My stay was nice. The room was big and comfortable. The traffic was a bit noisy. The worst part was my car window getting bashed in while parked in the garage overnight. Although there are signs saying the hotel isn’t responsible for theft or damage, you’d hope that they would at least help monitor the parking or have cameras to catch vandals or discourage it. My 200 stay ended up costing me over 700.

My son was going to run at Hayward field. We needed a hotel close by with free parking, pool, hot tub and exercise room. This checked all the boxes. It was even closer than I thought plus walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants & Dutch Bros was in the parking lot. Comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet even though we were in the room right next to the elevator.

The hotel was under a remodel and so they provided ear plugs should be have needed them. The breakfast was fantastic. The pool and hot tub was clean, but later in the day they over chlorinated it which was a small problem after being in there for a bit as most ppl in there ended up coughing from it. The room was very clean with a nice view. My room was upgraded for free because they over booked, probably also didn’t have a room or two ready because of the remodel. Loved the parking garage right next door to parking in.

Was a niceish stay. The chlorine in the pool was suuuuuper strong, like not enough ventilation . Kids were coughing like crazy. The gym machines could use an update but they work. Breakfast was great. Our room door and key like absolutely sucked lol but it wasn’t a huge deal. Someone had to come open it for us a couple of times. Nice area, close to a lot of coffee/food even walking distance.

The property was conveniently located near the University of Oregon, making walking to all campus activities/events easy. They were undergoing renovations so I think that the property will become nicer once that's finished. The cleanliness of our room wasn't the best. There were crumbs on the pullout couch and trash underneath the bedframe against the wall. Something that wasn't obvious to just glance at but was present. We stayed 3 nights and not one time did the housekeeping come in to change out towels. We had to ask for towels at the front desk. I would stay again for sheer convenience but next time might call the front desk to let them know.

Room had trash on the floor and the hotel was quite dated. The coffee cartridge from the previous guest was also still in the coffee machine. Wrappers were on our floor, and the bed boxspring metal tab holders were sticking out from the bed dangerously. Also, the sounds of loud doors slamming closed in the very early morning hours woke us up frequently. We would probably not stay here again.

The hotel was walkable to the University of Oregon, which was a plus. However, not sure if I would be comfortable walking at night in the area. Overall our room was nice and clean, minus the bathroom. It has a musty smell which I think came from the shower curtain? The bathtub had a big stain. We were there for only 2 nights so we just dealt with it. The bed was comfy.

After a 14hr drive I was looking forward to using the bathtub/shower, but unfortunately it was filthy and covered in hair. When something as obvious as that doesn’t get cleaned, it’s hard to trust that anything else in the room was actually cleaned. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable going to bed that night with my infant daughter in sheets that may or may not have been washed, but we didn’t have a choice. After already paying $140 something for one night there, I’m also curious as to why there’s an additional $25 being charged to my account. Next time I do that drive I’ll remember to try somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly but the room was terrible. We had the 1 bdrm suite and the heating/air system by the window was leaking very bad and the entire carpet around the system was soaking wet....meaning this thing has had to been leaking for a while. Then around 11:30 pm the room above us decided to fill the bath tub....it was so loud in our room it sounded like running water was falling through the ceiling. Then when they drained the tub it sounded like the pipes were right above our head in the bedroom. We called the staff and they said "ya we get complaints about that all the time" that was very frustrating.....they should notify patrons about this prior to booking the room.

Great rooms and breakfast. The walls were very thin as we heard the neighbors talking. The people above us were extremely loud pounding around well past 1:00am. Comfortable bed but didn’t get much sleep because of the noise!

Clean and modern hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Donovan and Andrew were both very pleasant even though we crossed paths at 5:30am. Donovan went above and beyond to be helpful. Appreciate the service, easy and fast check in and a clean hotel for an affordable price. Easy parking as well.

Easy check in. GF options at breakfast bar. They did not do a very good job with cleaning our room. First day I left the empty Kleenex box to be replaced and it wasn’t and the bed just had the cover pulled up. Second day no cleaning at all. We came back after a long day and dirty towels still on the floor and bed not made. I had to go down to get towels after waiting over 30 minutes for them to be brought up. He said he forgot. Was going to credit the card, but since we booked with Expedia he couldn’t do anything except offer 2 free items from the snack bar. Big deal.

Employee assigned us to a room. When we went into the room, it smelled and bed was not made and there was trash in the bins. It was obvious that the room had been occupied. We returned to the front desk and were assigned a different room.

We had a not so nice experience with the front desk. I arrived with my children late at night and he was very rude, attitude and all. We booked a two queen bed with a pull out couch and when we arrived, he told us it was not available. When I asked why, he was extremly condescending and gave me whatever room he had. I only stayed because my family was exhausted from driving for hours. The room was not clean to standard and my 9 year old found a weed pen along with cracker crumbs on the pull out couch when we tried to set it up. I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised having a hot tub, which I desperately needed after a 9-hour drive to help ease the pain from a foot injury. After checking in, unloading everything from my car’s roof rack, and settling into the room, I headed down to finally relax, only to be told the hot tub was out of service. The front desk offered me two options: a full refund if I wanted to leave and find another hotel, or a 15% discount to stay. While I appreciate the offer, 15% hardly made up for the inconvenience, especially after a long day on the road. The idea of repacking everything and searching for a new place was overwhelming and simply not feasible in my condition. To make matters worse, the man at the front desk was incredibly rude, basically telling me to leave if I didn’t like the options. There was no empathy, just attitude. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the amenities they advertise or even basic customer service. Also, bathroom was not completely cleaned

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large enough. Although there is a quiet time, the hotel is surrounded by student apartments so it isn’t always quiet. The location was good for our needs, near the starting line of the Eugene Marathon.

Off I5 easy to get in and out. Dutch Bros right outside the hotel. Ample amount parking and food options around. For some reason all American hotels showers have less pressure. Went through 3 states and stayed in different hotels, all had same problem. Other than that really good hotel and really good breakfast options
