The room itself was clean but there were a few snags: -Pool was empty/drained -1 of the 2 elevators was out of service -we needed to switch rooms a few hours into our stay due to no hot water in the first room - there were no functioning ice machines in the building (large igloo cooler in lobby had some) -portable air conditioners in both rooms that leaked onto carpet

The hotel was not 2.96 miles from the Empower Lakeside Amphitheater it was nearly 8 miles away! The room was fine. The hotel itself meds numerous repairs.Onlyone of the two elevators worked. Only one side of the toaster worked. There were noice chimes on each floor just a portable one in the lobby. There were many breakfast choices tho. so a decent place for the price.

I didn't like the fact that it was advertised to have a pool and a lounge per staff hasn't had for a long time. The reason we booked was the pool I had my granddaughter with us and she wanted to go swimming.The blow dryer was broke and they brought me another one which was also broken and they couldn't replace that one.The staff was very nice and the property clean.

Refrigerator didn't work. Reported it right away and the morning of the next day. Nothing done about it. It was needed to keep some medicine cold. Stem to pull up for the shower head was missing and very hard to pull the small shaft up. Ice machine was removed from our floor. Had to get ice from a container in the lobby. AC was an indoor portable unit with a hot air hose going out the window.

I think the property had been closed for a time and had recently reopened. A lot of stuff didn’t work. The room had a free standing air conditioner but was comfortable nonetheless. One of the two elevators was out of order and the only ice machine was in the lobby. The property has great potential but needs a little time to get everything working.

1. The bathroom is very small — you’ll feel cramped right under the sink. No hand soap was provided. 2. The bed was clean, but the other furniture was damp and dusty. 3. The room has very poor lighting. The corridor carpet was full of dust and had an unpleasant smell. 4. For breakfast, only bread and butter were available, and the coffee machine was out of order.

The room was dirty. Something smudged all across the TV. The counter tops were sticky. There was hair on bathroom floor. The TV did not work. We asked the front desk. They said unplug and plug back in. Obviously don’t work. The phone didn’t work so couldn’t even call for assistance. The alarm clock didn’t work. There was no hot water to shower in the morning. This was hands down the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Although room was very clean, had good linens and comfortable bed, road noise was intolerable and exaggerated by a jerry-rigged HVAC that would set off the fire alarm when running. No light or sound blocking curtains. Bedside lamp was nonfunctional

The hotel and room itself was clean and was pet friendly. The staff was nice but got overwhelmed at 3 pm check in since there was a line out the door. There was 1 person behind the desk when everyone started to arrive. Housekeeping were still working on cleaning all of the rooms due to the influx of people staying that day. There was a game that day and everyone was there to attend it. Most of the rooms weren’t ready so we were given our key cards and were told to wait. We didn’t mind since we were going to do things around the city in the mean time. We arrived back at 8 pm, hoping the room would be ready by now, and went to the room assigned to the keycards we received earlier. I opened the door to find someone else’s belongings inside. We left immediately and went back downstairs and told them. They said they meant to tell us they had to move us to a new room but did not mention it when we came back at 8 pm. We were given a new room afterwards. The 2nd room door did not open with the key card. The door itself looked concerning with the peep hole being broken and the door plaque missing from the door but not the wall. The door also looked like it was left ajar and was only being kept shut with the inner latch on the inside. We went back and told the person at the desk that info and he said “that room is out of commission.” So the 3rd room we received was successful. The lamp next to the bed had a dead bulb so we switched the bulbs from a working lamp so we could see…

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, conveniently close to airport. My one complaint was the lack of wifi. If I walked down the hall or to the lobby I could connect, but not from my room, yet I could pickup the wifi from neighboring properties. When I called the front desk they simply said to close my app and try again -- which needless to say didn't work. Fortunately, I didn't necessarily need wifi during my one-night stay, but sometimes do need to rely on it so for that reason, would not stay there again.

The room was average overall. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, and the in-room HVAC wasn’t working, so they had a loud portable AC unit instead. There were a couple of hairs in the bathtub, and the furniture looked worn and outdated. That said, the room appeared mostly clean otherwise.

The hotel overall was worth the money paid. Staff was friendly and efficient; rooms were clean and well appointed. The beds were super comfortable... but small. They would be much better suited for 1 person than 2 as suggested. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but check the bed size when booking and make sure it will be adequate for your needs.

Well the king bed dipped in the middle a good six inches!! We literally rolled onto each other and had to climb out. We arrived late both nights and I did not complain the first night and was busy the next day and forgot to ask for a different room and was so tired I did not want to move. It seemed the bed was even worse the second night. Also the smallest bathroom I have ever seen

Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the property at 1 am. The first key card for our room didn't work. We were moved to another room. It was occupied when we opened the door and the person inside screamed. We were moved to another room. That room was also occupied, but at least that guest didn't wake up. They key card didn't work at the next two rooms. The staff took another hour to finally locate a clean, unoccupied room with a door that actually unlocked. I've never experienced such a difficult and dangerous check-in.

Front Desk gave me the wrong room card and I walked in on other guests sitting & lying in their beds. I got the correct key/room. It was extremely hot so I turned the ac to 65 degrees to cool the room. My other guests came and we left for my daughter’s SU Graduation. We returned about midnight and the room was still a very hot 80 degrees. I called the front desk and they said the ac was not working and offered us fans. I said it was not acceptable. Front Desk said talk to the Manager in the morning. I did and she was the same person that checked in in. I explained the situation. She said it was a soft opening and that she had told me when I checked in that the ac wasn’t working and offered me fans. I told her she did not and it was a lie. I told her I was calling Corp Office to resolve since she would not. I called. They apologized, said they would open a case and send me an email to that effect. As of today I have not received an email.

I should have known from the start, took a half hour to check in. Had to change room 3 times. Stayed at hotel several years before, was great. Apparently closed for several years and then new owners. Opened three months, was not ready to open. No hot water, no AC in first Room. Second room AC broke in middle of night, water did not drain. Asked manager several times to have it fixed and my room cleaned during the day. Assured it would be taken care of, and upon arriving ack at 9:00 PM, nothing had been done, not even cleaned so I was forced to change rooms again. It was the worse stay I have ever had in a hotel room, and then it took a half hour to check out because they couldn't print up a receipt. I must admit, I expected an apology from the manager, or something done on my bill. However, the manager avoided me on the day after she had said things would be fixed, but were not.

There was one person working at the front with an almost full hotel on a Saturday night. There were people in from t of us at check in having problems with their booking. When it came to my turn, we got our room key no problem. Went to our room, only to walk into other people in the room, in bed. Went back down to front desk. Waited an hour as she was seeing with another issue with another guest before we got another room with 1 bed for 3 of us.

They are working on a soft open and the staff is really working hard to make it a great experience. The property is undergoing a remodel and it’s going to be a while, but it was quiet and clean (though the furniture was dated and worn), and the room was spacious. STAFF WAS GREAT! If the higher management is working as hard on the quality of the remodel as their excellent staff are with the guests, this hotel is going to be really good when they finish. Will definitely give it another try!

Great value for cost. I sufficient signage from road. Staff of 1 at check-in was overwhelmed and wait was too long. I did a pre-check-in online and was told that it was basically for nothing because I still had to fill in the paperwork at the registration desk.

Just an overnight stay, for early wake up to go to the airport. Convenient location, right off the thruway. Place was clean but dated. It would seem that they are working on improvements throughout the hotel. We arrived late and upon trying to check in, the desk clerk tells me there is no hot water anywhere in the hotel. Quite disappointing but we couldn't even try to find another place for the price

The hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Ok for a quick stay. However, the AC was not working. It was cooler in the hallway than in the room. The water pressure was terrible and the shower-head didn’t work well. I called to check the hours on the continental breakfast and was told 10:30. We arrived at 9:50 they were out of everything.

I booked a room as I was participating in an event being held in the ballroom. Check-in was fine and nothing out of ordinary. I booked a king room, it did not have a mini fridge or microwave which are pretty standard for hotels these days, but rather just a Keurig. My husband and I needed to shower the next day and my husband had hot water for all of two minutes! He shut the water off to see if more hot water would come up in a minute for it to be ice cold. I called the front desk to make them aware that we don't have hot water and asked if we could use another room, maybe on a lower floor if hot water is having a hard time reaching the top floor which we were on. That was a no. Whomever was attending the front desk on Sunday 10/26 mentioned they would notify maintenance about the boiler and wouldn't have an idea when hot water would be made available, even after asking to use a different room to shower. The breakfast that was provided was close to empty by 9am when breakfast is being served until 10am. The main dining area had filthy tables including clear indications that some of the tables haven't been cleaned in quite some time because there was a layer of dust on them. People after us were not able to eat by the time they came down. Additionally, other guests were not happy they didn't have working heat in their rooms and had to use a space heater. I've stayed at way nicer places and didn't have a $100 security deposit being held. Should the owners of this hotel invest m

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We arrived at 2:30 and was immediately informed that they were not letting anyone check in until 3pm. When we went down for breakfast we were greeted with a sign saying their food delivery was delayed so there was no breakfast.

The room was fine. The bed was very comfortable. Some staff were friendly while others appeared irritated. Our key did not work. Had to switch rooms. Found out the first room's key hadn't worked for some time but they kept listing it as an option anyway. Some rooms, not mine, did not have hot water. The breakfast did not have enough food only 30 minutes into breakfast time slot. Food was not good. Unfortunately I would not recommend this establishment.

They advertised connecting rooms, at checkin i was told no connecting rooms, but i was able to find connecting rooms on my own. They were very accomodating in switching to the connecting rooms. The continental breakfast that was advertised was extremely limited and disappointing.

This location is a detriment to the Wyndham Brand. The outside of the entry and entry are filthy! The carpets are disgusting. When checking in there was no info on wifi or breakfast. Don’t be fooled breakfast is only pop tarts, cereal and coffee. It’s true you only get what you pay for. But I wouldn’t even pay to stay here again

We arrived 2 hours before check in and told we had to wait because no rooms available until after 3pm. Breakfast on Sunday morning was almost empty around 8:30 am alot families and children. Monday morning breakfast was plentiful and quite. Check out no problems. My over experience was excellent..
