Clean and well kept property. Very friendly reception in the evening when we arrived. Quiet room with comfortable bed. They do have some limited large vehicle parking across the street, which is an advantage for anyone with an RV or towing, though you'll have to decouple a trailer. Main parking lot is tiered up the hill and not at all suitable for RV or trailers. Breakfast was really outstanding. Fresh eggs, nice lady serving who obviously cared about the quality of the experience. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is the parking situation being a bit cramped. I credit them for some RV/trailer parking but they really need more to get 5 stars.

I liked that it was in a non-homeless area. It was great that the room had three beds, including the pull out sofa bed. The beds and the room in general were very comfortable. We loved the fitness room and the pool. Very helpful that it was open at 6am do we could get a workout in before we started our day. It might be nice to put some drinking water in the fitness room. The pool was crystal clear, and We loved that it was not ice cold! The jets didn’t seem to be working in the hot tub, but it was still nice being able to sit in the warm water. The breakfast was delicious, a great mix of hot and cold items, lots of variety. Even items like light yogurt and sugar free hot chocolate! We greatly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Comfort Suites from the moment we walked in. We were welcomed by staff and even given a list of recommended restaurants compiled by the staff members. They also provided free postcards to send home, which was a nice touch. The lobby has water, tea and coffee available at all times. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Having the indoor pool and fitness room was great. The morning breakfast was good with everything from yogurt and fruit, to waffles, to biscuits and gravy, cereal, eggs and bacon, along with an assortment of breads and muffins. Parking was close and convenient.

Young girl at desk upon arrival was amazing. Parking was well-lit but tight spaces and limited spaces. Neighborhood is non-existent, but convenient to I5. Room was very clean, fairly new room remodel. Breakfast choices were impressive, lovely staff person at breakfast. Common area of hotel very modest. Pool did not look especially inviting.

Parking is horrible at this hotel. Spots are small and not enough for the hotel. If you get there very late is it’s very difficult . Otherwise hotel is great.

This is a really nice hotel with very spacious rooms and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub are nice. The breakfast is the best I've seen around in a long time. The entire building is clean and well maintained. The only negative is that parking is very limited, and the lot is filled with oversized pickup trucks so it can be tricky to park. My impression is this hotel has contracts with construction companies to house their traveling employees.

Everything was very nice and very clean. There breakfast was awesome,so many choices all good food. With the early morning "YUMMY SMELLS" and the kitchen person was so very nice and helpful.. The only was for me anyway the pool water was really cold. All in All very nice place to stay.,..

This property was supposedly larger then expected, the room was very clean and easy to find. Close to the campus and plenty of parking. The breakfast had great selections and the staff was friendly. Will stay here again.

Multiple things about this place there were below average for the price, if you want to take a hot shower be awake super early, parking... very limited and if your vehicle is larger then a mini cooper then parking will be tight, the brakefast was not best. The paint on the walls with multiple colors and bathrooms had rust all over and pelling wall paper. Overall not a terrible place to stay but dont have high expectations either....

Not impressed. We were out of our room every day at 10 am and didn’t come back till 5pm and we had to ask 3 days in a row for our room to be cleaned. It was just getting skipped.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our room was spotless. TV acted up during the evening but we were so tired we didn't care. It worked perfectly the next morning. Hey...stuff happens. Morning breakfast was fine and the staff was super pleasant. Dinning area clean and well stocked. Easy access from Interstate 5. We'd happily stay at this property again.

Wonderful stay. The lady running the breakfast was great. The front desk staff were friendly, quick, and helpful. The only downside is the wi-fi was really weak in our room at the back end of the hotel (other side from the front door). They should install a couple of access points at the other end so that the far side of the building gets adequate wi-fi.

The heat in the room was non-functional in cold temperatures! The water in the shower, after several minutes running, got to lukewarm at best. Even the refrigerator in the room was not working. It ran and produced noise, but everything in it was at room temperature after several hours. The property itself was close to the highway but well-hidden with a too small building sign on an out-of-the-way street. I will not stay at a Comfort Suites again.

Overall things were good. We’ve stayed here many times and have never had an uncomfortable bed. Unfortunately this time we did, it just was not comfortable at all. Both of us woke up many times during the night with back and hip pain. Tossed and turned thru the night and woke up tired and sore.☹️

I had car trouble and missed my first night of two night reservation only to find out that they canceled my two night reservation charged me for the first night and then when I showed up wouldn't give me my second night and then made me pay a considerably higher rate. I complained a bit talked to the manager who did ultimately give me the same rate but it was disappointing that they canceled 2-day reservations even though I did check in online and was more than okay for paying for the first night even though I wasn't there. In the long run everything turned out okay but it was frustrating.

Stay was as expected for the price point. Clean and comfortable with a continental breakfast. Indoor pool was nice for traveling with the kids during the rainy cold, months. We had a horrible experience checking in and the staff member that assisted us should really be taught some basic manners and acquire some common sense. My family was traveling northbound for a soccer tournament. I had made the reservation and was planning on being there but ended up staying back for work. The reservation was under my name. My husband tried to check them in but because I was not present, he was not able to. My family had to wait for over two hours. The receptionist didn’t have enough common sense to see that this was a cold, hungry, tired family that had all the information needed to check in but because I was not present, would not allow them. When I was able to step away from work to return my husband’s call, she simply asked if I was the person whose name the reservation was under and if my family could check in and that was the end of the matter. Absolutely ridiculous. Never, ever in all my years of traveling has this happened. Countless time I’ve stayed in the car with the kids while my husband checked us in even, if the reservation was under my name. Furthermore, the receptionist wouldn’t even allow my kids to go hang out with their other teammates who were already checked in without issue. All that aside, she could at least approached my family with more empathy and compassion.

When we wre trying to check in we had our resveration # which was correct but the man checking us in could not find it. We were prepaid but instead of trying to be nice and help us he was rude and acted as if we were trying to scam the hotel. Than when he found it he was suddenly nice and kind. Im 70 and my mother is 93 I think he could have behaved better with his paid customers. When we got to our room we were stressed not happy because of this man. He had been telling us we had to go eleswhere for the night. He made our stay uneasy instead of restful.

Wife and daughter were in town for a tournament. They got checked in. Were there for just over 24 hours when someone else used a key card, opened their door, and tried to come in. Wife had the deadbolt latched so they didn't make it in. People left briefly, came back and tried again. Wife yelled at them and said someone was staying there. She called the front desk who proceeded to tell her they were marked as a no show. They had keys. And had been there for a full day of a 3 night stay. Front desk then said they fixed it and showed them as checked in. Next day, wife's card was charged an additional $500 for the "check in". Still haven't received the promised refund.

The hotel was fine and the employees were actually very nice. But they tried to tack on a $1.99 "housekeeping fee" that was not disclosed via Expedia. They claim that some third party sites just don't display that fee for some reason, but I think that is a blatant lie. They refunded the fee after I complained and insisted that I was not paying it.

Nice hotel physically; fairly new; very clean. Understaffed. Parking lot was full. Noisy at times. Not connected to the rest of Eugene's road system, so you have to get on the Interstate to enter or exit. Nothing within walking distance.

Hotel felt newer. Was surprised to find out that our room was a suite; not sure if they all are but if so it’s a nice touch. Very easy 5 minute drive to downtown Eugene. Property felt very safe and secure in a quiet part of town. Breakfast was basic, but free and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again. No complaints.

Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast options were good, but closing breakfast room at 0930 is too early. Fortunately the staff were nice enough (upon request) to keep the room open and staffed until 1000.
