Staff friendly as check in and we’re consistently working to make sure things were clean. Coffee available all day and decent breakfast included available until 10. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and met our needs. Pool area was nice with space to cook and eat. We had a great stay!

The property is older, not well maintained, and management is clearly cutting corners to cut costs. There was no availability for parking in the hotel lot, so we had to park further away, and we weren't sure if we would be towed. Breakfast was included, but very disappointing. There was no milk for cereal, and the fruit was bruised and mealy. Over a week after departure, the room deposit hasn't been refunded, and I haven't heard back from management about the charge.

The employee on check in said that he needed my credit card on file and charge a $150 deposit that will be refunded after we leave when the room is checked because we booked on hotels.com So I gave him my credit card and he charged it (was only supposed to be a pending charge) Well, the payment went through and when my husband called they said it was because we had a PET! We did NOT have a pet with us! We were only there for a concert and only was in the room for 3 hours after the concert to take showers and rest before heading back home. My husband called corporate and they said that they have to look at the camera footage and check to see if we had a pet or not. The room was dirty, especially the bathtub had mold and stains on it. Horrible experience and will NEVER use Best Western again!

The staff of this facility were friendly. We stayed two nights. When they straightened up our room they took dirty towels and left us with only 2 clean towels. They took the soaps and shampoo and didn't replace them thus making clean up a challenge. The breakfasts were basic. For what we paid for our room I would have expected a bit more.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly. The complimentary breakfast has multiple options for people to choose from. I would recommend this hotel, and if I'm ever back in the area, I will book again!

The room had dust on the ceiling hanging down, dust on the furniture, one plug above a photo that you couldn’t even reach; towels were no longer white, had people’s hair on them, mold in shower (mobility shower with no way to keep the water from flooding the whole bathroom so I didn’t use it); paint peeling all over bathroom and brown spots on walls looking like mildew; a part under the sink wasn’t even painted. Weird smell in bathroom. Just disgusting

We appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff were to us! Checking in and out was easy! The hotel was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable! I will stay here again when in this area again!!

Wasn't the worst but not the best either. I don't know why they put the coffee maker in the bathroom! It could use an upgrade to the rooms as some of the furniture was old and in need of repair. The lobby was nice and clean. I also couldn't figure out why they put people without kids on the first floor and people with kids on the second floor. We could hear the kids running on the floor above us. Also, they have the worst wifi. You may as well give up trying to watch TV.

Our window was cracked - big time. It had packing tape over the cracks. There were no plates for breakfast. The clerk refused to give me a receipt at check out claiming I paid more for the room than they charge directly which was not true and was quite frankly a weird reason to refuse a receipt. Will not stay here again

Our room was not consistent with the room that we booked and was apparently not fixable by either the hotel, or hotels.com. We tried, a lot, and finally successfully got a partial refund from hotels.com. Because of this debacle, we had to take turns sleeping on a sofa bed that was the most uncomfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on and had to require bedding for the bed with four adult sized humans staying in the room. I have a shooting pain in my back that has been present since my first night at this hotel. I am not pleased that though they stated they had rooms available, the hotel could not (seriously?) or would not make the slightest accommodation for us to help ensure our comfort on our stay. They kept doubling down that they couldn’t do anything for us because it was hotels.com that sent them “the incorrect room booking.” I went from the hotel, to hotels.com service back to the hotel twice, then back to hotels.com before anything was done to even try to make up for it. Passing the buck back and forth and back and forth. Sadly, the hotel seems like it was fine, clean, and would have been a positive experience, but it was ruinous for our weekend in Indianapolis.

The morning after our stay, I called for checkout which was at 11. I was lying on the bed waiting for my daughter to change when I heard a knock. I immediately started toward the door. Before I could get there the door started to open. Slightly alarmed, I pulled the door the remaining way and there was a man asking if I was checking out. I said I’m waiting till around 11 and he proceeds to tell me that I need to put the do not disturb sign up. At this point I’m offended because he had not at least said sorry for opening a door to an occupied room so I let the door close. I could hear him say “don’t slam the door in my face”. About 15 min later we leave and I see this man look at me from down the hall and he started walking towards me. I move to right of the hallway and he moves further right to intercept my path. I moved to the other side rather then bump him but asked him what his problem was. Things escalated quickly and we both begin to yell at each other. In the end nothing physical happened. He claimed to be a manager and we left without further incident. Maybe it was childish of me to close the door on him but I expected at least a sorry when someone attempts to come in while me and my daughter are still in there. He, however, took it too a completely different level when he attempted to bump into me in the hall. And I also wonder how scared my daughter would have been if she had been there alone when this happened. Never staying at a Best Western again

Great hotel. We needed a hotel for a basketball tournament, but most hotels that particular weekend were over $300 per night. I found this hotel for a great rate, and it is in a great area. We were able to walk to Bubba 33’s for dinner. The next morning we had to leave by 6:45am to head to my daughter’s first game, but breakfast didn’t start until 7am. The amazing staff let my daughter into breakfast early to grab a few things to eat on the way. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with this stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels in the rooms, and very friendly staff.

Upon check in I was told a deposit was required (half what I paid for a rental car for a week - a lot for a hotel) and would be returned upon check-out. When I questioned the deposit and mentioned that it didn't show on hotels.com, the gentleman checking me in says, well you don't have to stay here. I had a 9 hour drive with booking that I paid up front and was nonrefundable. If it wasn't for that I would not have stayed there.

In town to stay after an outdoor concert in Noblesville. Much less expensive than staying closer to the venue but still only 15 min drive. Great option to save some money. Hotel was clean and quiet and the staff was great at check in!

Great accommodations close to downtown. Appreciated that they offered shuttles (at a price) to the Taylor Swift show. (We didnt use the service but still thought it was very thoughtful.) Staff was kind, and our room was clean and comfortable.

It was weird that the breakfast had hard boiled eggs that were peeled and in an egg container in an open air fridge.... like you could tell they were hand peeled.... waffle batter went bad and couldn't find the staff to check out. They were nice at check in.
