I was disappointed that there was no breakfast available and that we couldn’t walk our dog through the lobby. All pets were on the second floor so the elevator line was often long.

1) EV Charger has so little power it is useless. Do not stay here expecting to charge your car 2) the exterior landscaping is unkempt, and overgrown with weeds 3) the entire facility ventilation is sub-par. the halls and rooms smell with old cooking odors, its very unlikeable. 4) when I checked in the staff were unable to find a reasonable room. The second rooms they offered had not been cleaned. The third time was acceptable, but... gee... 3 times? and attitude! 5) the gym is tiny 6) no breakfast 7) at a price that was above many hotels in the area. STAY AWAY

This was an INCREDIBLE find on Hotels.com. I just needed a place to crash overnight on a long road trip, so didn't want to spend too much. It was a pleasant surprise to actually get a GREAT VALUE out of this experience. Curbside appeal was great, front desk staff checking in/out were super-friendly and helpful, the parking lot was clean and well-lit, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable -- just a great value overall.

Check-in was easy and quick. The hotel is tuck away in the back behind all the hotels, but it offers lots of parking space and very quiet. Hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but Denny’s is within walking distance. Chick-fil-A and Outback Steaks are also across the street. We will definitely stay again.

We stay here 3-4 times a year. It is a wonderful hotel. Very clean, safe and staff will go above and beyond for you. The elevator will be down November and December. Be sure to ask if it's operational before you book your room.

Room smelled of smoke. Since it was just my husband and I, no complaint was made. The 3am domestic dispute and yelling in the hallway was also a little disturbing.

The hotel rooms were amazing. Everything was beautiful and very clean. The room had everything that a small apartment would have. Including fridge and sink. The whole experience was easy and I was able to relax after driving all day.The check in and out were so smooth and I had no issues. I will definitely be staying at this hotel on my way through Joplin. Would definitely recommend.

We liked the room with a kitchen. Everything needed was there. The icemaker didn't start working until around 2am., not good. The room was comfortable. The price was very reasonable. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was hard to find with mapquest. The only bed available was a queen, we have a king at home and always get king when staying in a hotel so this was not something we want to do again.

First when we just got into the room, it was feeling of humid of mold smell . It made me discomfort. I've plan to change the room , but lazy when moving around. So let's try for another day , got better . And the second thing was the keycard . It was messed up all the time so we had to back to receptionist to reactivate 2 people in reception counter are nice , especially Kim.
