Our room was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing! The staff is a very helpful and kind. Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area is clean. My family totally enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.

The room smelled like somebody had just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes. The television would not get any service. The walls were so paper thin the people in the room next to me woke me up in the morning just by talking. Then to make the experience all that much more frustrating, I went down at around 9:30 a.m. to take a quick soak in the hot tub before hitting the road, and there was a sign taped to the door saying be pool and hot tub would not be open until 10:00 a.m. For the nightly rate I paid, I was rather disappointed with the overall experience

Great location for exploring the Tri-State area of Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. The pool and hot tub were amazing in the afternoon after traveling. The breakfast was delicious. Plus you are at a very large truck stop with lots of souvenirs to choose from. I even got a haircut there. Plus I watched the sunset both days from there and the view westward of I-44 was incredible. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a nice quiet, clean hotel. Really liked the shower, which was great. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed after driving 11 hours. The bed was comfortable. We will come back if we’re in the area again

There was mini m&m under the desk on the floor, the room smelled like weed and the hallway like nasty dog, the room was nauseating and they said they couldn’t move us. We got febreze from the front desk, spray the room heavily, turn the fan on full blast and had to leave for a good while. The place has potential though, staff was nice enough, the bed was comfortable. If the room had actually been cleaned and actually been “smoke free” it would have been very nice.

Ice machine broken, bed with 4curly hairs, urine splashes on the wall beside toilet, wash rags were dirty. The hotel was hot all night. Breakfast was ok. Manager had to come to see the issues but I have to change the bed sheets myself. Not a good hotel paid $143 according to them that was a deal.

This is in the middle of a truck stop. The room was on the ground floor with the back window facing the truck parking yard. The room was musty and smelt like a wet dog. The bathroom was ridiculously dated, stained carpet and small bathroom (shower and toilet in one small area) with the face basin being on the outside next to the bed with carpeting under it (I think this contributed to the musty smell). I booked for two nights and ended up changing to one night. Alex at the front desk was verrrry helpful as he gave us a discount based on the issues with the room and tried to change it (however they were fully booked so that was not possible). We had arrived late in the night so changing the hotel was not an option for us so we stayed the night and hoped that the state of the room would not make us sick based on our allergies. The breakfast was decent with a waffle maker, eggs and sausages etc.

We are so happybin our stay, first when you open the main door it smells good, unlike others you just peak your head inside you can smells the smoke of the cigarette or stink of something. The place was fine for a nights stay traveling through the area. I really like a fridge at least in the room. There was none. That’s my biggest issue. This was our first time ever staying at a sleep inn. If I had too would stay again but but not top of my list.

The beds were tiny! The restroom was essentially IN the bedroom. This place needs a remodel! The sliding door was EXTREMELY heavy and didn’t roll smoothly. The included breakfast did have good options.

Nice renovations to room. TVs are old and couldn’t figure out why remote wasn’t working but nice front desk person explained the sensor had fallen off TV. It was an easy fix. Room and facilities were clean. Bathroom small but clean and easy to use.

The chairs and room was kind of worn out. The shower is at 5 feet making it difficult to take head shower, the toilet was cramped and sliding door makes it very difficult. The walls are so thin that you can hear anyone whispering in next room. We had a rough sleep with kids Nextdoor and they were awake until 1:00 am and kept hearing the parents screaming with the kids. The lady at front desk was super nice and so does the lady serving the breakfast.

Had to switch rooms right away from how bad it smelled, new room was not much better. TV didn’t work the entire stay despite us saying something. Room keys would stop working multiple times a day and we’d have to get them reset. Air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cool.

My two young grandsons were running to the elevator just being 7 & 8 yr olds, and the GM yelled at them!! Extremely rude and hateful! This was our second time back bc we really had enjoyed our last stay. But we wi not ever come back here!

We used this hotel as an easy layover for a long road trip. The price was great and we figured if it was bad, we would only be there a few hours to sleep. Boy were we surprised! Great front staff! Clean room, nothing fancy but super comfortable. We were given a discount card for the Iron Skillet next door and had an awesome home cooked meal! We had a great breakfast of waffles, eggs & sausage, there was yogurt, cereal and pastries. Solid selection. This place was a bargain and we highly recommend!

We had reserved an accessible room for my husband who uses a wheelchair. We were going to a wedding and wanted to be able to change at the hotel. We called ahead and asked if we could check in just 30 minutes early as it takes us a little while longer to get in and out. They went out of their way to get the room ready for us. It made a big difference. The giy at the desk that evening was very kind as well.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The problem was with the incidental hold. They never refunded it and every time I called I was told the same thing 7-10 business days it would be reversed. It’s been over a month and the money still hasn’t been reversed.

The staff at the front desk were super pleasant and friendly. One of the gentlemen suggested some restaurants in the area, and the one we chose was spectacular. I left some clothing items in the room on accident, and they shipped them to me for free. Overall, it was a great experience. Also very clean, comfy, hot tub, pool, absolutely no complaints! I highly recommend this establishment.

When we mapped this property enroute and followed the navigation guidance it kept taking us on a freeway loop because the hotels address is an intersection of a freeway and a highway of which the northbound highway road is at exit 6 and the southbound highway road is at exit 4. Navigation then maps it on the freeway halfway between the exits. Very frustrating to find . Recommend adding an actual strret address to your hotel.
