Economy Inn Cadillac MI by Hotel O

Not a bad lace to stay if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to lay your head and not spending lots of time on your room.

This is a dump, run by an owner is difficult to understand. When I arrived the "24 hour" front desk was abandoned. After 10 minutes of banging on the door to an office, the disheveled owner came out in a dirty, stained polo shirt and sweat pants. Although I had prepaid for the room on Hotels.com, he insisted he had no room for me. After watching him struggle on an old laptop to find his reservations, he told me he could not refund what I had already paid, and didn't have a room. This junky motel should not be listed on Hotels.com

Staff is always great, room is always very clean. It isn't a 5-star hotel, perfect place to lay your head down after a long day of fun!

The room was extremely clean. The heat/ac worked perfectly. Very quaint. Just what you need to get a good rest. Not extravagant but just right! Very satisfied and would stay again! Staff was friendly and courteous .

Friendliness of staff. Fast and easy checkin. Changed room location to make it easier for me and my two babies
