My fiancé and I wanted a night away and to just sit and relax in the hot tub. We called before booking to make sure there was a hot tub. The lady told us yes there was a hot tub and it was open. We get there and check in and the check in ladies were great. We then head up to our room change and head to the hot tub only to find out that no hot tubs exist. The pool was freezing and they said it was supposed to be heated which it was not. The main reason for our night stay was specifically for a hot tub getaway at the hotel. We were very disappointed by that since we had called before booking a room to make sure there was a hot tub since that was the only reason we got a room for the night.

The breakfast is really good. Rooms were super clean and the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that the pool was so cold and the main reason for booking it for the weekend for my daughter’s birthday. We still swam but it really wasn’t enjoyable. The only other complaint was that they do not clean/restock the room and towels everyday you have to go to the front desk and ask for more. But other than that. We loved the area super quiet and we felt extremely safe. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, which was nice. We arrived pretty late, but check-in was smooth and the front desk staff was helpful. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few minor inconveniences.

Staff was courteous. Front desk manager allowed us an extra hour to check out in am so we could swim. Pool room was so warm and water a perfect temperature!

I wanted to love this hotel based on the location. However this hotel had a terrible smell throughout. The hallways and my room smelled stale. The gym smelled terrible. I mentioned it a few times but they kept saying they didn’t smell anything. I probably won’t stay here anymore but I sure hope they take care of the smell there.

Never ever stay in this place. Shower was nasty asked 3 different days to clean. The manager final sent housekeeper who then asked for a tip to do her job! She retaliated after I refused tip and turned on the water in suite kitchen and blamed it on me! Manager called the police to have criminal mischief charges filed against me. Had to go to police station almost missed my flight! Credit card shutdown after they tried to charge 15400 dollars for water damage. What a day, don’t even think about it! It’s terrible!

Talked to the front desk three times to get a light bulb for the desk lamp. It never occurred. Worst, the air conditioner has a blue like that beams on the ceiling wall with blinking that looks like a nightclub.

Started with a warm greeting, asked if we needed help with our bags, fast, easy check in. When there was an issue with the tv, someone came up immediately and fixed it. Room was clean and very comfortable. Overall great stay!

The lady at front desk was unreasonable about checking in 30 minutes even tho room was ready then took 30 minutes to check us in. Would not give us the wedding hoodie bags with wedding itinerary u til after we insisted it was for us. Then at 6:30 am woke up to the neighbor smoking tons of pot!

I needed to make a change to my itinerary, and there was a misstep on Hotels.com so the change was not able to be made on the hotel's end, even though they had notes that the change had been approved. I was tired, frustrated and not near a computer and had no idea how to contact Hotels.com to get this change completed. Stacey at the Front Desk had the number I needed to call and waited patiently while I spoke to Hotels.com. Even after I finally got the confirmation email, and could see the change on my account home page - it still wasn't showing up at the hotel, and the payment wasn't going through. But Stacey had a couple of ideas on how to make it work so that we didn't lose the last room available. We really appreciated her sense of humor, knowledge, and calm and friendly outlook at that very frustrating time.

I book rooms at the Hampton Inn (Hilton) in Solon in order to make my appointments at the Cleveland Clinic. It is about a 30 min drive to the clinic from Solon. What I love is that it is much cheaper than staying closer and there are several restaurants right next to the hotel. One of them is a Longhorn Steakhouse and you get a discount off your meal if you are staying at the hotel. This hotel is always clean and well maintained. Dale at the front desk is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I have returned several times and always feel good about my decision to stay there.

The gal at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I got there early to see if I could switch rooms and not only did she find a room that I wanted, she allowed me to check in very early. I was heading to a family event and knew it would be late when I got back so checking in then was such a help to me.

The hotel is close to the wedding I was in town for, close to Downtown Cleveland, Lake Erie, etc. but in a quiet little spot just far enough away from everything too. Staff were courteous, room was clean. The included breakfast had a nice selection, and there are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's very close to the highway and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. I only drove next-door to pick up my order from Longhorn steakhouse. The rooms are clean. The staff is extremely friendly.

The hotel seamed very nice. Very clean. The first thing i noticed was there was no freezer slot in the mini fridge as there usually is. Once in a while there isnt and i ask the staff to put my ice pack in the kitchen freezer, and they are always happy to. But not here. I asked and she just didnt think they had a customer freezer and called for help. They said no, they couldnt do it. I asked again, are you sure you just cant put it in your main freezer? Nope. Couldnt believe it. The carts they use to bring in your luggage is a joke. Those little triangle things that barely hold 2 things. And then as you try to roll them across your cobble stone driveway, everything falls off. The toilet handle needed to be held down to flush. Your breastfast was horrible. Not sure what you intended with the make your own burritos but it was a huge flop. The crumbled bacon and sausage i guess iy was was horrible and you need a decent salsa to go with it. Not those hot sauce packets. I was looking for a hotel base for our continued hospital procedures but i guess i need to keep looking. That was another thing. Every hotel in the area gives hospital patients a discount. But not this one.

Hampton beds are always comfortable but the breakfasts have gone down hill dramatically. The eggs are watery, the hard boiled eggs taste like they are old, the meat options are terrible.
