Don't bother. The staff is rude, the hotel itself is old, no elevator and it looks like a in patient rehab center or a homeless shelter with its beds up on basic metal frames. Really bad. Avoid.

The front desk was very accomodating when we found out we were on the second floor and there was no elevator. We were put on the first floor which was great for two ladies with bad knees!

Desk kind , courteous, very helpful with activities in area during the Memorial holiday. Security parking lot and double door entrance to floor. Excellent stay. Good location for stores ect

The rooms were simple and clean. Parking lot was well lit for safety. Employees were friendly and kind. Great area to stay in. It is safe and there are a ton of restaurants within 10 minutes or less of the hotel. Great value!

The hotel was run down. There was no elevator. The hallways smelled like urine. The room was extremely small. There was a horrible order that was tried to be covered up by over powering air freshener. I wasn't there long and had a horrible headache. I had to find a different hotel.

Room was no frills, but was clean, with a queen bed, had refrigerator, microwave, and a small tv, which was all I needed due to the majority of my time spent on the opposite side of Chicago for the duration of my trip. There was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. This motel does have quiet hours. They do not have an airport shuttle, but are near a Pace bus stop to get to CTA or you can order an Uber/Lyft. If I had to come towards Chicago impromptu/spur of the moment I would stay here again, but because I fly in and my family, distant friends, and former classmates stay in/closer to the heart of Chicago, I would go where shuttle service is available and unlimited or in the city. Overall, I do recommend staying here.

Good bang for the buck. My room was by a well use stairwell and the heavy commercial door's door closure was adjusted so it would swam every time someone would go in-and-out of the stair well at least 50 times A-day would wake me up and disturb me at all hours..

All the doors have a "slow close" mechanism on top, all of those were broken so all night long those doors would SLAM every time someone went out. Car alarms going off, loud, ants on floor 1.

They only have 2 pillows on the bed that are so flat I don’t know why they bothered. The bed was SO uncomfortable I could hardly sleep and woke up feeling so sore.

Staff was rude and did not communicate that there was a deposit for stay so I did not get to get a room waist of time and very inconvenient did not try and solve problem made it worst very unprofessional.

Why wouldn't they post that there's a mandatory security deposit of $50 so yeah the rates online are low but you have to pay that security deposit now I have to wait five to seven business days to get my $50 deposit back, and the front desk was terrible the lady was on their phone for like 12 minutes while I was standing in the lobby seeing myself on the cameras watching the camera switch off to the somewhere else for 12 minutes switch back to me and here she comes from the office to check me in

I was guite disappointed with overall experience. Most of the staff were distant and not exactly cordial. At the end the manager tried to convince me that i had not paid a deposit. I was livid and was forced to call corporate. They found my deposit in seconds and called the manager who in turn admitted he had made a mistake. That's the first time i had used Motel 6 and I'm sure it's probably the last.

I haven’t stayed at this location for several years because the staff was always unbelievably horrible. Just rude, dismissive, unprofessional and unfriendly. I thought that perhaps now it might be a little different, maybe some different people there. Thing is, while it did seem to be different employees from who I remember, they were actually just as horrible as the ones I remember from before. I actually over heard the front desk person tell a guest who inquired over the availability of drinking water to drink out of his bathroom sink. I’m sorry… what? It’s a shame, because the property itself is actually not terrible and is fairly clean. But oh my God. The people working there… Do better, Motel 6.

I stayed for one night at Motel 6 because my house didn't have any power. No complaints because I always visit this location once in awhile It's always nice and quiet area. The 606 Pace Bus is convenient to get to the Blue Line and Woodfield Mall.

Great stay for July 4th. Just wanted to be near the Parkway Bank Park at Rosemont to see the fireworks show that happens every Thursday over the summer. I got there by taking the 606 Pace Bus to Rosemont, then the free entertainment shuttle. Overall, no complaints. I've been staying here often and is a nice and quiet area with reliable transportation to the CTA Blue Line and Woodfield Mall.

Lots of dining down the road. Near-ish to airport so lots of planes overhead but you couldn’t hear them from the room so they didn’t keep us up. They did not provide shampoo or conditioner even after asking but there was a Walmart near by so it was okay. Overall good, would stay again :)

Good, basic hotel. Nothing fancy but worth the money. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet. I felt safe walking my dog around the vicinity of the hotel, but a short walk away it does become a little sketchy. Would stay again though!

I liked that everything was clean, and the vending machines. I liked the price of the room. I liked that the room had ac, heat, microwave, fridge. I didnt like that some of the vending didnt take change, and the vending items were overpriced. No shampoo, hair dryer, coffee maker, no free breakfast provided. Lighting in room not very bright. TV is very small. Hotel stay should make a person feel special, pampered, get away from daily life. This didn't happen for me. I will try to avoid this hotel from now on and pay a little more to get more.

Well, it's a no-frills experience. No breakfast, no room service, no stairs. But the staff was nice, the room was clean, and there's a Dennys nearby. Would stay again.
