Was not aware the facility did not have a cafe or restaurant on site for a short business stay. Only a simple breakfast buffet included in the stay. A "market" consisting of vending machines and a few items for cooking in a microwave. Able to order dinner from DoorDash and delivered to my room.

I know that there are some hotel properties that charge for parking...typically downtown in large cities. But to charge $3.00 for parking for a regular hotel in a typical area stinks. Stop nickel and diming people to death. Marriott, if you need the money that bad, then just raise the rates. Sheesh!

People next to me were a little loud, but calmed down later in the evening, a dog was barking across the hall pretty regularly, but I think he was left alone in the room for a while. Understandable as I had my dog with me, but overall the stay was great. Nothing bad to report, other than being very surprised there was a $80/night non-refundable pet fee. The front desk person was very prompt, professional and courteous. Will definitely stay here again.

If you have a NETFLIX OR PRIME CABLE SUBSCRIPTION, you can connect via your cell phone/ TV at no cost to you. So easy. Pool was great for a morning dip and the staff is friendly. I loved my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Friendly efficient staff. Well lighted parking with easy entry. Walking distance to Cheddars. The pool was great! Only concerns were broken closet door and no towel bars in the bathroom sink area.

Dirty room. Found glasses/silverware with residue and dirt on them. Needed washed again before use. Found floss on bathroom floor. Found hair in sink. Floor in bedroom portion had “crumbs” of some sort. Even though it was a Pure room, the it sure smelled funny. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned well. For the price of the night, and their fees, I would expect more.

I have stayed here at least 6 times in the past but this will be the last time. We checked into our room and found there were cockroaches running on the counter. They ended up giving us a different room but the lady at the desk didn’t seem surprised. It was a real let down, we have had really good stays there in the past but I guess those days are over

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very well kept and clean. The only issues we had were the noise from the air conditioner as the location of the unit in the closet was directly at the foot of the bed. The room was right next to Interstate 44 and the traffic noise was very prominent. We will definitely stay there again but request a room on the other side of the hotel.

It’s an older hotel. Bed was worn. No small perks like lotion. Towels were okay. Sliding glass door was broken so security risk. It was fixed during stay. No one told me there was a parking charge just saw it on the bill at checkout.

The sofa bed mattress was thin and lumpy. The bedding packet included 2 fitted sheets (no top sheet) a well worn mattress pad to fit a twin bed and a blanket so cheap you could see through it. And to think that I paid extra for the suite and it was from a reputable hotel, the Residence Inn.

We reserved a 2 bedroom suite. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was fresh and a lot of choices. The ladies making breakfast had everything stocked fresh biscuits and eggs 20 minutes before breakfast ended and we're very friendly.

We required and requested a handicap room. We advised we had a dog. Upon arrival, there were NO handicap rooms available and was told "because you book through a 3rd party we do not get the requests." I call BS because I have done this multiple times. So not only am I taking my handicap father up and down an elevator and pushing him around in an oversize wheelchair that doesn't fit through doorways, he could barely get up and down from the toilet because it was so low to the ground. THEN I had to take a dog up and down an elevator which was a horrible experience for her. Don't forget I had to pay ANOTHER $80 on top of the $200 I already paid, FOR THE DOG! Absolutely furious over the entire situation. Had I known we would not have a handicap room I would have NEVER booked this hotel. I was given the option AFTER we arrived and were out of options as the rest of the hotels who took dogs were booked. Completely tied our hands in this situation.

This hotel is always great! My room was on the side of the highway so I wasn’t able to get much sleep the first night, but the next day I asked for a different room and they were happy to oblige. They quickly got me a new room that was on the other side and it was perfect! Great customer service!

The TV in the suite area had a buzzing sound coming from it. The maintenance team couldn't fix it, so they moved us and upgraded our room. It was wonderful, every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful.

We asked for a quiet room. We were placed on 2nd of 3 floors and the guest above us were stomping around til 130am. We were told breakfast was served until 9 am and at 10 til 9 even the yogurt (which was all we wanted) was put away. We callee after check out when we realized a bracelet was left in our room. We called less the an hour from checking out. The front desk would not assist. Transferred us to head of houaekeeping. I left a voicemail with the information and my contact #, no one returned the call.

The Staff was polite, courteous, and very friendly. When I had a few concerning issues. They were quick to respond and resolved it in a timely matter. The room overall was nice and clean. It had everything I needed to make my time comfortable. The free breakfast was good. It had different options for you to choose from. I would stay here again when I plan to revisit Joplin, MO. in the near future.

Planned a stay on 1/8/25 on our way south. Due to a snow storm we stayed from 1/8 - 1/10 and the hotel staff were more than accommodating knowing our situation. We didn’t realize how well we got to know the staff until we stayed again on 1/20/25 on our return trip, when we walked into the lobby the receptionist Aleks greeted us with a “welcome back” which made our day! Can’t say enough great things about this hotel and their staff, we highly recommend it.

Key fobs didn’t work well. Breakfast nice but not hot. Elevator out. Room nice, but price was high for last night. ? Nice outside area. There shouldn’t be a charge for parking. Evening reception or bar. Staff was great. We would stay there again.

Poor entrance outlook, rest ambiance is good. Food presentation is good but the quality and variety of breakfast items is lesser than Best Western Plus just opposite to it. Stayed for 2 days and both days there were no bananas in breakfast. Sausages are permanently of pork and do not provide beaf/chicken sausages. They charge for parking which is not mentioned while booking the hotel
