Love the 66 restaurant and bar on the premises. Great food and atmosphere. Our room is spotless and spacious. Love this place!

Friendly bar vibe...decent food... It's a good place to stay for all travelers... not specifically those of any identifiable skin color or sexual preference... Please stop asking such racist questions. People are people... it's the best hotel in Joplin.

Hotel had a big water mess in the lobby. Ceiling collapsing due to big water leaking that had been leaking for awhile. Rooms were older and had a musty smell.

Staff was great. Polite, professional and attentive. Newer hotel with a bar/ restaurant in the lobby. Big parking lot.

This was a business trip and I didn't need a bunch of extras, but the gym was more than adequate and the restaurant was surprisingly good!

Great stay with family of four. Room was perfect for us, plenty big and very nice. Pool was great, kids loved it! Very nice bar and grill on property too.

The breakfast was dreadful. The orange juice was so watered-down I was embarrassed for the staff. The sausage was awful as was the french toast. The swimming pool was painfully cold and no hot-tub. Very disappointing.

It’s a bit hard to get to…. It’s buried in behind a few outer hotels… but it is the biggest one there

The hotel is new and has all of the amenities that most hotels do. I used the onsite gym every day of my stay. The customer service was great from the front desk specialists to the waitresses and servers who worked in the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Check in was very friendly. Room smelled musty. We got a fairly early knock on the door from housekeeper which normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but baby was up in the night several times so we were just getting back to sleep.

I checked into a room with dirty bedding but the front desk attendant immediately made it right and put me in another room. Problem solved immediately.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple of years. The room and common areas are always neat and clean, the beds very comfy with block out shades to keep the room dark. The location is convenient and quiet.

At check in we were moved to the 4th floor because there were young kids on the lower floors which was fine it was really quiet. Getting off the elevator there was a huge stain on the carpet. The chair in our room was filthy, which made you feel like the room may not be clean. The room was fine, however for $160 in Joplin Mo I feel it should have been a little better

Quiet except a/c in my room did not function properly leaving the room with a little humidity. Also would shut off in the am. Mattress definitely had a lump in the middle. Very clean and friendly housekeeping.

They must’ve left because for the next hour or do the dogs were whining and crying at the door. We went to the person at the desk. Sh tried calling them but they didn’t answer. She gave us another room on another floor. It was quiet and we had a great nights sleep.

We were only here overnight, but the property was fine for our needs. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and there was good water pressure in the shower. My husband had a hamburger and fries from the restaurant downstairs and said that it was really good.

We always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn. We’ve found that they actually have a better breakfast than their competitors. The room was very nice and updated as well as the hotel as a whole. Only suggestion I have is adding flavored creamer for coffee and I would be 100% satisfied.

It was great but very difficult to check in, they couldn't find our reservation and we had to leave, went on the exspedia set in the parking lot and got a new reservation not sure why the guy checking us in couldn't do it, very lazy and unhelpful, the room was great

The staffs like to scam their customers as they tried to do to me. I don’t understand how I checked in at the front desk on the first day and was told that I am all set to enjoy my stay for 3 nights. On the third day, the front desk had called me stating that I only paid for 1 night and that I should have been checked out “yesterday”. She proceeded to tell me and demanded for me to pay the two remaining nights if I wanted to stay my full 3 nights. I told her I booked with a third party and that my payment has been taken and I am not going to pay extra. She basically said that I need to pack and leave the room since I’m not willing to pay. She then calls to leave me a message saying that it’s all been figured out and that the manager had checked me out the day before, but she doesn’t know why. She was not willing to tell me the truth besides showing me her computer screen stating that my room was cancelled and that it had made the housekeeping question about my stay. How do they cancel my stay and not tell me, on top of that how does my key cards still work on the third day if it was cancelled? The staffs were not professional when she spoke to me on the phone as I told I will make my way back to the hotel to talk about the situation. She hung up on me and was not very nice. They need to be trained again on how to treat their customers and how to handle a situation on their end that they messed up on before calling their customers to demand they pay or get out.

The hotel is very nice. Front desk gal was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The problem is- finding the place. Your address on the Expedia hotel site is INCORRECT. We drove around fir 20 minutes before asking several people and realizing we were on the wrong side of freeway. Hotel is on Arizona NOT SOUTH ARIZONA.

Excellent facility but difficult to find, as it sits behind multiple buildings and some are under construction.

The property itself was outstanding. Finding it at night was very difficult due to the small unlit side road that had to be taken to access the parking lot and entrance.

Disappointed there was not a free breakfast

The place was more bougie than I expected but i also expected a complimentary breakfast with our stay but it was false advertising on the expedia app. Breakfast was 10.99 a head but they gave us a 10% discount. Wow how generous. We left earlier than planned

Good one night stay. They had the breakfast set up to go through the restaurant at the hotel with a discount instead of the usual free buffet breakfast which was very good.
