The staff are nice but the hotel is garbage. The room has very little lighting and it is all by the window. There is no light by the door or the area where you would hang your clothes. What light there is is dim. It is not comfortable to work there. The room was clean but looked old and out dated. Coffee pot in bathroom (gross). Corridors are being updated and trim is off but nobody vacuumed up the paint chips.

First off they have a pool on property but they said it has not been cleaned in 2 years. When you see it it is absolutely filthy. The Men that work up front are dismissive and a bit rude. I will never stay the again. Elevator license was expired and it was making loud noises. We were there for 2 nights.

This whole hotel needs to be entirely renovated, however, it was a pleasant stay because the pond around the hotel was very calming and peaceful and that made my stay a 10/10.

They were fixing the hallway amd me and me and my husband were trying to get some alone time and someone knocked on our room several times asked if we could open the door so he install the carpet around our room door ,and it was noisy outside with them installing the carpet ,however we still payed full price

Walking into the hotel and there was a noticeable scent of weed. Beds were uncomfortable, woke up with a sore back. They also don’t provide normal size pillows, but 6 of these square pillows for a king bed. Not sure if there was a low battery in multiple fire alarm units in the hallway or if it was some type of security system, but there were beeps coming from the hallway nonstop every 14 seconds the entire stay. Rooms weren’t terrible but not as nice as the website images show. But I guess for $100/night you can’t be too picky.

This was one of the worst place I have ever stayed. Arrived at 1:30am only the night front desk person was there and the strong smell of weed. Room is extremely old and repairs need to be done. Bed was squeaky when you barely moved. The door to the hallway had a large enough gap that you could see into hall. Bathroom door would not shut. Large cracks in tile. Headboard was taped and glued together. People were slamming doors all hours of the night. Exercise equipment does not work. Bedroom tv was stuck on game so could not watch tv. Weed smell throughout the entire hotel. Pros: breakfast was decent. Coffee was good. It was clean. Checked for bed bugs and did not find any. Watching the ducks in the pond outside was enjoyable.

I was looking at a great deal, which it was, but was not aware that the place was under remodeling and there was things everywhere on the hallway. only one light in the room I stayed in worked, everything else didn't work. I had ask for a rollaway bed when I got there and the desk person didn't say anything about it. One of my sons, when to the front desk and asked again, they eventually sent one but didn't even knocked on the door they just came in and rolled the bed. I was charged 2 times for the bed because my son paid and then the lady at the front desk said it wasn't on the account and I needed to pay.

Cleanliness over all was really poor. Everything smells, the room, the aisles, the bedsheets. Carpets are not clean, you can’t even walk barefoot in your own room. Uncomfortable bed, bad pillows. Overall really disappointed.

Staff was friendly and efficient. We had sugar ants in our room...in the bed, floor, on the furniture...and there were ants in the area that was designated for the continental breakfast. Hopefully that can be rectified by upper management.

breakfast was ok.. location convenient.. hallways and my room had that musty sour smell to it.. it smelled like a dirty gym lockerroom.. the hallways stank the room stank and was musty smelling.. the bathroom door didnt close good needed fixed, and just had that dirty not so clean feel to the place.. like it could be good but just wasnt really...hope i didnt bring home bedbugs.....

There is mold in the rooms. The room we checked into had mold in the bathroom and on the curtains. I am allergic and instantly got a headache. The next 4 rooms I was shown after that all had mold too. There was an awful odor too. No one should be staying there due to the mold. I was there only from 2:30am to 7am. The person at the front desk was not apologetic and acted as if there was nothing wrong.

Got here at 4:01 got in the lobby waited 10 minutes, left to go around the corner and same guy was trying to check in. I didn’t get checked in until 5:15…. Doubt I’ll return if it’s like this every time

This was a horrible experience. They changed my room three different times. The first room had a pair of men’s underwear on the floor. The second room smelled of cigarette smoke when the hotel policy clearly states no smoking on the property. The third room was ok but all in all the staff was rude and I will never stay there again nor recommend anyone to ever stay there.

The property was located with easy access to local options as well as route 88 -- a main thoroughfare. Even with rt 88 being right there it was incredibly quiet and comfortable We will definitely be back.

Out of the way, just off interstate, excellent sleeping experience. Very friendly staff. Lots of dining options within short drive. Good price for locale and tome of year. Only drawback was lack of drawer space to unpack.

The property was clean and quiet. The only issue we had was we stayed he because it included breakfast. The book in the room, that goves all info about property, clearly stated breakfast Sat and Sun 7 am to 10 am. We wnet down at 915am and was told by an employee breakfast was over and that it ended at 9. I told her that the manual says different. She just turned around and walked away.

It is a bit older of a property but my room was nicely remodeled with glass shower doors. Very nice for what I needed. Breakfast was better than most places I’ve been. Staff was very friendly. Right next to a Cracker Barrel and within a couple blocks walk from bars and fast food restaurants.
