This property has not been kept up very well - particularly the outside. Weeds have grown to the size of trees. While it is in a quiet, safe area, there are no restaurants in walking distance and there is no breakfast provided at the hotel, other than a vending machine. There is no elevator - so if you end up on the second floor, you're hauling your luggage up and down. The interior had some decent updates - but it still felt very cheap. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and pillows were flat foam slabs - also not comfortable. My AC was off when I arrived so the room was pretty warm. I turned on the AC and it cooled down, but the AC seemed to turn itself off every 2 hours, so I kept waking up hot and had to get up and turn the AC back on. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, but I won't be back. I'll pay a bit more for a nicer hotel where I can actually sleep at night....

The location is great and the rooms are clean. It's right off the highway and there are tons of things nearby. The room was good.... good A/C, shower, comfortable bed, etc. All the really important stuff was great. And the staff was friendly and helpful! The only gripe is that the exterior has seen better days. It could use a some paint, landscaping and other touches to make it a bit more attractive.

Short, no-frills stay but desk clerk was friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Only had a standard room because deluxe rooms were sold out so didnt have coffee pot, microwave or fridge. Coffee was available in the lobby. Good coffee too!

The property is good to stay if you just need a quick nights rest. It’s affordable. The area outside was clean and plenty of free parking. The room was a regular size room. No iron or ironing board or hairdryer which is usually in all of the rooms I’ve stayed in. The bathroom door towards the bottom had a few splashes of blood. The pillows were old and had no fluffiness to them. The sheets didn’t smell like super fresh & clean. The location was quiet and smoke free and that is a plus. I rate 3/5

Room was clean. Tile floors were sticky. Towels are very small and limited. Wifi was unsecured so we did not use it. Lot is VERY well lit and quiet. I did see local police cruise lot twice. (I take that as a positive)

Your standard low budget hotel. No bugs, extremely friendly and pleasant staff. Easy check in and out. Room couldve been cleaner and the pillows were flat but if youre just there for a quick stay its nothing to cry about. Also plenty of parking which is great

Someone stopped caring a long time ago. This place is very rundown. Peeling paint, broken step, cigarette butts on walkway, hole in the bottom of the door, A/C not working, landscape overgrown with weeds.

Had to ask for clean blankets. The toilet and shower were dirty. Asked if there was a different room. Would get charged extra if we changed. 2 good things about room was it was quiet and cheap

Check-in went great and man working the from desk was friendly. Room was gross. Very dirty and run down. Hair all through the sheets with mystery stains all over the beds and furniture. Pillows were very old and hard. Also a big crack in the ceiling. Would not recommend staying here.

We booked this stay while in Ohio for a funeral. I’ll start with the positives- the Ed’s were comfortable and the location was convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked 2 rooms and asked for rooms Next to each other- we did not get them together but the next group in our family got a room next door to one of our rooms. The rooms were filthy- stains in the bedding, urine on toilets, hair on the shower walls, stains on the shower curtain,’no shower gel in the tub dispensers. There was no cleaning done while we were there, beds were not made and we only got towels when we requested them. We are going back to Ohio in a few weeks and I definitely will not be staying here.

The shower drain was slow so I ended up standing in dirty shower water. The toliet rim had hair on the back part. The walls were clean but the floor was dirty ( Hardwood) But overall you get what you pay for and it is clean for the price paid for the most part.

We decided to stay at this property after reading the reviews. We checked in late at night, our first room had bugs on the floor in and the door, one pillow on each bed looked like it had already slept on and just proped up. The sheets still had hair on them like they were also just pulled up. I asked if they had another room available and they did. The second room was cleaner except the sticky floor. My husband said the bathroom smelled like urin and when we put the toilet seat down there was old urine on yhe back of the toilet. This place is far from clean.

The place was filthy, I usually do a little scan around the room to see if there’s anything like bugs or trash and the room I got smelled horrible and had food on the floor and somebody left a vape under the bed in which indicates that they don’t look and clean everywhere to the tee. But the staff was decent and handled the situation well.

Nothing I can really complain about to be honest l. Was there for work for 1 night and it was alright. Really the only downfall was the limited tv channels but cheaper and a lot better condition than the $200 a night DoubleTree across the street.

Checked in at 9:30pm. AC was not working. Was told to sit and wait until they could replace the unit at 9:30PM. We were finally put into another room at 11PM, and the AC barely cooled the room. This place was awful. Save your money.

Motel was overbooking the rooms, turning people away with reservations, making people wait hours after check in to get a room. Front desk lady was very rude and nasty, and told us a reservation doesnt mean you get a room.

This hotel was just ok at best, but obvious cut corners took it from an acceptable cheap option to a disappointment. Check in took forever as the front desk was understaffed. Room was shabby with peeling pant and a musty smell. There were not enough pillows and were only 2 tiny towels (like large hand towels). The shower curtain was broken so water got everywhere. Nothing catastrophic but definitely sub-par.

Front Desk was amazing! Every hotel was booked with major events going on in Cleveland- I found a room at this hotel and I was impressed with the client service and friendly attitude from everyone. There was a female working the front desk when I arrived and she deserves 5 Stars and a raise 😊

Our room lost power around 10pm, and staff did not know how to fix a breaker. The lady who came to check out the situation said we would be moved to the room over, to which we waited for the key. After moving our luggage outside, we waited 10 or so minutes to be handed the key. Which I then went downstairs to check on the key situation. I come down stairs to find the staff member sleeping on a chair in the lobby instead of bringing us the key like we were promised. The next room also had lights on the same breaker, so we had to move rooms AGAIN to the other side of the building.

20 minutes to check in for a pre paid room at 330 am check in… called front desk in the am for late check out was told no after I called front desk on my cell phone and disconnected 2 times…after some call to room couldn’t connect …. So I called back a THIRD time and said please WaIT I just have a question… where I was told not late check outs. I could see this being a problem if the hotel was at all busy(not) or if front desk person had even attempted to call me back (did not)

Stayed 5 days. Room were scheduled to be cleaned after 3 days. Fresh towels and trash emptied on non- cleaning days. Got non-cleaning day housekeeping once after 2 visits to desk, card on door and finally a late night call to the desk.

While I had paid an additional cash fee upon arrival for a late checkout. They kept coming to my room beating on my door. To have me check out.I had infact paid. I got up and left by 4:30pm. I am a regular customer of this site . I'm not happy with this.

Booked room two months in advance, then drove 4 hours to get there only to be told that we didn’t have a room. Had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay at 11pm which took an hour and cost more than double my original room.

Weeds were 3 foot tall. General maintenance was not done. The area was very sketchy. This is very old property. Big windows on ground floor hardly speak to safety. The office guy was understanding and owned it!

Great location right off the highway. My husband & I came for 2 nights to visit for a concert so we weren’t looking to spend a whole lot on a room. The room was as expected, beds weren’t horrible & staff was very friendly. For the price, we would stay again!

Pros: The location was very close to restaurants, gas stations, and expressway. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel and neighborhood were quiet. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Cons: There was no in-room refrigerator. The air conditioner seemed to only cool one side of the room, and the hair dryer didn't work. My son and I only stayed one night, but overall it was a good place to stay considering what I paid for the room.
