Hotel is fine for a night or two. Staff was friendly and it has a nice interior courtyard. Breakfast was the usual. The room shows some wear but was clean. We stayed on the highway side and it was very loud all night there are white noise machines in the room.

Said had restaurant and bar, small bar served drink out cheap plastic cups, and the so called restaurant had salads and pizzas , and nothing else, hotel was night and clean, friendly people, but we wanted the nice dinner with drinks, so if just needing hotel it’s really nice, but if want dinner and drinks then Pick another place

Parking area was safe and well lit in the evening. Overall appearance was very clean and modern. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and workout room were clean and sanitary.Front desk person Victor went above and beyond! All hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Christina in restaurant or housekeeping services was so very kind & went above & beyond to get myself & my daughter in law a cup of coffee when the coffee items had been removed. She was so very kind & helpful Our room was alright but the bathroom bathtubs was dated & slightly needing repairs The wall hair dryer was broken The pool was wonderful with a great temperature Good location & our room was quiet

The pool is closed and for apparently no reason. The water was warm, there was just a sign on the door that simple said "closed" when we went down before dinner to swim. Basically coming here to swim was the main reason we booked a room. We are very disappointed to say the least. Our 2 daughters are very bummed.

Parking availability, no lights in the parking lot to the right of the hotel. Non working ice machine on 6th floor. Mom-working phone in room. On web page stated breakfast was served until 11am on weekends but was stopped at 10am. Had to eat elsewhere even though we paid for 4 days for breakfast. On the bright side all staff were great.

The room where we stayed at "209", it smell terrible. Someone before us were smoking weed. Not sure if the cleaning ladies couldn\'t remove the smell; but they should not rent a room on those conditions

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was noticeably dirty. There was a layer of grime around the edge of the pool above the water line and one of the ladders into the pool was missing rungs. Big disappointment for our family

Dirty, sticky feeling carpet in hotel room. The rest of the property seemed clean. Bartender disappears for long periods of time and is not friendly or interested in answering questions regarding the very limited menu. Side door to the far side of the parking lot was locked the morning of checkout. So had to drag all my luggage through the hotel and around the outside of the building even after asking front desk staff if this could be unlocked to get out to the parking lot easier. It had been unlocked the rest of my stay, but locked the morning I was checking out. Breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The property feels very dated and not very clean. Had stinkbugs in our room upon arrival. Door to room did not seal properly, could literally see into the hallway, felt unsafe. Overall feels like things could be updated a lot. Breakfast required vouchers or paying, not worth it in the least, it is just like the free breakfast you would receive at any other hotel, variety not great and enough to get you by but very subpar.

Stayed one night. Staff was all very friendly. Rooms are basic, but very acceptable. Two notes for management: Thermostats have motion sensor that shuts the system off when there is no motion. If you set it where you want it when you come back from eating, or where you want it to stay overnight, it will do neither for more than an hour or two, because you aren't moving around the room. This is very annoying. Also, the beds only have one VERY thick comforter on it - no regular blanket - so you either burn up or freeze in bed. It would be nice to have something in between. Other than these items, everything is O.K. and staff is very friendly.

I recently stayed here for The Eras Tour, they were super friendly and had the hotel decorated in Taylor Swift decor. Everything was clean and comfortable, only complaint is the heat/AC unit didn’t work. Would stay here again.

1st night we were in a room that was interstate side, horribly loud! We were able to change rooms the next morning, just sucked starting our trip out with zero sleep on our 1st night. Cant help but wonder why we even got stuck in there to begin with???

Victor was an amazing front desk host. He was friendly and willing to help with anything. He is a definite asset to your organization. The only bad part was the fire alarm testing in the morning with no notice. Not fun when I was in the shower and my daughter sleeping before a hospital visit after a rough night.

Conveniently located near I 465 and to my meeting place. Close to restaurants. Great and friendly staff. I missed a call at 4:30 a.m. regarding my daughter going into labor and my wife called the front desk. They promptly came and knocked on my door to let me know I needed to call home! Above and beyond service!

The gal who checked us in did not listen well. She talked over me as I asked questions. She gave bad information on near by stores and just wanted to here herself talk. Richard in the morning for breakfast was outstanding but his counterpart wasn’t very friendly. The bartender at night wasn’t helpful at all and really didn’t want to talk to us. The facility was very nice.

Easy drive to downtown Indianapolis. Bar and restaurant on-site (nothing else much around so that's handy). Walls thin - cleaning staff woke us as they were on speaker phone in the morning in the hall/room next store. Staff was so friendly - and it was a BUSY concert weekend!

Service was rated three star as an average. Breakfast food was good and the person managing the area was very good. The evening meal was a different situation. Felt the way it was advertised on web site was misrepresented, had very little variety and when I asked for a menu it was tossed on counter and if I had not stopped it it might has fallen on floor. Left and went somewhere else to eat so cannot comment on food quality

I loved how there is always someone at the front desk and how they had a fresh breakfast buffet every morning with a chef who brought out hot food. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean.

The restaurant on premise, was not very good, I ordered the 27.00 steak, and asked medium rare it came well done, and I didn’t get a receipt as the system was down, I paid cash, and don’t have that to submit for my reimbursement by my company. That was the one glitch and the other was the heater blowing AC cold air outside my room, I spoke to front desk and maintenance said they had someone coming to fix it, however it was blowing ice cold air for the duration of my stay and was outside my door, and the door has a 1 inch gap along the bottom, ergo, the room got cold quick with it 12-19 degrees outside. Just as an FYI.
