would be included in the original charge they were charging me. I paid the fee and went on my way to enjoy my stay. Upon check out, I was informed that I would have to pay the valet fee. I advised the staff members that I had already paid it. They stated did they give me a receipt? I stated that they did not. The staff member stated to give them a few moments to check due to their computer issues. After they were able to bring up my account, they stated that valet was charged to my room. I stated (and showed them that it was already paid via bank transaction). The hotel staff stated the charge I was showing was “incidentals” and that I order for me to get my car, I would have to pay the $54. I paid the additional $54 and received my car. I booked this hotel through hotel.com and was expecting to only pay the $54 valet fee not an extra $60. They gave no clarification regarding “incidentals” to me.

Property was convenient and clean. Valet was a mess and took us 2 hours to get checked in the valet. Then it took 30 minutes to get a room, not sure why as it was 6pm and check in the 4pm. I requested sheets for the pull out sofa at 6:15pm and had to go down to the lobby at 11pm to get it myself. If you dont mind the extremely long wait for valet and slowness then this hotel is great and very convenient.

It started off chaotic because the street was closed off due to a Guardians game, so it was very difficult to get to the location. However, the valet attendant was very nice and helped us get parked once we finally made it to the hotel. check-in was pretty seamless and he upgraded us for the inconvenience. The only slightly negative things would be the elevators are extremely hot when you’re on them and it took about 20 minutes for the hot water to come on in our room. Outside of that we had a great stay. The location was amazing. It was literally across the street from the Rocket Arena, which was very convenient since we’re not familiar with the area. The attendant in the restaurant was very nice and helpful with suggestions. I just wish there were a few more selections to choose from. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves and we will return to this hotel in the future.

Location was perfect!! Visited Cleveland to watch Guardians baseball. Progressive field is about a three minute walk. Location also perfect for other sites to see like Browns stadium, Cav's Arena, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, museums, and other beautiful landmarks. Hotel staff was accommodating, friendly, and personable. Rates great for the location. I would definitely stay there again.

We went for a quick couples trip to see the Cavs play. The convenient location made this ideal for us! We used their valet parking which was fast and seamless. The hotel was right next to restaurants which made it even better! The whole hotel was very clean and modern. Our room was spacious,very clean, and well furnished, with a desk area and a sofa, as well as a mini fridge. We ate breakfast the next morning at the hotel's own cozy restaurant. It was delicious. All of the staff, from valet, to restaurant staff, to the front desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again!

Dry kind, and extremely helpful front desk staff. Also, very friendly service at The Headliner restaurant. Food was so good there. Chef knew what the hell he’s doing. Spare ribs were out of control. Burger was phenomenal.

We stayed two nights at the Indigo Hotel in Cleveland. Overall, the stay was fine, but there were a few disappointing aspects. There was no complimentary coffee offered in the morning, which was surprising for a hotel in this price range. In fact, when my husband tried to get a cup on Sunday morning, he was scolded by a staff member in a way that felt accusatory—as if he were stealing it. It was an uncomfortable experience. In the room, the shower curtain was too short, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. This created a safety hazard that definitely needs attention. On the positive side, the girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the paid parking setup ran smoothly and efficiently.

A very inviting and comfortable hotel within walking distance of the city’s top attractions, nightlife and public transportation. Although there is a restaurant, I didn’t have time to try it. Nice little bar with a welcoming bartender, Chuck. Staff is top notch: helpful, friendly and always visible. Given that I make annual visits to Cleveland, I think I found a home away from home.

The stay was great bed were comfortable. Only down falls the parking is insane and if you don’t want to pay $54 for valet you have to park across the street in a parking garage. Also the buffet not being free is annoying. My friend just wanted coffee and they charged her $5 for a cup of coffee.

Property was withon blocks of everything i wanted to see, mainly progressive field. Hotel had a great breakfast and bar for a late night snack.

The hotel itself was nice , the room and bed was fabulous. The staff on the other hand was very rude . The morning breakfast was a joke , breakfast ended at 10:30 we arrived at the table at 10:12 and were told we need to order right now because the grill was closing . The waitress literally yelled at us to order our food , and kept reiterating how lucky we are that we made it to breakfast on time . The waitress cut me off 3 times while I was trying to order food to tell me to hurry up . We received our Belgian waffles that I ordered but didnt really want because i was pressured to order, the waffles were still raw dough in the middle. There were 4 of us at the table and every one of us felt uncomfortable , and un-welcomed I have been in customer service for years and this experience was one of the worst I've ever seen .

Nice hotel. The restaurant was great. Our hostess/bartender/waitress was amazing. We chatted with her while enjoying our meal. Valet parking is the way to go.

Property was nice. Restaurant was subpar. French onion soup looked like dish water and had no flavor. Onions were cooked soft. Not caramelized.
