We moved from California to Texas and were driving a U-Haul and needed a place to sleep after being on the road for 12 hours. This came up and its location and said it had parking for RV’s gave us a reason to try it. We arrived after midnight and the check in was easy and professional with a good amount of personal attention.

I stayed for a total of 27 days to help a local family member. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was adequate. My linens were changed only once during that time, but staff gave me more shampoo and soap when I asked for it. Location was convenient. It would have been helpful if their “business center” computer was functional.

I have a daughter in a wheelchair, there is NO elevator and there were NO rooms on the bottom floor even though i requested an adjoining bottom floor room. We had to CARRY my daughter up 2 flights of stairs! Unacceptable!!! Against ADA policy!

Felt unsafe. Lots of homeless. Workout room “okay, bike broken, AC broken, very old equipment. For price “okay” but I wouldn’t stay here without my husband.

The hotel was ok but the cleanliness of my room was atrocious!! The bathroom floor had pubic hair on the floor and the bath/shower I can’t believe was even cleaned. The pillows smelled horrible and thank goodness I brought my own. I’m not sure the sheets had been changed so I slept in my clothes. NOT HOW A HOTEL SHOULD BE RUN!! I will never stay in a Days Inn again.

My child & I were there for a college campus visit. I picked the hotel because of its closeness to the NMSU campus. There were so many mosquitoes in the room. I killed multiple each night. My kid had so many bites. There was also hair in my kid's bed. The shower/tub was dirty. There was coffee on the ceiling and wall. It was not a clean room. The breakfast was just ok. There wasn't any water available unless you purchased bottled water.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby smelled like staled smoke. He gave me the key to my room. He said it was right at the top of the stairs right when I got to the bottom of the stairs after getting out of my car, a big heavyset man was standing naked at the top of the stairs. I don’t know if he was on drugs or what so I went back in the lobby and had the guy give me another room. There was people lurking all through the parking lot. 1am in the morning you hear a train every hour on the hour honking their horn. The people in the room next to me were having a fight. You could hear him slamming the door all hours of the night. I probably got two hours of sleep and then I left I would never recommend this place. It’s noisy. There’s looters outside in the parking lot and the room was filthy and stunk my socks were black from walking on the filthy floor plus there was someone else’s hair in the sheets, so I didn’t even sleep in the bed. I slept in the chair.

Front desk staff was great! Hotel is dated, clean for the most part but older with thin walls. It’s a motel so you hear Interstate 10 and your neighbors well! Other than that, comfortable stay, bed was good, water pressure fine. Breakfast limited and gym very minimal. Again it was alright for a quick pit stop.

Incredible kind staff but the rooms are damp and kind of falling apart at the walls. AC buttons were off so it was a guessing game the whole time. It was ok for what we needed but wouldn’t do it again.

Breakfast was good, room was a little tired showing it's age. Didn't affect me, but the AC unit lets in most sounds from outside, almost as much as having a window open so bring earplugs or headphones if you're easily woken.

We had stayed here several years ago and enjoyed our stay, so booked again and were not disappointed. The property has continued to be upgraded. Our room was spacious and clean with all the basic needs and the staff ( both front desk and cleaning) were very friendly and eager to please. Thanks for being you.

The front desk person Brianna was very unprofessional and rude when I called at about 8:30 pm to ensure I didn't lose my room ( which was fully paid) to let them know that I was going to be at hotel after midnight. She didn't allow me to finish my sentence, spoke over me stating" As I said you will have to call again if you're not here by 1:00 am". After a 14 hour drive, upon arrival I requested a ground floor room due having a leg injury. The room that I was given had a broken a/c, was dirty, reeked of urine, and upon pulling the blankets back there were yellow stains and hairs on the sheets. I called the front desk and the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to give us a different room. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was good, no issues there. They did, however, bill me again for the room when I told them it was paid for through Hotels.com. They assured me they would not bill me again, and even printed me a receipt that showed zero due. However, the charge went through anyway on the 7th. Have tried several times to call them, but no answer.

The property is nicely located, close to shopping and hospital. Theres a gas station next door and a very good Mexican restaurant across the street. The workers were very customer service oriented. The breakfast was good and consisted of waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, bagels and toast. We enjoyed our stay.

Started out with pleasant and efficient people at the front desk. Easy check-in. Very nice clean room with TV, fridge, microwave, and excellent mattress. Convenient to I-10. The breakfast was plentiful, and selection was good. Gas and eating options nearby. Quieter than I expected.

First room I was given had a stain on the sheets. Front desk staff had no problem moving me to another room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was "so so". Bed was definetaly old and "springy". Area surrounding the property, I would not venture off too far at night. Circle K right next door to the property was convenient, but lots of sketchy people there after about 9 pm.

The bed cover had brownish stains. There was police activity with sirens and such in the area. Another guests vehicle alarm sounded at least two times. The continental breakfast had very very very little to offer. Skipped it all together and picked up food on the road. Probably won’t stay with this hotel chain again.

Room smelled likes a dirty drain. Has to cover all stains with wet towels and spray perfume to be able to sleep. Friendly and efficient check in staff. Breakfast crew not too friendly, we came down at 9:35 am and they had thrown away all coffee already.

Parking was very easy. The neighborhood seemed a little suspicious but we were fine. It also smelled pretty bad outside. Thankfully it didn't smell bad in the room. Breakfast could have been better, more variety, something with protein.
