Parking was secure AC worked well Hotel Employee was very rude as I was making reservation threatened to call police why I don't know Refrigerator didn't work only 1 lamp worked in room and then the disrespect was to much wouldn't recommend this place for anyone.

Pets are welcomed handicapped accessible inside room was horrible 1 lamp for entire room refrigerator don't work house keeping didn't leave trash bag when I get back to the room I'm thinking about asking for different room not the best stay.

Good experience. Never got my pet deposit back, but it was a good experience, we would stay there again.

Frist off , they changed the dates n couldn't , find my resvarion , n had to buy another night , instead of working with me never asked for my confirmation number, I want a refund for the original night stay, then asked for non smoking room open door n it stink od cigarettes, the chair looked like dried blood all over it , the shower floor leaked from the tub, terrible mold on the ceiling black, next morning free breakfast no coffee no waffle no Juise all there all empty, dry cereal n milk , terrible, came in after midnight new years eve, n 2 Cop cars there made feel very unsafe, late night activity in parking lot , woman in lot, black n white , nasty, I want a refund I should ask for both nights but I stayed one night , it's a total rip off , he was mad because I used Expedia, when I asked for coffee the Indian man, threw up his hands left the desk n went in back room shut the door, this is not acceptable, I want a refund please, help me with this stay ,
