The place was good, I wouldn’t say excellent, but better than the last hotel I stayed at. The curtain rod was hanging on one side like it was about to fall. Breakfast was ok. Not as great as I was expecting. But it was hot so better than a lot of hotels. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Heard some other customers saying the beds hurt them also. It’s a good place.

Housekeeping did not come at all. After the 4th night i went to check out and they did not have record of us at all... our last name wasnt in the computer. Um okay we just stayed 4 nights. They had a record of the different name staying in a completely different room... not us. She said they had no idea that our room had anyone in it yet we had the keys and my husband filled out the paperwork upon check in. She apologized and said her manager would call me the next day. I do have a charge on my bank card and i called to let them know this. She said she apologizes and her manager will call. Its day 7 and i have received no call....

The resort itself is very old & run down. They have very few staff members, so it feels very empty in the hotel. The two girls working the front desk at check-in were very kind & helpful. The breakfast was ok for a free continental breakfast. My family enjoyed the pool & hot tub, but we didn't like how we had to go outside to get to the pool. Overall, our stay went good & we would definitely stay there again. The restaurant located at the resort was also a nice perk & the food was good.

Beautiful pool & hot tub area. Room was well appointed. Beds were not comfortable but that is not unexpected. Breakfast was included and offered a very nice buffet.
