Staff knew only one answer to my questions....NO! very rude at times and not helpful. room was clean but the location is noisy due to major intersection. no breakfast just lousy coffee.

The outside of the property was littered with garbage, cigarette butts and dog poop. There were continuous cars racing outside. The room was clean but there was no frig or microwave. The bathroom was so small you had to stand sideways to close the door

Standard room.. beds /pillows very comfortable . Traffic noise- you can hear clearly ( though window), but quite between rooms. We have or fur baby with us, couldn’t hear other dogs barking. Easy to find/ good parking.

I had a great experience staying at the Red roof inn. The room I stayed in was very clean. I loved the modern decor. The heat was perfect . The lightning in the room I stayed in was so comfortable for my eyes I had everything I needed. I always had fresh towels. The front desk staff was amazing! The front staff answered all my questions very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend staying here. I will stay here again.

Dirty room, dirty linen and bedding. Bed not changed from previous guest just refilled. There were wet stains and body hair on bedding. I went to Costco and bought a bed in a bag because there were no other rooms available. Noisy guests drinking and smoking in the walkway outside the room until past 2 am. Don’t stay here unless there is no where else to stay.

Unfortunately when I checked into my room the bedding was filthy and the sheets were covered in hair I immediately notified the front desk and was given another room upon checking my 2nd room I observed that the air conditioner was broken missing the face of the air conditioner it didn’t work how it was supposed to but at that point I was in deep need of a place to sleep for the night so I didn’t complain the bedding was clean so that was okay with me.

Wifi is really horrible. Biggest problem i had with my stay. Even at 4am it was really slow orbquit working. Under 75, it was a good room. Just assume no internet

Fresh paint and furniture but still older motel. My room card got erased three times and had to be reprogrammed at the desk. Apparently so weak it can’t go in your pocket with a phone. Ended up storing in a paperback book to keep it protected. The wall unit heater/AC was challenging to find a comfortable setting. No auto adjusting to a desired temperature. Either oven or freezer.

We were looking for a low-cost hotel close to the highway. Red Roof Inn Plus met those requirements and staff was friendly, the rooms have recently been upgraded to a modern chic style, and it was quiet. Yes, there are blue collar workers, etc. staying here--but no worries! Everyone was friendly and quiet.

Night clerk was helpful with questions, morning/day time clerk was rude nasty and rude. Felt like I was inconveniencing her to do her job and I rented and paid for 5 rooms for my group. - Shower was not clean - Fan in bathroom was so loud it was uncomfortable to be in the bathroom - hot water didn’t get very warm

The brunette girl at the reception is a scammer, she charged me 86 extra without telling me anything. I stayed for 4 days, rented two days first. When I went I rented two more days and she told me that I had to rent the last two days through Expedia. When I was already rented there, she charged me 86 extra and a 56 deposit. The worst thing about this hotel is that everything is by card and they don't even accept cash. Do not rent at that hotel. I am waiting for the deposit. If they do not return my deposit, I will go there in person to complain. They have to fire the people at the reception, they scam people. Be careful when you go, watch out for that woman. The woman says that she has 5 days to get the deposit in, if it does not come in, I will go there.

I couldn’t wait for them to give me a room, as they said they were not sure how long it would take. Even then, I requested a refund and I was still not given it even when it was their fault.

I stay at this location every 2 weeks and every time I stay there I make a deposit of $95 one being a $50 deposit for the room and the other one being $45 for a safe I don't use. Both are deposits and they are never giving back to me as one lump sum as I paid them. I always have to call the hotel more than a couple of times and Chase my own money down. I was told I could avoid this by telling them when I check out that I did not use the safe I tried that method and yet again. This is starting to feel predatory because I never get my full refund and I have to go chase my own money down it's not called the deposit when you don't get it back that's called being a thief. Also known as stealing. This is ridiculous totally unprofessional unwarranted I have talked to them about it more than six times and it happens every time this place will rip you off of your money if you do not check your balances. They won't even release your deposit fully making you chase down the other half. I don't understand how this is even legal I'm only going to give you part of what you paid. Give me my freaking money back in its entirety like I paid it in its entirety

Check in was really slow. When we asked for a room around back instead of outfront by a very busy noisy highway she said there weren't any available and they we about full. She then gave us a room that was already occupied so we had to go back to the desk to fix. Then she gave us a room around back.

Nothing. I enter and man at front desk is eating while helping me. Covering on both beds dirty. Elevator area dark and dirty. Move me to another room and vanity light doesnt work "said I wasnt using right," no compensation. Do Not stay here awful ! Travel a lot one of my worst experiences and refuses to compensate. Never again . Stay somewhere else!

I thought I was staying in a hotel. It turned out to be like a motel. All open out door walkways to the rooms. I could smell urine and weed smoke as we walked to our room on the third floor. All trash in a McDonald's bag was left outside a room a few doors down from ours the whole day. Definitely will never stay there again. I paid almost 90 dollars a night. For a little more i could have stayed at a higher class hotel.

Overall, did not feel safe at this hotel. I got there. I cut my losses and went to a different hotel the outside entrance of the building I really dreamed unsafe and there’s really no privacy very loud dirty community.

This was a bad experience from the start. Noisy highway nearby and busy intersection. The area around full of garbage. People drinking alcohol outside the doors on the shared balcony as the rooms open to the outside. Reception and rooms smell like dirt and sweat covered with chemicals. I wanted to leave right away, but the hotel would not cancel my reservation quoting third party since I booked through Expedia, but when it came to charging for the room they didn’t honor the rate of the reservation saying they didn’t know where Expedia got their rates from and charged a higher fee. People were drinking and talking loudly outside of my room and I felt unsafe. The toilet was running all night on and off and i didn’t sleep at all. It smelled, I felt unsafe and the area outside was littered with beer cans and pizza boxes. Gross. I appealed Expedia to help me get a refund and was told that the hotel refused. I will be disputing with the credit card as I left after the first night and got another hotel. I’ve traveled the world many times over and stayed at many hotels, including small and inexpensive ones. This was by far the most unpleasant experience beginning to the end that I have ever had. Ugh.

Not usually the first option of a hotel, but it was okay overall. Super close to restaurants in the area. I would recommend Red Roof include better options for coffee and tea as well as more amenities. Thank you for the last minute reservation.

There was mold inside the coffee maker and a my son found a glass mini straw type thing under tv desk, and I asked someone what it was they said a pipe for drugs and I left didn't even stay until the morning

The staff and the room itself were great. The property looks kind of shabby on the outside, but the room was clean and nice. I was hesitant to stay somewhere where the door opens to the outside instead of a hallway, but I didn't have any trouble. There's a Panera next door for breakfast.
