Staff was great and helpful. Our room was not cleaned properly and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The staff was helpful and moved us into a clean room. The pool surface is not safe. It skinned my knees and the tops of my feet just barely brushing them against the bottom while swimming. The entire place needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

First time staying to ski nearby and had a very good experience. Rooms were clean and plenty large for 2 adults and 1 child. Fridge and microwave worked well. Breakfast had diverse options including two waffle makers and lots of drinks. Low on fresh fruits but not unusual for any continental breakfast. Pool was good sized and depth for kids to be in, and hot tub was hot. The door to the pool had an issue after 9pm to access with key card (management was aware) but usually someone would let us in who was there already so not a disruption to us. Easy parking to enter. We’ll likely be back!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. The hot tub in the pool area was ice cold. The serving area in the breakfast room was too small. There was only room for one chafing dish to hold eggs, potatoes, and bacon. They constantly ran out of eggs, bacon, and potatoes. The waffle maker had no batter in it. The coffee looked like diluted tea. The three doughnuts that were there tasted like they were a week old, and the danish tasted like freezer burn. The mexican restaurant next door was very good. .

This was one of the nicest Comfort inns I have stayed at. Seems to be newly remodeled, nice bed linens and breakfast was top notch! Only complaint was that the pool area was so thick with chlorine that our kids could not swim for more then 10 mins because it was so hard to breathe.

We were put next to the exit and could hear in the early am the people leaving out with the door opening and shutting so didnt get to sleep past 6 am. there was something running all night long like a fan of some sort - but room was nice and we like the hotel that is why we went back a second time when up in Cadillac for business and personal. there was a pillow with blood on it on the bed that we had to throw off of the bed - of course it was put on the bed towards the back that first off you would not of seen then went to move it to sit and watch television we noticed the spot - a bit gross but over all the stay was very nice and the breakfast was ok more than some other places we have stayed at - really enjoy the waffles

This is one of the cleanest Comfort Inns that we have in throughout the years. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was supplied with all the essentials and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast with its many options. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This was the second stay at this property for my wife and I, finishing up some family things in Cadillac. Overall an excellent place as it's affordable, clean, and in a great location. We didnt partake in as many ammenities this time as last, what this Comfort Inn has to offer is just right. My only issue this stay was the internet. On this stay I had to work a during the day, and sometimes I my VPN connection would drop. Being an Infrastructure Engineer I looked into their offering with some network tooks, seems to be fiber with low latency but each guest is capped at 5Mbps both up and down. Their official site lists "Fast and free Wi-Fi" but according to the FCC the definition of high speed internet is 100Mbps down and 20Mbps up. The cap by the hotel should be raised to at least a minimum of 20/10Mbps. In conclusion, great overall stay with a caveat.

This has always been our go to hotel when we go to Caberfae, room was comfortable and breakfast was great as always. There was no hot water in the room, it was lukewarm at best.

Other than the showers, the place made for a good place to crash after a day of playing on the slopes. The shower had next to no water pressure, so we felt like it was hard to wash off soap or shampoo.

Maurice was helpful at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast set up was terrific. Layout (with multiple stations, each with own plates and silverware service) made it easy to get what was needed and avoiding a line at any one station. Not a planned stay, just getting late, but I would choose this hotel again.

Lori, at the frontbdesk this morning was AMAZING! She went abovev& beyond to help my wife extend our stay and was super friendly! She was attentive & helpful to several other staff members as she helped us, as well. We really enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was average. Room was large, comfortable and very clean. Great bed! Great desk/work area! Fairly roomy bathroom and again, very clean! The entire property, hallways included was clean and the only oder was fresh! Outside was wellnkept, too!

The hotels was spotlessly clean. The lobby provided great seating area to visit with others in our group. Breakfast was good with friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants nearby. It seemed like they were training new desk clerks or had new software so check in was slow.

Gentleman at check in was friendly and efficient. Parking was close. Elevators were readily available and in working order. Room was clean and large with comfy bed and pillows. Large fridge and microwave were great to have too! Great breakfast in the morning with lots of places to sit and eat. Short drive to ski area. Will come back for sure.

You can tell this hotel is a bit older, but they have done a great job of keeping things clean and preserved. Coming off a not-so-clean-and-preserved stay at a Comfort Inn in Troy, MI, this was such a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center was clean and looked after, and the rooms are perfectly fine as well. Super close to the downtown Cadillac area and lake views all over. Happy with this stay!

The Comfort Inn in Cadillac MI is in a good location, pretty easy to find. For some reason the sign was not illuminated. But check in was smooth and fairly quick. The room appeared clean. Comfort of the matress was maybe middle of the road. Just stayed 1 night to ski in the area.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Front desk service was excellent. Room was modern and nice. Unfortunately, we found a trash can inside the armoire wardrobe that had something very foul smelling in it. Front desk took care of immediately. Breakfast is served from 6-10am. We went down at 9:40 and found no hot options (eggs, sausage) left. They had removed the trays and were not putting out more. There was a line for the waffle maker so we left and went to breakfast elsewhere. All breakfast options should be available until the time stated. I would probably stay here again, but would check our room thoroughly first. The cleaning crews need to be trained to thoroughly check the rooms.
