The place is laid back. The rooms are clean. The staff is impeccable. There are a few amenities missing, is... Coffee maker, in room. No laundry room, one working ice machine, no ice bucket in room. Sheets on bed and what seems to be a comforter is like parachute material. It\'s turning cold outside and bedding not soft or warm for winter months. The office has coffee every morning and cream and sugar might be a little cold tho, just depends. And like just about every hotel, stingy as hell with the towels, and toilet paper is millionaire paper so soft and cushiony I couldn\'t fit it between my cheeks to wipe, and you better not flush more than two sheets at time or backup is imminent.For the price, compared to surrounding places. Good deal. And the view from the bench in the parking lot overlooking valley below is Amazing. At sunset it\'s Amazing. And in the morning the back of the place is enchanting , it\'s nothing but a steep quarry rock wall littered with shrubbery and a few trees. But, the birds singing and the fresh air early is calming . Lying in bed I hear what I used to call aggravating squaking of sparrows and starlings. Cheep cheep. Disturbing my slumber, or my narrow minded dreams. Now, my guardian angel wakes me with Songs of Hope. Pleasant Travels People. Me and Mama kicking it across Cleveland and it\'s burbs we long to be UN-HOMELESS.To wash up on a permanant landing place and grow with our children\'s creative,bright,open view of others, in "Your Normal World"

Well. It could definitely use an upgrade and maybe more staff. The front desk attendant was on the phone whilst checking us in. So no words spoken. Just finger points and nods. Place looks like a dump. Ice machine is destroyed. Trash all over. Doors don’t fully lock. And it smells bad. $200 for a crappy nights sleep. Not worth it

Stayed for a night. First I was provided with a room full of smoke. On approaching front desk, staff was courteous to change the room. This one was in the much better condition. But the property itself seems to be very old one. Facilities should be improved.

This property was absolutely the worst property i have ever visited. The room was filthy with a footprint on the wall, mold all over the bathroom, the cove base was coming off the wall, and the airconditioner was so dirty we couldnt read the on/off or temp. The room smelled horrendous, like mold. Never again. No stars was not an option or that would ha e been my answer.

The room we were given 102 was dusty the rug had not been vaccumed, the curtain rod was broken and i had to wedge it into a little space to keep them closed for privacy, the refrigerator/freezer had a chunk of in it not letting the door close, when i asked for an ice bucket i was given 1 that smelled of chemicals, like it was just cleaned, we ended up using a plastic grocery bag to get ice from the ice machines and fill the sink in order to keep our beverages cold.The bathtub had black mold at the base of trim and the shower curtain was brown and dirty. I had asked for another room but the hotel was completely booked. We were there for a concert and was unable to book anywhere else. I took pictures but cannot add them to this.

Room was not cleaned before our arrival. Hairs on the towels, used towels in the washroom, dead bugs on the floor, yellow stains in the toilet, and a really foul looking spill down one of the cabinets. We avoided the room at all costs on our trip and it made for a very unpleasant stay, unfortunately.

Dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bottoms of my feet were filthy from walking around in there. There was dried pee on the toilet seat and random sunflower seed shells and whatnot on the floor. I'm not sure if they cleaned the room at all before I got there, other than making the bed. I'll never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

The staff were wonderful. The late night partying of other guests was awful. Had to call the front desk for noise complaint at 12pm. Called the cops at 4:43am the same night for blaring car radio. Totaly inconsiderate. The room door axtra security lock was broke and first hole in the wall. Cheap , buy next time I'll pay more for lodging so I'm safer.

The room was nice and large enough to be able to walk around comfortable. The bed was comfortable, only wish they had a blanket on it since it got a little chilly and more pillows. For only a one-night stay, it was good and reasonable price for our trip.

Desk clerk was great but the room was terrible. 1st the door was open, not cracked but open. Later i noticed all the vacant room doors were open/cracked which i found very strange. Later that night i froze my ass off because despite being set at 80 the thermostat kept pumping out cold air and there was no comforter on the bed just a sheet. If i was staying more than 1 night i would of gotten a refund and went across the road to LaQuinta

Every time I use you the room I get is not as nice as the other rooms. This time we were in the back of the building where all the maintenance guys live. Very noisy. Complained to the manager and it quited down. Same thing happened last time

The first room (king) that I reserved was horrible. The ac didn’t work, curtains were torn and it wasn’t clean. We switched to a 2nd room that had double beds. It had a very strong cleaning agent smell. We opened the door to get it out. The ac was on its last legs, the room floor was dirty and sticky, the phone was there but no plug for it, the alarm clock didn’t work. I took it to the office where the guy at the office said he would get us on since I needed it to get me up for an appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. I never heard a word from him. I had to get my brother to call me. I will never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone !!!!!!’

When I arrived they claimed they had not received my reservation. I showed them the confirmation and they gave me a room. I was awaken shortly after 11 pm with the desk person saying they had no reservation from hotels.com and they wanted my credit card. I again advised them that I already paid and would not pay twice. The next morning on checking out, they still wanted paid I advised them to contact hotel.com they had my confirmation information

The check in staff was very rude and was dressed unprofessionally. I felt like I was a bother. The room itself did not have a top latch to lock the door and the door was flimsy. We were moved but again, were looked as if we were a bother. It really set the tone for the stay.

First off the receptionist was very nice about the situation. I was not very happy or pleased. I had a room paid for through expedia. It said check in time was anytime. I got there around 1 am. They said they were sold out and overbooked. She pulled up my information. I said I paid for a room. She said you paid expedia's account and they will reimburse you because it wasn't actually charged to expedia's account to the hotel. So it was late at night and I was out a room to stay. If they were overbooked aheads up would be nice so I could find another hotel instead of showing up to one I paid for and not have a room for the night. I never had an issue with expedia before until last night (August 3).

Stayed here, wasn’t the safest area and very dirty environment. My car was broken into while I stayed for a concert. I asked for an extra night then decided to come home. Not guaranteed a refund. I purchased through the hotel the extra night.

Only one towel in room, no actual duvet in cover, lacking toilet paper, and broken curtains when checked in. Cops arrested and forcefully removed people in nearby room. Lots of people in parking lot smoking and loitering. Overall felt very unsafe.

We got there to spend one night around 5pm. Reception was locked and the receptionist had to come open the door. After check in: The bedroom door was slightly opened when we got there. Bedroom was clean Bathroom was “clean”, bathtub is old and all stained with browish color Place does not look like a family establishment. Over night we heard people screaming outside in front of our door, people fighting, threatening to kill each other. Cops showed up. Next day, cops were there again. We just did our check out and left. We picked this place bc it was pet friendly and between the prices of low $64 to high $200 per night in the area. I would not recommend or stay at this place ever again! It was scary and unsafe for my family and it costed over $100!

Room floors were sticky. An old sock was behind bathroom door when I closed it. No coffee available in the morning. No cream for coffee, just the chemical whitener. Hot water was just warm and no tea bags.

The coffee was good. I had to move rooms 3 times. I paid for 2 kings and ended up in a twin room. I'm extremely disappointed. Never again. I'd like to be compensated. I have pictures and videos to prove it.
