The breakfast was very limited compared with other hotels, we've stayed, with one type of fruit, a single meat option. I continued my breakfast at a restaurant after checking out of the hotel. The TV screen was failing in our room--so they asked ups to change to another room after we'd unpacked in the first one. [ as there is no onsite maintenance.] For the price, I'd not purchase at this location, again. My next stay will probably be a Hampton Inn, should i return to Shelby, NC.

Room was clean, but was noisy. People in the room next to us were so loud. Only one lady was so sweet and friendly , she had long braids and gave us recommendations as to where go eat around town. However there is lady that is bald and is so unfriendly. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking.

This makes the second time we've stayed and it's always very clean and comfortable. The staff is so nice! All definitely be booking here again in the future.
