The room size was wonderful. It was your typical Marriott, clean rooms, comfortable beds...the breakfast was not fabulous:( We were very disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance!

We arrived to find the pool closed, the internet inoperable and panel inside the elevator broken (you couldn't push the button for the 2nd floor). Within our room, the TV turned off at will (4x Friday night), and there was no stopper in the bathroom sink. Seems like serious maintenance issues.

Specifically chose this Marriott property because of outdoor pool. Requested ground floor room. Upon arrival we learned the pool was dirty and closed and our room request was ignored. Inside the room we found a filthy bathroom, loud rattling AC and dirty floors and furniture.

Room was nice size with kitchenette and walking closet but carpet was not that clean, behind nightstand and beds very dusty. Sofa bed had stains all over same with pillows. In the bathroom shower door very inconvenient, got wet with cold water because shower handle was all the way inside to the right and door opened all the way to the left side. fire alarm turning on at 2 am so noisy. Maybe by accident or whatever happened but was so annoying.

We’ve stay at this establishment several times. It seems to have gone downhill in cleanliness, especially in the showers. The shower floors are not clean. Appears to be mold in the liner of the shower. The carpeting was not vacuumed well. Our room 136, had thorns in the carpet and I stepped on a staple and cut my foot. In was embedded in the carpet. I’m going to think twice before booking here again .

We will never stay here again. Toothpick very intentionally stuck into the carpet which I stepped on and went through my foot. Damages, stains on carpet, rust, hard water crust all over faucets and rooms not kept up.. Sinks not draining, low water pressure for showers, awful smell coming from shower drain, fridge not keeping cold enough for milk for baby. No phones in room to call for housekeeping or front desk.

The phone in the room did not work, so I could not setup a wake up call. I went to the front desk and was assured they would get a wake call to me. No wake up call, they were not sure what to do. WHen showering three large, long black hairs washed up in the shower. I asked where I could find a ice machine, I was told first and third floor. The ice machine had and out of order sign posted shouldn't the front desk be aware of the issue. The breakfast area was dirty. Some of the chafing dishes were visbly spotted, not something I wanted to take food from. The kitchen was rude and really not in a good frame of mind to deal with the public.

Is a big room, however it is not a clean room to stay. washbasin has water stains which dress me to uncomfortable at the fist impression. Bath towels have rancid smelling. And the sheet are not cleaned!!!!! Be aware of the place.

Recent update on carpet through out. One inch gap under main door, unique room design/layout. Night clerk was…professional. T. service was strange guide did not correlate to programming. Like most of the hotel close to being good. Appears this was recently remodeled and is on the way back.

The room I was given was updated and overall pretty clean until I checked the bathroom. I guess maintenance went in after cleaning and fixed something in the shower, the drain cover was left on the floor, and there was dirty boot prints and hair on the bathroom floor. I was already settled in and didn't want to get another room, so I grabbed a towel and cleaned it up myself.. There was very little hot water, and the air-con unit was noisy enough I had to turn it off to sleep. I did not get breakfast at the hotel, and there is some road construction around so plan ahead.

I’ve stayed at SpringHill suites before and had a great experience so I didn’t bother to read the reviews. Big mistake. This property is a very pale relative. The first room we were given on the ground floor had a window that couldn’t be locked. There is only one night stand by the bed and the side with no night stand has no plug ins available. The air conditioner sounded like a diesel engine and we had to turn it off to sleep. Not sure why Marriott went cheap, but they’ve moved a step lower in my book. However the staff were friendly.

Great location. Great beds. Wish the outside signage was a little clearer from the approach road. I had to circle the block a couple times. Also the shower was a cold shower. I think the regulator was set for the shower head when the hot water heater was hotter because the sink got hot.

P r obably the worst Marriott ever. No n hand soap in bathroom and VERY HEAVY barn door to bathroom SQUEALED so loud it woke one up, shower door leaked water all over the floor and breakfast service person serenaded himself loudly. When asked about stay at check out I told the clerkk about the issues and not even an apology, just a surly do you want a rexeipt.I guess it's back to Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn from now on. VERY DISAPPOINTED loyal Marriott customer!!!!

The rooms were clean!!! We left a cell phone in the room on check out day and Richard was super rude to myself and my elderly mother. He was not helpful at all. He also made faces when we asked for water at the front desk. He wouldn't let us back in the room until I asked for a manager. The maintenance man was very kind and he helped my mom retrieve the phone. We didn't catch his name. The cell phone ended up being bin the office at the g ront.

The hotel overall was unimpressive and it started at check in where we had to wait for our room for over 30 minutes. Seems they would have had plenty of time to have it ready but overall the service left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was limited but passable and this is the first hotel where you had to request to have your room cleaned. Could have been worse but likely will not stay there again.

Our original stay was booked for 2 weeks. Our aunt passed away unexpectedly and we had to leave the hotel sooner than planned. The hotel refused to shorten our stay and charge only the days we actually stayed. They went ahead and denied the accommodation and charged the 2 full weeks even though no one was in the room for a week.

This property is above and beyond. Especially Virginia. She was the most accommodating staff member and helped us in every way after a long day on the road. We will stay here anytime we pass through and are eternally grateful for the amazing service provided at this property.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to restaurants and shops in Old Mesilla. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was firm and comfortable and allowed us to have a good night's sleep. Breakfast consisted of cold and hot items and there was plenty of seating in the breakfast room which was uniquely designed. I appreciate that they had a business center, a definite plus for me. The staff was courteous and attentive throughout our brief stay.

Lot of homeless people in the area that hangbout at McDonald"s. Had to leave for training at 4:30 am, and the girl didn\'t want to unlock the front door for me to leave, couldn\'t make decisions, couldn\'t tell me where I could go to get out,, and moved slow - this is a big fire hazard!! Would mop front lobby during high traffic times. Room had red stains in floor. Door was broken and took a lot to open and close it. The desk and mini dresser below tv had stains, appearing dirty.

We came for the Gus Macker and this place was better than the pictures. It was very nice, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool area is pretty small, we wanted to hang out in the hot tube after the Macker but it was packed with kids because the pool isn’t heated, it’s cold. Either way breakfast was delicious, typical hotel breakfast. Coffee was amazing and surprisingly close to a Walmart and an Applebees which was exactly what we needed after a hot day in the sun. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine. The included breakfast, however, was sub-par. Eggs were cold both mornings. My wife had cereal, and it tasted funny because of the milk. It wasn't quite expired, but almost.

We had stayed at a different spring hill suites in the past which we enjoyed and thought we would give this a try. We were not thrilled with this hotel, it’s really old, needs some major updates, the breakfast was hardly edible, they ran out of plain bagels by 8:00am, not a great selection at all, butter had just come out if the freeze and was rock hard and not spreadable. Pillows need to be replaced, room needed some updating, it’s just an old hotel

It’s not clean. The shower water flow was too low. Breakfast was very limited. The room had stale air smell. The couch was spotty dirty. The desks were also had dark spots. The towels were yellowish…not white.

Very spacious room and nice amenities. Great staff. Even during the high pressure rush during the breakfast hour, the kitchen lady was kindly ensuring smooth supply. Room could have been vacuumed better and the sofa bed fabric could be cleaned better.

Breakfast was average. The egg/cheese omelet seemed to be more mass produced than a typical hotel breakfast. The bacon was very thin, almost translucent. We also never got the wi-fi password. The property and the room were clean.
