The property needs some upgrades. I stayed here before and had a better experience. There were no hangers for clothes in the room. The door wasn't closing properly, it was clear it had to be forced open sometime. They closed breakfast at 9am on Labor Day, although the sign stated breakfast closes at 10am on holidays. So I had to go buy breakfast outside. The coffee machine ran out of coffee and it took them 20 minutes to find someone who knew how to open it and load more coffee beans.

Arrived and was given a room 112. Went to room and couldnt get in tried 3 times when all of a sudden someone opened up the door and they were sleeping on the couch.How embarrassing to wake someone up.

The staff was not as helpful as I expected. I couldn’t check in or leave luggage early. When I did arrive, they put a sign on the counter that said would be back in 10 minutes even though there was a lady sitting behind the counter. Then when guy showed up 15 minutes later, he asked her to check me in. I asked her why she made me wait. She said because the guy (who didn’t even check me in) put the sign there that said be back in 10 minutes! The room was outdated and not that very clean on the floor. I was given / keys and only one worked. Everything else was average. Didn’t think it was worth $107.

Staff was fantastic and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected, all things considered. The room was, overall, adequate. However, it needed considerable maintenance (all necessities in working order) and a really good cleaning. Room location was not great for our stay as the bedroom wall was near an external entry/exit, and that door was slamming shut all night. Overall, it got us through the night on a short notice booking, but would not return.

The property had good reviews, and the staff were friendly, but the room was beyond disappointing. The room air conditioner was set to 68 and the room had been doused with deodorant. Those should have been clues, but we arrived late, and it took an hour or more for the room to warm.. As the room warmed, we found the bedding, furniture, and carpet were full of turkey grease from a turkey that had been cooked in the room. Impossible to sleep. We arrived at midnight, left at 5 am, and we won't be back. A refund would be appreciated.
