The outsid & lobby area are very pretty. Theres a manlift about 6×4 feet instead of elevator & its vety slow * crowded. Staff are efficent & helpful. The air in room sounds like its going to jump out of ceiling. There a shortage of electrical outlets in room. They have power strips run instead of plugs. Bar npt open either. Bath tub sit too high off floor.

Location is good - close to NMSU. Room was clean, but very dated and in need of repair (chipping paint, grim in bathroom caulk). WiFi was terrible and barely useable (1mbs). Most restaurants around the area were closed so nothing is really walking distance. Inside the lobby area is charming. Staff was nice. It was economical, but I probably wouldn’t stay again for work just due to wifi and location.

I didn't get the room I booked due to "maintenance issues". The main area of the hotel is an indoor pool and was difficult to escape the pool smell. I didn't even attempt to eat the morning breakfast that was available because it was humid and smelled of pool. The hotel room entrance was in this main area so the hotel room reeked of indoor pool smell. There are literally no windows in the hotel room that let in natural light so when I woke up in the morning it was dark in the hotel room. It was an uncomfortable stay mainly due to the pool smell and humidity of an indoor pool. And no windows!! I will not stay there again.

A nice hotel, a little older and needing maintenance, peeling paint, tub discolored, shower head clogged. I expect better from Ramada.
