No hot water. Would like a discount for this inconvenience, please ..

The hotel was horrible. When you walk by the breakfast area is smelled as if raw sewage was present. We refused to eat breakfast because it was so bad. The room floors were god awful and sticky. The shower would have been ok if the shower were cleaned. We were woken by people running up and down the halls and the floor above us throwing a party. I will not stay at this one again.

Everything was great

We were informed after paying for the room that their elevator was down and would not be repaired during our stay. We were told there was only a room available on the third floor. Thankfully she rechecked and was able to get us a room on the first floor that was just finished being cleaned. When we got to the room, the floor was sticky. They had a loose cover on the chair (I didn’t dare look under that) and the floor which was not carpeted was peeling up. The next morning we went to breakfast which we always look forward to at Holiday Inn Express only to find everything was out. No eggs. No cinnamon rolls. No toast or bagels. No oatmeal. No yogurt. Nothing….other than some sausage links. We waited for half an hour and nothing was replaced. I would understand if this was right before they were closing, but this was at 8am. I would not stay here again. First ever bad review of a HIE.
