Waited in line for 20 minutes for an elevator to get to my room. Only 3 of the 6 were operating. Several escalators were not functioning. Overall, everything in the hotel and casino needs updating.

Everything was Great with the rooms. … But having to wait 30 minutes in line to use the elevators at 10:45 P.M. also Sunday unable to get an elevator at check out time I’m 60 years old and had to walk from 21st floor to the second floor down the stairwell

Hotel was remodeling, making our room in the Sky Tower nearly impossible to access the rest of The Row. The monorail shuttle is either also being remodeled or shut down permanently, and escalators were down, making it a long trek with stairs.

No pool for such a big hotel, tower we stayed in had no amenities. Hotels.com was not accommodating when I tried canceling a booking that I made that day for another hotel which looked nothing like pictures. Don’t think I will ll book through this app again

Property is very run down. Several elevators were not working. Escalators were closed. Monorail was closed. Self check in kiosks were all out of order. The lobby was full of people trying to get checked in. Only 2 workers at the front desk. I stood in line for 45 minutes. Our room was clean. That's the best I can say.

Loved the place, except for the Gym. Gym has 90% of machines for leg exercise, needs more upper body strength workouts machines.

We really enjoyed our time at Circus Circus hotel….we stayed in the Sky Tower which was a bit far from the casino. I did like how we were near the parking garage though. The signs to get to registration were super confusing and far. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, but this time seemed like a “circus” to get around lol. One complaint I do have is wheeling luggage up and down stairs to get to the sky tower (near parking garage elevators) was a pain…..also, housekeeping must not have checked for towels hanging on shower curtain—there was a dried up (used) wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain bar and also dried toothpaste on our door. I did really like how there were so many charging ports and outlets in the room….i counted 7 plugs just with night stand, desk, and dresser—that’s not counting all of the lower outlets near the beds—that is a huge deal for us! The room was nice and quiet. Overall, it was a great stay!

I shouldn’t have been surprised by the accommodations at this hotel. The room itself was sufficient, and the bed was just okay. However, getting to the room was a nightmare—the elevators were extremely slow, and several weren’t even working. The hotel was loud and felt dirty throughout.

Bathroom was dirty you can cleary see handprints on shower walls meaning it wasn't washed. Lifted mattress to put toddler rails and found sorry napkins condom wrappers n condoms. Will never stay here again. I stayed about 10 yrs ago n thought with the renovation would give it another try as peppermill was sold out but the same with a few updated furniture. They stuck us by the elevator so my Lil and I were woken up at all times of the night. Outside was SUPER noisy we barely slept. We checked out and went to peppermill.

There was no fan in the bathroom. I did not like the fact that the window shade could not turn dark to make the room dark. The sun shining through the window in the morning woke me up. I did not feel that the room was very private since someone could see through the window shade.

I’ve stayed at Reno Circus Circus North Tower before and will recommend the North Tower. Beware if they put you in the Sky Tower… don’t do it!! It is a trek to get to your room. You’re disconnected from everything and the rooms need much updating. Still in the 80s and walls are paper thin.

The 1st room smelled like pot smoke and febreeze coverup. I couldn’t reach any human by phone so I had to go wait in the long check in line to talk to someone to switch rooms. They did switch us rooms and the new room was clean but our bathroom had an obvious leak in the ceiling with mold growing.

The room was nice enough. It was pretty overpriced for a quick one night stay. The room was far from the lobby and the elevator line at midnight (when we checked in after a long drive) was insanely long. The hallways were sooo hot too! No A/c in the halls. There was an a/c in the room though. The room was an ok size.

This is my first time I come back here after many year, it’s ok overall but the AC was too slow or didn’t work. I called the receptionist to report the AC issue to have it checked out since it’s been almost 3 hours and my room was still at 77.1 degree. The receptionist told me that she created a ticket for the facility tech to come up and check and make sure that I don’t have the privacy tag hang on the door. My wife and I left the room shortly after the call and came back about 3 hours later. We didn’t notice if the tech came but no note or nothing but the room was still at 77.1 degree.

Its been over 20 years since I last stayed here. The room was OK, but no heater in the bedroom. It was not ADA either-which I had booked. The bed too hig to use, the pullout couch broken down and too soft.The shower unuseable because it was not a walk in or roll in. The frig worked, so did the wifi. The valet staff were great! My car decided I was trying to steal it and locked itself down. Its "brain" was certainly senile, battery had to be removed and towed to dealership. Brain killed as it was obsolete. I could only laugh because no one would ever consider a rebuilt car had a brain.

Check-in was not the best experience - no map or clear directions given for room location, online presence and assistance with this actual property was seriously lacking (always wanted to direct me to the Vegas property), and not as kid friendly as you would think. Overall decent place but would have been nice to have a pool or other amenities to entertain kids when most attractions not open mid-week. Take care when online searching for the property as the map and attractions are linked to Vegas property! Keep in mind this is mainly a casino resort.

Good: Having 3 connected casinos is great--very convenient, variety of food/play options. Bad: One of the adjoining rooms had a maintenance issue...called 3 times to have it fixed, no response...ended up moving to another room.

My family and I were enjoying our morning coffee taking turns in the shower when one of their staff members knocked on our door and walked in without waiting for one of us to answer the door. Then the person who walked in didn’t speak English which made us panic more because we didn’t understand why she was entering our room. The manager then proceeded to tell me that the cleaning staff does that during the time of check out. It was 9:10 AM and we thought we had a check out time of 10 AM only to find out that our check out time was really 12 PM. So tell me why your flipping staff is entering my room I paid for when my check out time wasn’t for 2 hours and 50 minutes away. Super unprofessional and rude staff (even the manager made excuses for why her staff was in my room without my permission)!!!!

We typically stay there when we make a trip to Reno to either see our student daughter, or moving her in/out of the dorm. It's very close to the campus with plenty of parking and room choices. The cost is reasonable but be aware of the "resort fees" that are almost double the total cost, and all you get for it is a free WiFi and coffee or tea in the room. There's a fridge but no microwave. On the plus side, the rooms are pretty spacious, the beds are comfortable and there's a good variety of dining in the Row. It could be quite expensive though, unless you choose the food court.

The room was very nice and large. The parking was confusing trying to enter the lot because there are 2 garages. Then, finding the way to registration was another challenge. Also, no table games, but the casino is connected to 2 other casinos which is convenient to walk through.

Great place to bring kids since they have so many arcades. The casino connects in to other surrounding casinos. Tons of great food options from Habit burger to nice sit down spots. The Mexican restaurant turns into a 21+ nightclub at night, which was pretty cool. The rooms were standard but clean and nice. Small fridge in the room was helpful. Parking is free, but not the most convenient if yours not staying in the main casino tower. The other tower parking requires 2 elevators to get to your room. Elevators can get packed Friday and Saturday evenings, and you might have to wait a little bit unless you wanna hike 10-25 floors of steps.

I’ve stayed at both the Silver Legacy and Eldorado before but Circus Circus was by far the superior hotel room! Staff was amazing and the amenities were plentiful. I ate lunch at Gordon Ramsey Fish and Chips which was wonderful and I had a late nite bite fro Panda Express in the food court. All in all, it was a wonderful stay!

Food options were great and open late. Only thing that was a little inconvenient were the elevators to the parking garage. Only one worked and it got very backed up. But the stairs were an easy option.

most everything is closed. no place to eat except gordans fish and chips or food court. we had found cafe opened the next day. breakfast was $50 for 2 people and the food wasnt great. most escalators off, being worked on. It looks like Reno has dried up. So sad, use to be our favorite place to go. Wont be going back. we didnt take pictures, nothing worth taking pictures of.
