Comfortable, Affordable, and Reliable Stay Great place to stop for the night while traveling or to stay a few days and enjoy the area. It’s an older hotel, but very well maintained and clean. The staff does a great job keeping everything in good shape. Prices are affordable, and free parking is a nice bonus. The pool and hot tub are basic but clean and well-kept. My only small complaint is the free breakfast—it’s a little weak, but it’s enough to get you through to lunch, and hey, it’s free. I’ve stayed here several times and will definitely stay again.

Clean and relaxing atmosphere, but the parking is not horrible. If they're fully booked there's not enough parking spots. Even if you call to ask where to park they did not care. People had to park in red zones, charging spots, etc..

Easy in off the freeway, good parking, staff awesome, very clean, good breakfast with gluten free options. They even had a driver to take you to a restaurant of your choice within 3 miles of hotel. Nothing bad to say.

Airport shuttle program is in need of some attention. Called for a shuttle from the airport, after 40 minutes of waiting, called hotel back, shuttle showed up 15 minutes later. Which would be a reasonable travel time on a Thursday night, 7:00 PM. Driver was very friendly but do not believe she was dispatched on the first call. Wanted to book the shuttle for 4:00 AM back to the airport and was told that they do not schedule the shuttle, you call 15 minutes before you want to depart??? No guarantee that a shuttle will be available to get you to the airport. Very clean hotel! If you need shuttles service, be aware of the scheduling.

We were so pleased our dog was welcomed by staff! The coffee in the lobby was really good, which surprised us because we are kind of picky about our coffee! The room temperature was a little tough to regulate; it responded to settings, but would get too cool, then too hot during the night for my husband, waking him. On our 4th day, we requested housekeeping for the last night, but we were told there were staffing issues, so we couldn't get fresh sheets/towels. We settled for just a coffee pod restock. That seemed unfortunate for a room costing well over $200. But overall, the location was perfect for us, and the bed was super comfortable. Also, the shower was wonderful--- hot and powerful!

I liked that my dog could stay at this property. We had a double room on the second floor. As soon as the elevator doors opened it smelt so pungent of urine, and beef ramen. We found pubic hairs in our bathroom. And we could see pet stains on the carpet in our room. The free breakfast was more of a snack bar. One warm item only. It was mostly quiet. Didn’t hear our neighbors to much except the day we were leaving.

very unwelcoming , I was very upset , we get to our room and find someone had urinated in toilet, I called the front desk to have a supervisor or manager come up to the room to see for them selfs. I was told there was no one on duty, and also no one on duty to clean toilet. horrible service. I asked to be changed to a clean room and I was told , sorry every room was sold out. I will never stay in this hotel again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It’s very clean and well kept, and the rooms are nice and tidy. The breakfast was good, and I appreciated the complimentary shuttle service. The amenities are well maintained. Although the area around the hotel has an industrial feel, I felt safe throughout my stay. Highly recommend and would stay at the hotel again.

Lobby is spacious and comfortable. Pool area and spa always clean Our suite was very roomy with plenty of space even with only one bathroom which was very large as well. Only suggestion is there was only one hook between the entire two rooms and the bathroom. Needs to have more hooks on the walls and in the bathroom

Everything was wonderful with the exception of being in a room on the 3rd floor located next to some type of equipment that was making a loud vibrating noise during our entire 1 night stay. Needless to say this was extremely annoying. We didn't hear the vibration other places in the hotel.

It was so bright with all the light in the parking lot and the hall that the room was lit up all night. Blackout shades were useless w all the light coming in around the edges. The AC/heat unit made a huge racket. I turned it off but then it was too hot. People going down the hall and using the stairs, slamming the doir behind them throughout the night. I basically did not sleep.

We had a great stay at BW. The beds are SO comfortable. I’m pretty sure it was more comfortable than my bed at home. We were on the 8th floor, and we had a great view and we were able to see our truck and trailer. The shuttle is a great feature and will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius for free (plus tip if you choose). The only downside (if you call it one) is you have to request housekeeping the day before. I didn’t know that, but they mentioned it the next day when we called and asked why our room wasn’t clean. no big deal as to we are not slobs, but we just mainly needed our linen replenished, which they were more than happy to do. When I reread the policies, it was the first point highlighted. So I will take responsibility for not reading it thoroughly. The breakfast was great too! I would definitely stay here again!

Front desk at check in said breakfast was at six which is true except on Saturday which is 7:00. I went to the breakfast lounge at 6:00 and the breakfast staff was very rude and upset because I didn’t have the right time. Other than that, the place was great and the staff member that delivered to our room that night was so nice! Would stay again, now knowing the proper times for dining.

When I arrived for check in I was literally by the shuttle driver and two children. Reception staff were doing who knows what. The young girl was answering the phone and putting people on hold. Shuttle driver was wondering around unable to locate reception staff. It was a very unprofessional situation for the hotel

Had to work a 12 hour shift and when I tried to check in at 11pm they told us we would have to wait at least an hour to be able to check us in because of some kind of auditing they were doing, completely un acceptable after a long days work.

Have to drive to cross the interstate for food options. It’s on the industrial south side of the highway. Nothing wrong with the hotel though there was a power failure in the building in the morning so we were lucky to only be on the 2nd floor

Good location outside of Reno, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to a nice park (Sparks Marina Park). Newly remodeled. Good gym, nice pool with some shade. Good breakfast and complimentary fruit, cereal bars & coffee all day.

Nicely updated, pet friendly Best Western. It is located in an industrial area next to a petroleum storage facility so there really isn’t anywhere to walk or explore. Perfect for a one night stopover on a trip through Reno. Hotel has overnight security so we felt safe leaving our car with a Yakima cargo box on top. Would not have felt good about that if they did not have overnight security on the property.

Room was great. Carpet where it should be and tile where it should be, and coffee, frig and micro. Very comfy bed and many pillows which were appreciated. Great view from upper floor. There was an odd noise that was never figured out. It was loud enough to be annoying, at many different times of day and night, and traveled "in the wall, about a 6ft. span". A vibration type noise. I specifically requested a tub for my cousin, which was in the room. However, there was no spout to fill the tub, so she was very disappointed. I forgot to check to see if there was any type of plug for the bathtub. Free hot breakfast was appreciated. Didn't realize there is a restaurant on property; we tried it twice. Won't go back. Pricey, limited menu. Other options close by. Traffic noise wasn't an issue because of the room orientation. I would stay here again.

I liked the fact that they had nire than one handicap parking spot, that you could go in the front door or go in and out of the back door with your keycard. I liked the convenience of a restaurant on site, however the restaurants portion sizes were on the small side and over priced for the amount of food u got.

Arrived at the airport at midnight and I called for transportation to the Hotel. They arrived within 15 minutes. Check in was quick. We stayed one night. The room was big and spacious. Clean! Breakfast was not the best, microwaveable cinnamon pastries and coffee. Staff at the Check in desk in the morning was not very efficient but I appreciate her efforts. The shuttle to and from the airport was amazing. But you have to load your own luggage...FYI. Overall, nice place and would stay here again. Happy to give it a second chance.

Stayed one night to attend concert in Sparks. This hotel was very clean and desk help were very helpful and friendly. Room was nice and bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good featuring eggs bacon sausage an pancakes. For the money, it was a good deal. Would recommend this place
