Me and my fiancé loved this place. We had a great time together here since we haven’t seen each other for half a year due to me being in the military. Great place for a long stay. Super welcoming staffs, great breakfast, great pool, and room felt like home. Outside surrounding is great for family and friends to hangout. Peaceful and memorable atmosohere.

Nice stay. A little dated and we’re short staffed, didn’t clean room until 4th day. Outside walks and doormats needs good cleaning as well as the stairwells. Overall good , just needs a little tweaking.

Clean hotel and courteous employees. The pool area and patio are fantastic. We did have an issie with our 1st room - the people in the room bext door were extremely loud. They also smoked pot- so much so that the hallway and our room had a heavy pot smell. The desk clerk on duty switched our room for us. Not sure of anything was done about the guest who was smoking pot in the other guest room.

I had a procedure at UNC hospital. I requested a quiet room. Was put on the 3rd floor quite far from the elevator. Very hard to walk that distance while feeling ill. The room was clean but very worn and the halls smell of fried food. Like a cafeteria. The bed was so insanely hard and uncomfortable. The couch was a brick with hard pillows. Absolutely no comfort at all. The man at the front desk was extremely pleasant and the only thing positive sbout the stay. I’ve stayed at Marriot before and this was very sub par. When we return to the hospital we will be selecting another hotel.

The room was immaculately clean and well stocked. The front desk employees were all very nice and helpful. Beds were SUPER comfortable. The only real issue we had was the dining staff. They didn't really seem to understand that we were there to eat and they never took our order. But we did go to the room and called it in. The food was good, and decently priced. The person who took the money was the same person who was confused about us eating there and they seemed to be confused about the payment for the food too. I'm not sure if they were new or what, but it was a little frustrating. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

The room temperature was hard to manage. Too cold at times and too hot at others. Also, the shower has a couple of corner shelves that have holes in the back corner. This is allowing water to flow into the walls and will result in major damage. Lastly, the microwave turntable does not work.

Room was directly adjacent to a main entry staircase. Quite noisy throughout the night. Walk in shower was nice, but water pressure was quite poor. The bathroom was extremely small with the entry door swinging inwards which made it very awkward to move inside. Bathroom baseboards were deteriorating.

We came into town for my son to visit UNC Chapel Hill as he will be attending in the fall and to go to the NC State vs Chapel Hill game. We had a great stay with y'all. The room was large enough to accommodate us and the beds were super comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen so we could have snacks and keep our left overs.

What makes this hotel so special is the staff. From the moment you enter the door Jerry greets you and treats you as though you have entered a five star resort. I did encounter some problems with noise and he took care of the it immediately and professionally. I also ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food was very good. The staff here is amazing. But again, I must say Jerry is one of the best I’ve ever meet in this business!

We enjoyed our stay, just wish they weren't testing the fire alarms. I know it had to be done and I am glad they do have it checked. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, and we were close UNC and about 10 minutes from the Dean Dome. What more could you ask for?
