I loved everything about this property. It is just a few minutes away from UNC, Baity Hill where I visited and so close the grocery, shopping etc. I would definitely recommend. The Gym was great very modern equipment and the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful.

The property is nice and easy access. The parking lot is on the property and it is not a parking garage and they charge $6.50 a day. Just don’t understand that one. I can see my car from my window in my room.

Lobby, elevators, rooms were all very clean. Person responsible for breakfast/coffee station was amazing. Definitely took pride in her work. Only negative was your picture showed a pool which is one of the reasons I selected this hotel. Very disappointed parent and kid when we arrived and no pool.

Everything was great. The only thing is the floor in the room was slippery so we had to keep that in mind. Otherwise absolutely no complaints. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and the staff was great. They have great amenities and they have small events for the guests which I thought was cool. Never really seen that before.

The Parking is pay parking through an app, not the hotel and was cumbersome. The beds were very uncomfortable and two fixtures in the bathroom leaked or didnt work (sink drain). Breakfast was very mediocre.

A new, modern, cozy, and clean hotel! Awesome staff. Convenient location close to UNC and Duke (we were on a college visits trip). Great breakfast. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The only nuisance was the loud AC unit in our room, which is an issue if you're a light sleeper like myself.

The lobby was clean and well equipped with activities such as a foosball table and giant Jenga. The ice machine and water dispenser were features I appreciated. The room was clean and neat with a modern, contemporary vibe, with a comfortable bed. Very good options on the breakfast bar but the pancake machine and toaster were not working properly. I would stay there again.

There was hair in my bed, the sink had low water pressure, there was banging/construction upstairs all night so I couldn't sleep, and the manager offered 10k points to make up for the inconvenience but only issued 8k points. Very petty and unnecessary.

OMG. I found a dirty, to the point of crusty, towel behind one of the end tables, wedged to the wall. It was disgusting. Clearly, it had been there for a while and no one saw it. I also had A/C problems and was told there was no fix until service returned the next day. Finally, the 24hour tea service had such tepid water, maling tea was impossible.

One of the best hotel stays ever. Laminate floors in room are much cleaner and healthier. Every area of property immaculately kept. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and offered assistance. Breakfast was fresh with a variety of options. 24/7 coffee, tea and hot chocolate is delightful after a long day of travel. Linens were new and clean and towels abundant. Honestly, the best hotel stay ever.

The rooms in this hotel are really poorly designed. There are no drawers to put clothes in and the only shelf is 2" off the floor under a bench. The desk is situated next to the HVAC unit, so the fan blows on you if you sit at the desk and there is no way to turn the fan off. This makes it almost impossible to use the desk/workspace. All of these design flaws could have been easily avoided.

My family and I tried to check into the hotel. When we arrived the entire computer system was down. They have no other way of accessing rooms or guest details without technology. Other families were waiting in the lobby and also unable to check in. There was no ETA. We were late arrivals, but due to the system being down, they were not able to adjust the accommodation and provide us a room like they normally would be able to if the system was operable. The Operations Manager did not offer great customer service or attempt to actually help us find a place to stay. He said he could not offer a room for us. He casually offered to call another hotel on our behalf, but did not take any necessary steps to make that happen. It seemed like it would be more of a chore than something he was actually willing to do for us. It was very obvious that he was overwhelmed, frustrated, and unwilling to go above and beyond. His lackluster attempts to help us instead made us feel abandoned. We did not trust in his ability to make sure we had a room for the night after just driving three hours. We left, as we believed we needed to fend for ourselves and urgently find a place to stay for the night, instead of sleeping in our car. He also said we could call Expedia, provide them with his information and attempt to receive a refund. After doing so, even after buying additional insurance, we discovered we are unable to receive a refund.

Front desk was very nice. Actually most of the staff the staff I encountered was great. However, on several occasions the staff was out in front/side of the main entrance smoking which made it unavoidable to exit or enter the hotel without encountering smoke. I’m asthmatic snd smoke triggers an attack. If they could take the smoking to the back of the property, or an area that is nowhere near the main entrance, this would be ideal. Aside from that, they get 5 stars.

Antoine at the front desk was professional polite and pleasant. He was very helpful when we told him our room was way to hot and we couldn’t get ac on. He came immediately and corrected it. He greeted us upon entering & exiting everyone! A true delight!

Hotel fairly new. Very clean! Woman helping with breakfast very helpful. Front desk workers were unfriendly both at check in & out. Barely spoke to me & acted like I was an annoyance interrupting them doing nothing. Directly next to highway which was convenient although not picturesque. Pictures on site showing outdoor tables & patio do exist but are overlooking highway. Not a lot directly next to hotel but very convenient location. Plenty of parking. Rooms were modern.

The staff was AMAZING! There were just some things that bothered us. There was no way to let Housekeeping know we needed service. Nothing to hang on the door. Housekeeping knocked on our door just once during our stay. Breakfast was lacking a bit more variety. Maybe some breakfast potatoes, grits, muffins and cinnamon buns/pastries would have been nice options. I tried calling the Front Desk multiple times for room issues/general information and couldn't get through. I finally went down to the Lobby to report the water coming out of our AC. It was promptly fixed, but the whole situation left me disappointed with my ability to reach hotel staff if I needed to. The parking system didn't provide me with any kind of invoice for parking fees, not by text or email. So I have no idea what I paid for parking. Every hotel has issues/challenges. Recognizing they exist is the first step. Then, it's how they choose to overcome them that matters. We'd consider visiting again, but with misgivings.

The fresh pancakes each morning were outstanding, a pleasant surprise...The staff was very helpful and cheerful.... Especially our Breakfast hostess!!!....The only drawback was that during our 3 night stay, we did not receive service for our room...I had to retrieve fresh towels and empty the trash.... However, we will stay there again.....

This hotel surprised us! It was the most budget friendly hotel in Chapel Hill for our weekend trip. Everything was clean and looked really new. No issues at all. The hotel has a good free breakfast and lots of grab and go options if needed.
