The property and staff were great. There needed to be some maintenance. Only one ice maker on the first floor worked and the elevator stopped working during our stay. But everything else was amazing.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Clean room and common areas. Elevator needs servicing. Doors got stuck and needed to use the help button to get someone to release the doors open. Walls and ceilings are very thin. Could hear the neighboring guests above and next door.

It's a nice property, comfortable. Breakfast sucked; processed, fake, institutional food. Soooo unhealthy, pure garbage. Parking is atrocious. Your parking spots are only wide enough for a little prius. Anything "normal" siz requires two spots. Plus, spots were limited. Wednesday night, we got the last spot. You need more and wider parking. Truly for this reason, I probably won't stay here again.

It starts with when you come in the property beautiful antler chandelier covered in cobwebs, Pool and hot out of service for the entire 3 day stay due to broken pump. Broken Blinds in the room. Limited option poor breakfast at location we didnt want the free food. Positive location is very close to Autzen Stadium.

Parking lot looked recently re-striped but the spots are not sufficient for many of the vehicles. Most mid-full sized vehicles were taking at least 2 spots. When the staff at the front desk was told a vehicle was actually taking 3 spots and it was a mid sized vehicle and I had to park in a spot where I was actually parked partially on the curb by a tree bc the spots are so small, I was told it was redone and they wanted to make the spots smaller so they could fit more spots. I told him it doesn’t really matter when there were over 14 spots unable to be used bc of the way people were utilizing 2-3 spots.

The pool and hot tub were unexpectedly closed! I booked this hotel specifically because of the hot tub and the other reviews saying how great it was. Then when we got there it was closed. It was incredibly annoying and frustrating!

The staff was extremely courteous & efficient. There was a fantastic park across the street where we could walk our dogs. The room was spotless; the only nitpick was jt was a bit dark - could have used a bit more light/1 more lamp in the area that was NOT around the beds. But the beds were very comfortable - everyone feel asleep right away & slept through the nignt. A nice breakfast was provided also. The gym was clean but the equipment could use a little updating as it wasn’t that great. It looked good, but when it came to usage it was just meh.

The hotel was very good for the price i payed, there was some waterdamage/mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom, and there was stuff at the bottom of the hottub that threw me off, but besides that staff was super friendly, they three different types of pillows so it was very comfortable. Nice tv in the room

Killed three ants on the bathroom sink counter. The weird thing is that this is a *second floor* room, and it's mid March... So these must be permanent residents. That math kind of checks... I also killed a large spider that must have come for the buffet. Needless to say, I left my socks on.

No the room wasn't spotless. Hair on floor in kitchen area, sinks drained very slow in bathroom. TV's were hard to operate but the overall was nice. Staff was very friendly and courteous and willing to help. Housekeeping was great cleaned and made up room daily. I would return

The hotel is in a great location and it’s well maintained, but I had to BEG for clean towels. Housekeeping only came after I complained— and I was one of three guests at the deal asking what the heck. Evidently, they only come by at 7 AM and if the room isn’t empty, they skip you for the entire day. The front desk explained to me that you’re skipped if you have your do not disturb sign out, and that is why— as if that’s a normal procedure. For one thing, that policy isn’t stated anywhere. For another, the sign was by the TV, but the door! I stayed for 5 days and got fresh towels once. Garbage was never emptied. I was pretty unhappy.

I reserved my stay at last minute and the gentleman at the front desk called to confirm, which was fine. However the room has a musty smell and I was bitten in arms, legs, neck and upper by bedbugs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was not good, mold on ceiling, as well as pinky mold on the bathtub tile, dead bug in the window seal, ripped curtains, a chair that I wouldn't dare sit on because it was stained, blood on the light stitch and plug in right by the bed and bloody boggers wipped on the wall. Dirty walls, towels that smelt like vinegar and a pee smell that come through the air system early in the am and it just didn't feel clean

The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold over shower head and all grout had pink mold on it in the shower. The sink caulking even was moldy. They need some bleach products in their cleaning. The room itself was clean - the bath room didn’t reflect the room.

Mostly clean except for the damp carpet and the random dirty sock under the edge of the bed. Small coffee maker, but we only got decaf. Fortunately there was coffee in the breakfast room. Comfortable bed, good pressure in the shower, 24 hour pool, nice staff. Right next to a park and the bike path which was great.

We have stayed at LaQuinta in other cities and find them convenient. The hotel in Eugene was convenient, but it's looking pretty tired and run down and needs some serious attention. The other issue was the wifi and internet. We needed to log on several times a day to continue using it. The staff was friendly!

The staff were excellent! Emile(sp?) was kind and helpful, and Tone was amazingly kind to us and our children. I would most definitely recommend this property to others and will be returning should I need accomodations in Eugene again.

For the price, both times I went to the front desk, no one was there. Waited 7 min for someone to come for check in. When I called in advance, the told me luggage storage was at the discretion of the desk agent and I may have to go get a locker at the bus station. The elevator reeked of marijuana. Check out, I waited 5 min for anyone to check the desk. For the price, disappointing

The person who was to sign me in was rude and not helpful at all ....I wanted to cancel and he said I could not because it was after nine so I canceled my 2nd one ...I am handicapped and asked if there was some one who could help me get my luggage in...He said no. I asked him for a receipt he said no...I insisted and he said no and that if I didnt stop being rude he would kick me off the property. I said I just want a receipt and he said Leave ....get off the property! I already paid for that night! I will never stay at a LaQuinta again!!!! Rude and beligerint!

The air conditioner in our room let out a high-pitched squeal all night. Anytime you put it on, it squealed. It was incredibly disappointing, I couldn't sleep at all, we should have switched rooms but we were exhausted from our 14 hr car drive and my 12-year-old was fast asleep Plus, I had already unpacked and put out our toiletries. And to be honest, I just didn't want to deal with having to complain about an issue they absolutely had to know about. I just want to check into a hotel and be able to relax, not shuffle around and deal with problems that should have been fixed before arrival. When I checked out, I told the front desk. No apologies just we would have moved you. There should have been some compensation Not that we'll always switch your rooms. This was an issue they had to know about before our arrival. I just didn't want to deal with it. It should have been ready for arrival. Putting it on the guest is inexcusable. They must have known how bad that air conditioner sounded. Why should a guest have to deal with it? We had a two-night stay, and I should have said something the next day, but our schedule was jam-packed. And we rushed out the door once we woke up. There is no way they didn't know that it squealed like it did. We may stay there on our way back, may being the operative word. We are headed to Seattle next. Then back down as your location was close to our oldest son's home.

Super low shower pressure, asked us to complete a paper registration after we registered/checked in and paid online, registration area coffee was cold after a pretty long drive. No walkable dining options that we could find (mostly car lots). Does have a beautiful park next to it. Clean and safe feeling but a little disappointing.
