Wish I would’ve known it was under construction. Drywall and sawdust in room and down the hallways. Construction workers even asked to come in and hang a shelf when we were just getting back from an outing. Breakfast??? Not really.

I have stated this property many times since it has opened. It has always been a reliable location. Currently, The hotel is undergoing renovations so there were construction materials about and a little additional noise this trip, but I was placed in a recently renovated room and found it to be very nice! I recommend this property....

Rate was ridiculous for this hotel. "Dirt week" played a part in that. But, if you are going to charge a high(er) rate, at the very least have your amenities sorted out. Appeared that one of our rooms was in the midst of a reno, or was stopped short for some reason. No wall paper or paint on walls in bathroom, so moisture from shower just stuck to the walls. random saw cuts in drywall...really? Elevator - out of service Dryer in laundry - out of service Only one door at the entry was working Outlets in room(s) faulty. Stayed on two occasions, in two different rooms. Went to plug phone charger into wall and the loose outlet killed the TV and the Fridge. Wiggled the outlet and the fridge came back on...but the TV had to restart. Happened several times. Went to the front desk, and was told "that's the way it is...because there is a problem with the wiring"... Maybe as a very last option...otherwise just sleep in your car.

the fitness room was closed.. The staff was uninformed, i needed laundry soap they said they had none. I paid 10 dollars for soap. The breakfast was not a breakfast it was muffins and cereal. They have a 80 dollar hold so you don't steal their horrible pillows and towels and I had to request room cleaning service. This hotel is very outdated and needs to come back to the world as most businesses are running pre-covid like now. I would not stay here again. Thank you

Everything is old and outdated. The plumbing was the issue. Toilet handle would stick and kept running. The bathtub had a constant dripping. I had already booked for my trip back so stated for two nights. Ended up having to switch rooms that night as my bathroom sink was plugged and was fixed by the time I got back that night. Dryer out of order, vending machine out of order. Definitely needs better upkeep On the plus side, the bed was comfortable

The only reason I stay at this dirty hotel is for Lake Oneida. Normally there's still hair all over the bed when I arrive. This time it was all over the bathroom along with feces still stuck to the side of the toilet.

I left this hotel within 2 hours of checking in. Both beds had blood stains and everything looked filthy. Even though we requested new sheets (the front desk guy asked us why what’s wrong with them so we said they have blood stains, no reason why he should be asking regardless) it didn’t feel safe for my two kids to sleep there. We don’t know what can be in the “clean sheets” at that point.

This was our second time staying at this property. It was EXTREMELY clean and the bed and pillows were heavenly! I had the best nights sleep in ages!! The free breakfast is considered a “grab and go”. Meaning yogurt, mini muffins, microwaveable breakfast burrito, coffee and tea. But we’re not big breakfast eaters, so it was ok for us. They have an online check in so basically it was just show my ID and get the key. Perfect. Same with checkout. Just leave the key on the dresser and go. Passing through when we encountered staff of any sort, they were very friendly and cheerful. The property was located right as you got off the highway. Couldn’t be more perfect! We totally recommend this property. We’ll be back again probably this fall.

While we read the reviews and had low expectations, we were surpirsed to find the lobby, elevator, hallways and breakfast area unusually dirty. The linens were acceptably clean, but the carpets and room fixtures were old, drab and dirty. The room windows do not open, so the air was stale and musty, despite a working a/c unit. The 'breakfast included' consisted of a few packaged muffins, yogurt, and tea/coffee. We decided to go elsewhere for food, and would recommend booking a one night stay elsewhere. A one night stay at this hotel is one too many nights. A deep cleaning and a general overhaul are needed at this location. Travel on a budget does not have to mean dirty accommodations.

It was not only very outdated but disgustingly dirty. The pictures are nowhere close to what it looks like in person. We immediately started looking for other hotels to stay in for the remainder of our vacation but nothing was available. There was rotten food in the room, dirty bedding, a foul smell in the entire hotel, not just our rooms. We didnt even dare try the breakfast they offered. They didn't clean our room & give us new towels. It was a terrible experience & we will never stay at a Wyndham now, let alone a Days Inn.

We liked the convenience to Rt 81 and parking, friendly staff, main area decor, and quiet, comfortable room and bed. Some things need updating and upkeep, like the bathroom. But all in all, especially given the low price, we thought it was quite a bargain.

Could’ve been a bit better, we only stayed one night but whoever stayed above us was stomping and noisy all night, and the “complimentary breakfast” wasn’t even a breakfast… got to sleep I guess that’s all that matters right.

We have stayed here on several occasions. It is consistently clean and the beds and pillows are so incredibly comfortable! We love that it’s located right off the highway with a gas station right across the street for gassing up prior to leaving for home. The breakfast is a grab and go sort of thing. But we aren’t much into breakfast anyway. But there is a McDonalds just down the street

The hotel had significant issues from the moment we arrived. There was a musky smell that extended from the front desk all the way to our room. The amenities were not functioning properly - the refrigerator barely worked, and the air conditioning was ineffective, causing me to wake up uncomfortably hot during the night. While I would normally address these concerns immediately, we were there for my grandmother's funeral the next day and simply needed a place to rest. Although I barely got any sleep, I chose not to raise these issues at the time as dealing with them would have further cut into what little rest I could get. I am sharing these concerns now to bring attention to the multiple maintenance and comfort issues that need to be addressed

the night clerk at check in followed up on are room after we had checked in and tried to quickly resolve issues, there were no bath towels in room very little toilet paper , no hand soaps or other usual toiletries of any type , tub was dirty . she cleaned tub and brought us missing items. price was low for stay but everything was mediocre!

My family was turned away because there were no rooms for us and our pet. I had called the morning of and expressed we were going to be a late check in. They asked if I was sure I was arriving and I assured them I was to be almost midnight with NO ROOM! We were turned away and directed to just go 5 minutes down the road to another establishment who was fully booked! It was a nightmare and I would never recommend this hotel.

Very disappointing stay. On arrival, was told there was a “glitch” with our booking. Turns out they just hadn’t cleaned our room yet (this was at 10pm). Breakfast was advertised, even had notice in lobby about times yet there was no breakfast! Room was not clean, hair in shower, toilet not clean, no towels. Girl at desk seemed like she didn't know where she was. Couldn't run credit card properly, kept coughing all over everything. When I went to ask for towels, nobody there. Rang bell, nothing. I could hear a video playing from behind wall. Yelled out, no response. Walked around a bit, came back and she came out from behind the wall, watching a video on her phone.

We selected this property because it clearly says they are PET FRIENDLY, they are definitely NOT pet friendly. Drove over 3 hrs to stay for one night with our dogs for a concert. Went to check into hotel at 6 pm for a 7:30 show. Would have had plenty of time to make our event. When we arrived they wouldn’t let us stay there with our 2 service dogs even though the website clearly states dog friendly and we called prior to check AND did the precheck in and stated we had 2 service dogs. They would not let us stay and we could not find another hotel in the area because of the show. Everything was booked. And they would not refund our money. Missed the show and got charged for a room we didn’t even stay in. DO NOT STAY here. Terrible!!!

Checked into our room and the lady at front desk was very kind. Went to our room and it was never cleaned. Looked like it had a tornado come through it. Beds were a mess, all sheets were on the floor and the pillows were thrown on a chair in the corner. Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. Went to front desk and politely asked for another room. The lady at front desk gave us another room and personally checked to make sure it was clean. She was very apologetic. Continental breakfast leaves much to be desired. Basically some muffins and some breakfast sandwiches in the a refrigerator that you have to microwave.

We liked the convenience to Rt 81 and parking, friendly staff, main area decor, and quiet, comfortable room and bed. Some things need updating and upkeep, like the bathroom. But all in all, especially given the low price, we thought it was quite a bargain.

I am a many-time repeat guest for a good night of sleep for the whole family when we’re passing through. There’s so much around within 5-10min drive when needed - outdoors and retailers. Great value for money, dependable, well lit.

Very convenient location, easy access and exiting. No restaurant but several places nearby (all walking distances). Would recommend Bear Creek (mini Tulley’s. Very clean. Have stayed several times before and have yet to be disappointed.

We have stayed here on several occasions. It is consistently clean and the beds and pillows are so incredibly comfortable! We love that it’s located right off the highway with a gas station right across the street for gassing up prior to leaving for home. The breakfast is a grab and go sort of thing. But we aren’t much into breakfast anyway. But there is a McDonalds just down the street

The inside looks like it has recently been remodeled and the employees were friendly. Nice and clean, the only downside is the breakfest could have some food. They had burretos small cups of yougurt and bite size muffins,cereal from a dispenser. Could have used some fruit maybe a waffle maker other than that every thing else was excellent.

The property had lots of issues. The room did not have a hair dryer because the only dual outlet in the bathtoom didn't work. The food was horrendous; unless you got there when it opened at 6 AM, there was little selection - things were picked over and were not very frequently refilled. One morning we checked a bowl containing muffins; I pulled a muffin from the bottom of a bowl and the "sealed" bag was half full of water, presumably from melt water from frozen pieces melting. Obviously it leaked.

Great comfortable 6 night stay...only OCD with cleanliness was on a scale of 1-10 was a 4 for sufficient.....but for most people would be awesomely great. Staff that appeared to live on site was a different experience. They grew their own vegetables to have fresh cooking that filled the hallways with an aroma. The facility had easy access to the freeway.
