If I could upload a 5 second video, I would…..there was a little league of some sort (25 10-12 year olds out of control in the pool & hot tub. Multiple cannonballs & belly flops at the same time, screaming, etc. - we had to leave & couldn’t enjoy. Complained (even though the desk could hear it), didn’t address until we complained & left. The parents &/Or Chaperones encouraged the kids instead of addressing. In-real!

Front desk customer service and breakfast gals were welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean. Room was clean, although it would be nice to be able to have a little more variability to the thermostat in the room. A major plus for me was the coffee station in the lobby. Good coffee with nice size cups and actual real half and half not powder or the mini creamer cups. Would definitely stay again if I was traveling through the area again.

I appreciated the hot tub being clean and warm and the pool was clean as well. We always look forward to those amenities. Rooms were also clean as well. My only complaint was breakfast did not open before 6:30am. It would be nice for it to open earlier especially for people staying that work early and for the price per night for 2 queen beds. I stayed due to weather conditions to make it to work the next day safely.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly to my two granddaughters, and gave us a quiet and comfortable room. The place was very clean, the breakfast was very decent, and the pool and jacuzzi were spotless and very nice, even in the morning before breakfast! Good value for the price. Have had only good experiences with this chain elsewhere in the USA.

My family stayed 1 night. The beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. I liked having the large dispensers for the Dove shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, etc. in the bathroom. There was a variety of breakfast food (try the cinnamon rolls!) and plenty of tables for eating. It was in a safe location and easy to get to from the interstate. We would recommend this hotel and stay there if in the area again.

Hotel was in good condition except for the shower head. It was caked in hard water build up and did not work properly. A lot of time was taken to clear the shower head of the build up to get it working correctly.

Overall experience was good. Need to have MANY more electrical outlets for electronics. The two outlets in my room were not enough and the other 2 were not tight enough to hold the chargers.

After contacting the front desk on the first night of my 2 night stay about the heating/cooling issue and getting nothing done about it i will not be staying here for work again. The room would only go down to 65 degrees. No lower. With the dry air that temperature was to warm for my sinuses. I was told maintenance would look at it in the morning. No maintenance came. I called back and again got zero results. I asked to change rooms and was told no other rooms were available.

Check in was really quick, room was clean. Continental breakfast was well stocked and decent for a quick meal before heading out. Only drawback was the gap under the room door let in extra hallway noise and our room was next to the lobby and elevator.

Room was clean, although it would be nice to be able to have a little more variability to the thermostat in the room. A major plus for me was the coffee station in the lobby. Good coffee with nice size cups and actual real half and half not powder or the mini creamer cups. Would definitely stay again if I was traveling through the area again.

Very disappointed to know that because I live in Cadillac, I have to pay a $200 refundable fee, up front. All because other people who live in Cadillac haven’t been reliable or respectful to the hotel. Also disappointed that I didn’t know about this fee until I went to check into the hotel. The hotels app doesn’t say anything about the fee.

There is a small wedding venue just across the back street, and a straight shot into Cadillac for strolling the city while not being actual IN the city. Nicer than expected. Although, we have a very different definition of "suite".

My family stayed 1 night. The beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. I liked having the large dispensers for the Dove shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, etc. in the bathroom. There was a variety of breakfast food (try the cinnamon rolls!) and plenty of tables for eating. It was in a safe location and easy to get to from the interstate. We would recommend this hotel and stay there if in the area again.

Property in a good location near town. The property itself was not to bad as the Beds were fairly comfortable and had a nice assortment of pillows. The Ice makers on every floor were broken and the refrigerator in our room did not stay cool, which was a problem for storing medication. The light in the bathroom only worked half of the time. They never restocked the food at breakfast (I was there 45 minutes before it ended) and what was there was literally cold. They did have cinnamon rolls! Staff other than the lady who checked us in were very rude.

Amazing! Breakfast was phenomenal! Pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, omelette, scrambled eggs, oatmeal bar and all of the regular fridge and bakery items! Pool was great for the kids! Nice and quiet!
