No EV charging, good value for the price

Amenities advertised breakfast included and pool. There is no breakfast and the pool is closed until renovations. Room was recently remodeled, but the fridge didn't work. Bed was comfortable and clean. Stayed 4 nights and no housekeeping, even when asked of at the front desk to empty the trash. Arrived back to room once and the power was out. Took over an hour and asking twice for them to fix it. Room key kept deactivating and needing to be redone at front desk. Close to airport if that's what you need.

This property has potential, and they are renovating. I was placed in two different renovated rooms. One had limited power supply, lights and outlets would not work, nor was their TV service in either room. The Direct TV service is off, and you couldn’t even download apps to watch. They have breakfast closed due to renovation, but they aren’t renovating the breakfast area while I was there. I was suppose to stay two nights, but requested and received a day early checkout. I went to a hotel that had the necessary amenities as advertised. Book with caution, as the exterior of the property is also very dirty, trash everywhere, etc. Disappointing for the brand.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. However, we had an issue with our key cards to get back in our room. No parking close to our room and phone didn’t work for housekeeping. We had a two night stay and no one came for our trash or to restock the room. The pool was dirty and the building could use some upkeep.

I was in a room that was "remodeled". It was dirty and uncomfortable. I understand that you get what you pay for but dang can it please be clean. The pool was covered and had a bunch of garbage in it. Railings were taped by caution tape. Definitely wouldnt stay here again. Absolutely disgusting!!

Hotel under remodeling, no full breakfasts

First off the amenities we were promised were not available. Pool closed, no WiFi and no breakfast. Those were big reasons we chose that location. Then our toilet was clogged,( not by us) and we asked for someone to come unclog it, took them over an hour to get there, and he was clearly angry. Then after he was done he dripped toilet water from the bathroom to out the door of the room, and never came back to clean it up. Finally after learning about no breakfast, went back to the room at 8:30 am to find both our cards have been deactivated, hours before check out. We also didn’t get maid service and had a dirty comforter. Really made us feel unwelcome. I did complain, and was given an apology but that was all. No attempts to fix it

Sign didn’t have correct name. No breakfast or swimming pool as advertised.

There are some food places nearby but there is also a very noisy UPS semi loading and processing place right by the rooms which is loud all day and all night not allowing you to sleep. There is only one ice machine in the lobby for the entire property. The coffee machine was dirty and sticky.

The entire hotel was filthy and in horrible condition. And the smell of the entire hotel was nauseating. Some kind of pill was laying on top of the AC unit. Something disgusting was all over the carpet. The shower, walls, and doors were so dirty. Mildew and mold in the bathroom. The front door had a gap and it doesn’t close all the way. The front window had an 8” x 8” piece of glass completely broken out, and no screen. Overall, this is the trashiest, most repulsive hotel I’ve ever seen. La Quinta really needs to audit this facility.

The bathtub was dirty on check in. The hotel never cleaned the room. Was there for 3 days, had to go to front desk to get clean towels. The grounds were dirty, thank God it rained to clean the side walks outside of the room. There were french fries and trash everywhere. Worst room Ive ever stayed at in my life. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enimy.

The room was very dirty. there was something red that looked like sauce all over the bathroom door and door knob. Room was in bad shape. Would not stay there again.

Tye room was completely disgusting, the bathroom was dirty, there was mold on the walls and in the bathroom, it was just horrible, DO NOT STAY HERE AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID

The staff was nice but the place is in terrible condition. A stack of old bathtubs outside my room, garbage on the ground, stains and smells in my room.

Parking was easy and secure, i didn't need touse airconditioning as the climate was the perfect temperature even during the heat of the day. room was clean and tidy as well as the bathroom. there was only 1 tiny trashbin in the bathroom, but they did have a big trash can outside of the room that was changed daily.

When we checked in, the employee took my debit card and drivers license and immediately started speaking in another language to someone via his AirPods. With the way he was holding my cards and talking, I fully believe that he was telling that person all my information. So, I had to cancel my card. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were mouse droppings on the floor, bloody boogers on the sheets and with no weatherstripping on the door, the heater kicked on and off all night making sleep very difficult. When I spoke to the employee about it in the morning, all she said was, “That’s not right!” I have contacted Wyndham and I’m very interested to see what the resolution department has to say. Had there been fraudulent charges on my card, I would have called the police but I locked my card before it could happen.

Our room was not cleaned, so I called the front desk and they offered to either clean the room or give us a new room. I told them we were going shopping and they can come clean the room. When we returned from shopping I stopped by the front office to ask if our room had been cleaned, and I was told the cleaning crew was gone for the day. I asked for a new room and the staff liked a bit confused but changed our room. The new room had been cleaned, but was not clean at all. The beds were made, but the floors were dirty, the walls had something spilled down them, and the toilet was very dirty. We stayed for two days and had to endure the uncleanliness of the room the entire time since no one came to clean the second day either. We will not stay here again.

Parking lot was quite littered. Shower and toilet area in room very stained. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast minimal. Most ice machines removed. The one available was broken. No internet.

Only bad part of room (Rm170) needs maintenance attention with constant running water in shower, loose toilet seat, and loose/inoperable wall outlets.

Had parking directly in front of our room for being downstairs was a plus with a newborn. AC was great, had to shut it off a few times as it got to cold sometimes. Good thing. One downside, some of the wall plugs did not work and rather than reload the whole family up and attempt to move rooms, we bought ourselves a traveling extension cord now for future, in case use.

Between loud air conditioning and traffic flying on nearby highway I got maybe one hour of sleep. Stay away from this place.

Toilet needed fixing so it would not refill every 15 minutes. The water supply to the sink needs fixing so you don't burn your hands washing without cold water. The tub floor seemed unstable like there was no floor support. The Tub faucets do not adjust well to have a nice shower temp.

I was expecting a certain level of quality at a La Quinta and this one is far below a 'normal' La Quinta. Rooms are very shabby and the bathrooms especially. The tub/shower was particularly rundown. And the breakfast included was very low quality with broken waffle machines and little options but bad bagels and wierd/old appearing hardboiled eggs. Note: this motel abuts the freeway and can be very noisy...I got a room on the far side so be sure to request a room away from the freeway if possible.

TERRIBLE! Couldn’t even stay the night, ended up driving to another town to stay. So sketchy, and staff rude. DONT STAY!

AMAZING. Will def be one of my favorites in reno. Its close enough to the airport and freeway for travel. The rooms have been renovated, very clean and comfortable. Also the staff is VERY accommodating and kind.

Initially, when we first came to the property, we had trouble checking in because the loaners card was declining for some reason and I had to call two numbers to get it straightened. I almost cancelled my stay but it got resolved. I almost got charged the money right then and there even though I already paid the first month of the loan. It was hard to understand the issue because the worker was hard to understand and he was the least compliant. And then, we got screwed out of one of the services I thought we’d get which was “free breakfast.” They only had coffee and apple juice. They never updated or informed anybody they didn’t have breakfast. And then, when we finally got our room I realized it wasn’t even the room we paid for. We paid for a King bedroom. Instead we got two beds which were 2 fulls and by that same worker he said that all the king bedrooms were “taken up” by other people. And to try again in the morning. So we did, and this nice lady immediately gave us the room cards to the king bed literally right across from us. Which means it wasn’t booked, it was open the entire time, the dude just didn’t want to do his job and check if the room we paid for was the room we were getting. Despite all of that, even with having a disgusting pool that was filled with random gross liquid and trash, being screwed out of breakfast and the terrible worker, the rooms were clean. At least mine was. Glad there was air conditioning it was boiling hot outside and nice inside.

Really cute renovations and everything was clean, comfortable, and really lovely staff. Will definitely stay here again. Dont be fooled by the exterior which still is undergoing renovations.

The front desk is awful except the wonderful blonde lady. They charge me a deposit every time I rebooked (300). I rebooked because it’s cheap. So the deposit is $100 NOT $75, they don’t clean ur room during your stay AT ALL ,I had to ask them 4 times to get new towels and toiletries, there breakfast is a joke most of the stuff is broken to make breakfast, they don’t restock the soda vending machine, oh best of all THE POOL ISNT OPEN.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is switching from LaQuenta to Days Inn so it didnt look in the best shape. Out room was okay.buy the AC filters were disgusting dirty and the room didnt look fully clean.

Poor customer service while checking in. Called front desk regarding help for WiFi. Same desk guy that checked us in. Answered that no problem with WiFi, it is open. Asked what the steps were to get on it. (We are in our late 70’s and wasn’t sure how to do it. He repeated there is not a problem with WiFi and hung up. Also TV remote had back missing and did not work. Found dirty clothes from another/previous guest(s). Only had two towels for our showed. Noise was loud from other guests. Screaming for 2 hours. Areas around our building had lots of litter. Parked just inside street curb. Ther were homeless living in vehicles and broke down RVs. Very dirty and scary.

Walkable to RNO airport

The best part about this property is how close it is to I80 and the airport. As well as the staff letting us check-in early.

The property was in a not-so-nice area, but convenient to the airport, and to the GSR, which was having a convention I was attending. (The GSR was sold out). I was very grateful that I was able to check in early, and the room was clean enough and comfortable enough to enable me to have a pretty good stay. The property itself looks pretty old and run down, but it appears management is making the most of what they have and the hotel is ok for the money.

Hard to find. Located in industrial area behind U.S. Post Office. Homeless in their derelict vans, moho’s and trailers on the property’s perimeter. Litter in the parking areas in front of rooms. Building exterior needs repair and paint. Inside, the cheap false wood floors were dirty. Gap around the door. Dodgy clientele. Dodgy employees. Afraid my car was going to be stolen. Thank God the door had a bolt and the usual upper latch. The room price was cheap but still excessive for a dump motel. The towels were clean and the water hot. Surprised to find such an awful motel in the Wyndham chain

There was a hair on the pillow, TV was broken, like screen completely shot. Everything was old. I’m not picky, but this was a rough stay. It’s a motel with outside doors, so I bolted my door. There wasn’t anywhere to plug in my phone next to my bed. And what plugs I found were loose. I had to charge my phone off my computer overnight. I don’t usually stay in a place that is rated less than an 8.5, not sure how I ended up booking this one. But Hey, you CAN walk to the airport from here.

We called to cancel our reservation after arriving at the property - as the ads on the internet didn't look like the hotel when we arrived. The area didn't feel that safe, and there were many people hanging out in the parking lots outside many doors. As two single women arriving close to sunset we were not comfortable.

Refrig needs to be changed out, freezer section completely ice over and un-usable. Room needs updating. Stayed here several times in the past and this was the first time we actually felt the neighborhood was not safe, leaving a bike frame that has been stripped of wheels chained to the stairwell really is a bad form of advertising!!!

This property looked nothing like the online pictures. It is old and run down, and it not a good location. It was actually a bit scary, and super noisy as it is right on the freeway. We actually left and booked another hotel, even though the charged us for the first night. I would not recommend this hotel!

No breakfast even though it said it was supposed to. No seating in the room. No rack for luggage, exposed wires. I asked for a 1st floor and was told I get the new room at the top of the second floor stairs. I explained I was handicapped and they said it's a new room and just up the stairs. While talking to the front desk clerk she looked sick walked off and threw up. She came back, I again said I'm handicapped and again she said it's not far it's a new room obviously a communication issue. They did not even offer to help with our stuff I made 4 trips upstairs threw 3 doors each time. I'm so sore she didn't want to accommodate the handicapped. The ironing board was set up I guess for the luggage. They had pizza delivery pamphlet but we had no seating so. I would not stay here again too bad I booked beforehand or I would have went somewhere else.

Clean rooms but the ‘buffet breakfast’ was disappointing even by my standards. Juice machine. Coffee machine. Apples. One type of muffin. No choice of muffins pastries no milk no yogurt no bread and toaster.

Booked property because it was supposed to have breakfast. Booked a limited access room. When i arrived the room cleanliness was sub par. I did not recieve a limited access room. I was on the second floor with no elevator in site. Had to go to walmart t get cleaning supplies to clean the toilet of urine stains around and on the seat..

Their website says there is free breakfast, but we found out the first morning that is a lie on their website. Our room was dirty; there were items under the bathroom sink that were there when we got there.

Offer continental breakfast and there was nothing.

The first room was unlivable: stained, moldy carpet, ceiling plaster was falling off in puddles on the floor. Replacement room was cleaner (vinyl flooring), but details were below average for this price class. Complementary breakfast is NOT available, contrary to Hotels.com information. Worn signs on the front desk indicate breakfasts may not be available indefinitely. I am not sure I would eat there, in any case.

Room is nice and newly renovated. But was especially disappoint to find there is no breakfast, even though the website says there is.

Great breakfast and friendly staff

Currently the place is being remodeled. Questionable. We were uncomfortable for two reasons. 1. Advertisement said nothing about remodelings. 2. Room door was open when I walked up to it for the first time. No bell hops for it to make sense. The photos on Hotels.com shows breakfast bar and advertisement. No such thing. Did not sleep well.
