Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing

Great location. You can walk to the mall without going outside but the rooms smelled and bathroom needed updating. Also it cost $20 a day to park

The registration person was bothered by our very existence. Sent us to a smoking (pot) room. We came down to switch rooms and he ran to the office as we got off the elevator. They then said they were going to comp the parking for the smelly room. The parking was a hidden charge. Two days after we checked out we received an additional $50 charge for hod knows what. No email or text. This hotel is unkempt and run by scammers. Worst hotel experience I have had ever. Sad for the brand and an insult to Indianapolis. They did not comp the parking

Great location for shopping and dinning

Enjoyed the Starbucks in the lobby. Also free regular coffee and muffins. Nice to be connected to mall and parking.
