The first room was not clean. The pool has not been open for the last three years.(told by front desk at check in) Was one of the major reasons I booked here. So totally disappointed. Someone tried to access room after we were checked into it. They had to help with tv and remote but never did turn the tv on or off. Next morning breakfast was very disappointing also. Glad I booked at a cheaper rate or they would have received a very negative review.

Walked into the roo and it had a dampness to it. Opened the window to try to air it out. There was actually condensation on the furniture. Outside entry doors don't work and i had to walk around to the front to enter the building to bring my luggage to my room that was closer to the back door. Tub drain was plugged, also. I informed them and they said they would have house cleaning fix it. I am sure they had been informed before. It was pretty plugged up. Not just a recent slow down.

Stay away. The place is barely in business. The pool was green, the front door had caution tape around it and no sign to use an alternate door, the TV did not work, and the staff was rude and uncooperative. We decided not to stay, and we still have not received a refund after a month. Stay away.

This property was dirty, had no running water in sink, tub was clogged, furniture in room was extremely dirty, parking lot was filthy, and lobby door was sealed off with caution tape because door was broken so had to go in a side door. This was the worst place that we have ever stayed at.

The pool and the hot tub were not working. They were green and full of debris. The hallway was hot and smelly. The drapes would not close properly allowing the parking lot lights to shine in to your room. I arrived for the breakfast at 6:45 to discover nothing worth eating. I was here one night on business. Definitely not worth the $10 I saved over another hotel

Room was very clean, the staff was super friendly, good parking great AC. Pet friendly hotel. Hotels.com charged us extra for a room with a hottub, rooms do not come with hottubs. They have a public pool and hottub but it was closed since its outside.

The description of the hotel is a bit wrong. They don't have a working hot tub or pool. The breakfast options were a bit lacking. The rooms however were super clean, fresh, great shower and the bed was wonderful with NO lumps! If you're traveling, as I was, it makes for a great place to rest for the night. It's also close to several must-see attractions.

An hour prior to breakfast closing the food and drinks were gone. Staff said they would get more but would take some time. The room looked clean but furniture was old. After taking a shower and walking across the room floor, the bottom of my feet were dirty. The hall carpets were old and looked dirty. Office staff were friendly and nice.

The floor in our room was filthy.our 1 year old was filthy after crawling for 5 minutes. The toilet would not flush unless you took the back of the tank off and jiggled the valve. The bathroom door knob was broken and there was a whitish coagulated substance on the door trim that may or may not have been tooth paste. When I went to check out I stood there for 5 minutes and there was no attendant. Not a good stay

Awoke to the sound of a cockroach falling into the trash can in my room! They didn't put breakfast out until 8am where also your feet stuck to the floor and the pool was shut down. Our room (besides the bugs) was worn over and the tub lacked the stopper for a bath. I liked the full sized bottles of toiletries but they were broken off the wall mounts, as were the towel racks.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting, we checked in and immediately checked back out, there was mold on the ceiling, bugs in the bathtub, holes in the walls, and doors. The place smelt of mildew.

The room did not appear that it had been cleaned. The linens on the bed were either stained or dirty. The lamp shades were stained and completely dirty. The room smelled horrible and the floor was very spongy as if it were rotting. The staff on checkout was friendly. My wife’s card was charged for the room though I had pre-paid and booked through Expedia. I would NOT recommend staying here. I was completely grossed out and hope I don’t have bed bugs or something else now.

Cockroach in the room breakfast was all but none floors in the room would make your feet dirty walking on them . Manager came pounding on the door saying our room was leaking water which it wasn't . Won't be staying there again .

I had to ask for housekeeping to clean the floor because it was gross The refrigerator didn't work, so I asked for another one, which they did swap out but left a huge puddle of water from the old one on the floor and the didn't even bother to clean it up so I had to clean it up. The property is in desperate need of a major renovation. It's in bad shape and I will not be staying there again

Smells like mildew and mold We were on the first floor and the noise all night from the second floor was absolutely annoying. Hallway needed vacuumed and cleaned. Door to enter the hotel hadn’t been washed or cleaned ever. When we arrived the ladies from the front desk was sitting at the entry of the place smoking. I would not ever recommend. We left coughing from the mold smell. We couldn’t wait to leave.

The checkin clerk was polite & accommodating. It was downhill from there. The room was filthy and several items were broken and previous guests had left food. After visiting the hospital we went straight to bed only to realize that we had been sleeping with bugs all night! I took the pillow with the bugs to the front desk. Instead of apologizing and taking the infested pillow he instructed me not to get bugs on the counter and leave it in the room. I put it in the bath to avoid contamination with other bedding. When I spoke to the day clerk, the incident hadn’t been reported. I didn’t bother to file a complaint about breakfast. It was 6:00 and there were several guests waiting and the light was out. I asked what time breakfast started, he told me 6:00 and threw some muffins in a basket. We checked out and went to Dennys for breakfast costing us $27. Breakfast included is always an amenity that I consider when booking. I was told that I would have to go to hotels.com to get a refund!

The property is in poor overall condition. There is no elevator and was given a room on the third floor. Hair on the wall of the shower. Never again at the Super 8.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Cannot block out the lighting from outside, so if you like a dark room this is not the place to stay. You can hear the freeway traffic all night long.

The tv remotes didn’t work well and the AC unit smelled bad and took a very long time to cook the room down. Very musty smell. We had room 115 and the outside door everyone was using was very loud. The hinges would slam shut and wake us up everytime

Room 301 had no hot water, no hair dryer and no screen on the window. Room 107 had a TV and a different brand remote. Room 109 had only poor curtains as did all rooms mentioned. Room 108 had no hair dryer. All rooms had poor bed linen, i.e., holes and cigarette burns. I was accommodated room 110 in order to take a hot shower. The toilet in 110 was out of order. Staff did their best to ameliorate these shortcomings. This is a local owned motel with the Super 8 name but not Super 8 quality.

The floor in our room was in bad condition, it was warped like from water damage. And we had booked a room with king size memory foam mattress- which we didn’t get, and we were supposed to have a personal hot tub in our room-which we didn’t didnt get. We tried to watch tv but have to sign in/up for services that we don’t want-which is crappy. What happened to just being able to watch regular tv without having to sign up for special features. Very frustrating!!

The staff inadvertently cancelled my room key, so it didn't work for the second night. The curtains are pathetically ineffective. For God's sake, spend $50 to get some decent blackout curtains in the room. How can someone sleep when the curtains aren't keeping out the light?

The staff at check-in was nice. Room was clean. Check out was at 11, I had asked for a late check out and was told they would make it noon, well they tried to enter room at 930ish and then again at 11. Told them we was supposed to have a late check out and next thing I know the front desk staff is knocking on the door

The lady at check in made the process annoying. From the two hundred dollar cash deposit, to not giving a receipt for said deposit. Wanting a credit card for further deposits…unable to give ANY answers to any question asked. Ignoring any detail about my stay… the amenities of the property were nice and it was a quieter property than others in the area. But that first impression at check in made the whole experience less than great

The gal at the desk for check in and check out was great! Great personality and efficient. This is a non-smoking hotel, and you all know how some people 'sneak smoke' thinking we won't notice, but there is a stale smell in the air? Not here!!!! The room and hallways smelled fresh! Woo hoo! Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was very good! Parking was easy. We would stay here again!

I can’t give you a review cuz I rented a room for two nights and that was in the am.so they would not let me check in tell 2pm,so I went to work and did not get back to the hotel tell 4am and then was informed that my rooms had been cancelled due to the fact of me showing up so late,I thought it was understood that I wouldn’t be in tell late .that’s the whole reason I got the room for two nights! So I was refused any service at all and no one tried to contact me to ask if I was still coming to my rooms so I figured everything was fine! Boy was I wrong 4 am no we’re to go and they kept my money

It took me 30 minutes to get anyone at the front desk to check in. I even called the hotel and no one answered. I’m not sure where she was. Then 30 minutes later she comes to the front desk. Then there was cockroaches in our room.

I needed a last minute booking. The room was $70. The building is pretty beat up, but the room was clean, except that a previous guest appears to have ripped the smoke detector out of the ceiling. Oh, and one of the smoke detectors in the hallway outside the room needs a new battery and is beeping. I let the front desk clerk know. We'll see if she does anything about it. Also there are a lot of signs in the parking lot saying they are not responsible for automobile theft or damage. We'll see if my car is still there in the morning.

Lots of eating choices close by and downtown was easy reached. Hotel did have a barking dog in it although not for long. Breakfast was very disappointing as we went to breakfast at 7.50am, no bagels, bread, muffins at all, no choice of porridge, only a few yogurts left. Staff were on hand but didn't refill anything or ask if we wanted anything. It was sufficient, we had a waffle and juice but felt a bit undervalued as a paying customer. Also felt some of the guests were long term residents and congregated in the doorways. We only stayed one night as planned but I doubt we'd go back

The office was the cleanest part of the whole place. There was NOT a breakfast other than Twinkies and a couple yogurts. The TV didn't work the first couple hours. Just wouldn't recommend.

The complimentary breakfast was horrible, cold premade eggs, muffins...... They couldn't setup the waffle machine batter because they didn't have enough guests. No fruit, only yogurt. The beds were not comfortable, the room smelled of mildew.

Just an overnight stay on our way home. The room was fine. Shower was hot and great water pressure. King bed was comfortable. Liked that there wasn’t carpet. No water cups or frills in room. Breakfast was disappointing. Cereal but no milk, waffle iron but no batter, and ding-dongs. We ate elsewhere. Overall it was fine for one night and it was $15 for our little dog.
