Holiday Inn Joplin by IHG

Great selection. Friendly staff.

Selected a “full scale “ Holiday Inn. Was a bit disappointed. Restaurant bar was limited. Very basic. Bar tender was very nice and considerate. Latch to secure room door was missing. Wood support for couch was very broken. Entire room presentation suggested a lack of attention and slack maintenance. For the price, experience was not good.

The motel was clean, staff friendly, beds were comfortable. We did not eat there. Didn’t like the fact we would have to pay for breakfast when others offer free breakfast. My only complaint was that the lighting in the parking lot was very poor.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The rooms and property were clean and staff was friendly. The area had several restaurants and stores, which made it convenient. We would stay here again.

It was terrible service, booked online and once there, they cancelled my reservation for having a local id
