They said they offered room service, but there was no menu available and when we finally received one and called to order, which we tried to do 3 times, no one answered. Also, the pool was VERY dimly lit. We could barely see our kids on the other side when it was dark out.

They originally put us in someone else’s room, when we first arrived. The hot tub didn’t have air, the sauna didn’t work. There was a dirty towel on the back of the door. There was dead bugs on the bathroom floor. The bathtubs where so slippery you could hardly stand.

Great place near Cadillac. It was a little confusing at check in as I had booked a two bed room with a balcony and when checking in they said it wasn't available in the winter. But then they also said it was available because they had high occupancy. Overall, confusing and maybe need to reassess which rooms are really an option during the year. There are several buildings there so check-in without bringing everything in because you may have to drive to a different building. Also the pool is in a different building, but you have to go to the main lobby to get towels. I would stay here again, but there are a few "quirks" that could be ironed out to make it a better experience.

The property was an excellent choice in Cadillac! The room was clean and recently upgraded. The breakfast was fantastic. The only issue was that the common hallway areas are in need of an upgrade. Would definitely recommend!

The room was very clean and modern. The outside of the building is dated and leads you to believe the inside will be too, but it is not. Breakfast was very nice with staff coming around to fill coffee and clear plates.

The Check in process was very easy. Although they forgot to inform me about the incidentals hold on me cc. Very seldom do I ever see one when renting a hotel room. The room was clean for the most part. I had to clean the shower before using it. It had a lot of hair in it. The bathroom door look like it had seen battle with splatters of who knows what. So it had to be cleaned as well.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay. Room was updated and clean. Shower was good with good water pressure. The free breakfast was very good and wait staff was wonderful. Excellent value and was quiet while we were there. We will definately come back!

The door keys wouldn’t work so we had to trek back through the unplowed and unsafe parking lot to get more. Only One of those worked. The floor was dirty.

The room looked brand new. I loved that instead of carpeting there was laminate wood floor. The room was very clean and updated. The only issues I had was I could hear a pipe rattling in the wall when someone elsewhere ran water. The shower/tub combo was updated and nice but the showe head was too short for me to stand under. I am 5'10".

Easy access to Caberfae for skiing. Check in was convenient. Clean and good condition of the rooms. Pool one night was super crowded but the second much less so and very enjoyable. Great hot breakfast included. Microwave and fridge in the room helpful for meal prep. Parking very close to our room made it quick to move gear in and out each day. And one of the cheaper nightly rates in the area, which is a necessity for us. Thanks!

During the night, a few minutes after midnight, the visual fire alarm went off. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone in the room did not have any service. It did not work. I went to the front desk. They did not know why the visual fire alarm was flashing in our room. It stopped after about 20 minutes. We were not able to sleep during that time. We also had a problem with the shower. We could get hot water OR cold water, but the knob would not turn to water between hot or cold. It was very frustrating. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable, the television worked, as well as the outlets so we could charge our phones. The breakfast was good.

We found the property to be beautiful and the rooms well appointed. We were in a renovated room nearer the pool. So quiet. Beds had nice linens and were comfortable. Staff was helpful, cheerful, and attentive. The breakfast was wonderful with a nice view of the golf course and distant hills. Wait staff said they always vary the breakfast menu and I find that to be a delightful concept in hotel breakfast offerings.

Room was fine. We paid extra for the balcony room with golf course view, which was a waste. More like parking-lot view. The whole place was kind of weird, abandoned sort-of. On an August night, there were only a few other cars in the massive parking lot, and at breakfast, in the huge dining room, there was only one other person. I felt kind of bad for the staff there, having to prepare the buffet spread for nearly nobody. But the breakfast was adequate, if standard. The facility is a bit long in the tooth and the bathroom is kind of cramped. It has 70's vibes. Nothing wrong with it at all, but just kind of weird-like.

We didnt get the front desk ladys name, we checked in on 4/18 at 5/6 ish the lady was nice and they were super helpful. We had some issues with the card opening our door but everytime they came so quickly and helped. Everytime she was very pleasant and respectful. The pool and hot tub was a plus. Definitely will be coming back again. Even the lady that serves the breakfast was nothing but super wonderful!

When we checked in our room was not ready. They said they have a guarantee room ready by 4:00. At 4:00, our room was not ready so they asked us if we wanted a similar room that was ready. Room was great! Wonderful staff at the front desk!

Hallway not heated and very cold. Husband witness a couple fighting in parking lot, later that night at 140am, heard loud pounding on door next door. This lasted for at least 30 minutes with police showing up. We felt unsafe and left the building around 215am. We return after going to the gas station. Spoke to police with them not finding who they were looking for. No attention from the front desk nor an apology for our interrupted sleep. Will not stay there again.
