Love this hotel. We always stay here on the way to Arkansas. Staff so friendly and breakfast is amazing for a continental breakfast will always stay here when in Joplin. Not to mention the rooms are so clean

Walked in and right away we could tell them room wasn’t fully clean. The beds were not comfortable at all. Staff was nice enough give us clean towels and take our trash but that was it. We ended up going somewhere else for breakfast since we couldn’t find exactly where it was served.
