There is self parking available, and you receive a parking pass, which I find comforting, only vehicles authorized are allowed on the property. The rooms are kept clean and stocked, and the housekeeping staff is polite. I only rated them a 4 because I had a noise complaint which was handled oddly, I simply asked if the children in a room were being supervised because they had been unruly for 4 hours and was advised by the desk clerk that she wasn't at liberty to share that information. Upon arrival, you sign a noise ordinance. If she knew or didn't know, she made no effort to resolve the noise complaint, instead her superior handled the issue, which my husband and I felt was a bit much, because she could have made the same call to the room that her superior did. All in all, the staff is friendly and will answer any inquiry if they can. And they don't give information that is not across the board. If you have pets or children, the property is well lit for walking your dog and the window sills are comfortable for cats and small dogs. There is no smoking in the rooms, but they have ashtrays placed in several locations close to the doors in well lit areas, so alone or with a group, you can feel safe.
