Red Roof Inn Chicago-OHare Airport Arlington Hts

Busted AC over a humid weekend. Poor water pressure. Shower kept malfunctioning and switching between hot and cold water at such an irregular rate I ended up taking a bath in what ended up being room temperature water. This was also after a manager was told the hot water wasn't working and came to inspect the water and though the short burst of hot water was acceptable. Toilet cant flush properly. Room was in such unclean state of affairs with chewed gum and junk leftover from past tennants and uncleaned surfaces we thought the risk of bedbugs was astronomically high. Stay at your own risk. Obviously a centralized ghetto and used for people desperate for any sort of short term housing.

I prepaid, but they had to call Expedia to get a credit card number to accept my payment

Worst place I’ve ever seen in my life. I did NOT stay here and they won’t refund either. Would definitely advise to stay far far away.

⸻ I had a pleasant stay at, Red Roof Inn — Arlington Heights, IL. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and very accommodating during check-in, which made a great first impression.

I just overslept for 6 hours and they didn't return my deposit
