Its a bagged/to go breakfast, granola bar water, banana and donut. Its fine. Coffee and tea in office. Its just a place to lay your head they are very friendly. Close to hershey new flooring in room new dresser. Fine for 1 night. Pool closed.

Pool was closed but no sign on door. So not knowing this my son was swimming and an employee came in after about 40 minutes and said he had to leave. She was polite but there was a concern as to why it was not open.

The a.c was decent the pool was horrible my family ended up with rashes due to the amount of chlorine. You could see the powder chlorine covering bottom of the pool

The rooms were good. The pool was not clean. Ants were all over our shoes. Also to get in the pool area the key card was not working and we had to wait for staff to let us in. Took way too long.

Check in was fast. The room was very clean. There was a cigarette burn on the cloth chair which shouldn’t have been there in a non- smoking room. Disappointed that the pool had very limited hours being there is no life guard ever, 8:30- 10:00am and 2:00-6:00 pm. I would stay there again though.

Staff were very friendly, our room was very clean , bedding and towels replaced every morning when they cleaned. Pool was perfect, quite location but 5 minutes from downtown and attractions.

Absolutely disgusting. Walked in to the room and saw the state of the bath tub and the room and walked right back out. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Ending up leaving and going to another hotel down the street.

I have stayed in many hotels/motels over the course of 77 years and this was amongst the poorest maintained property that I could have imagined, especially considering how expensive it was. To name a few, the room was poorly cleaned with dirty carpet. The shower had only lukewarm water. On the plus side, the night manager tried her best to make the best out of a bad situation.

The property was extremely clean. The pool was well maintained. The woman in the office was very sweet and friendly. The only suggestion I have is to have a bigger sink or put a shelf in the sink area there was a very small area to put hygiene items. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was very small and outdated. Bathroom was dirty. Clumps of hair in the hairdryer upon check-in. Carpet was very dirty; White socks appeared brown in minutes. “Breakfast included” was a joke. Granola bar, and bottle of water. Bars on the hotel room windows. Very noisy on the weekends. Bathroom had an occupancy sensor that was very annoying that would turn on in the middle of the night. Room was also very bright in the mornings, even with the blinds closed. Pillows were very flat.

Very expensive for an old, shabby motel. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room had some new furniture mixed with ancient decor. The sink appeared to have come from a mobile home trailer. You could spend a night here, I suppose, but you don't want to hang around. Other rooms in the vicinity are much more expensive, but probably worth it.

I only booked this place because of the reviews and WOW were those people wrong!!! No television (cable was out), two full size beds (to small), very tiny room (there were four of us), extremely tiny bathroom, not clean at all. No breakfast buffet as indicated only a brown bag breakfast (banana, granola bar, water). Extremely disapointed and will NEVER stay here again!!

The room decor was extremely dated but the bed was comfortable and we slept well. Some parts of the room could be a little cleaner but That is probably more so an issue with me being a clean freak possibly. Overall it was exactly what we needed, a safe place to spend the night. The woman in the office was pleasant. Didn’t realize the pool was closed for the season when we booked but that’s ok we didn’t have time for the pool anyhow.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bed covers particularly were very clean, the heater worked perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water, which was a major plus when coming inside from single digit temps.

not close to attractions 15 minutes away heavy traffic weekend and Holidays aren't good to go to Hershey Park very crowded. I will save my money next time I will stay at The Hershey Hotel better package deal and probably cleaner. But they want about $400 a night that is some BS and you still have to pay to get in the park. They charge me $4.00 dollars for a small bottle of water. But I needed it because it was about 100 degrees outside waiting to watch the fireworks. They make these hotels for the super rich or to keep poor people out. Hershey world/town got more rich off my min wage butt. Now I have to go back to this mold smell, over starch linen bed,dirty tub, leaking iron, and a crack underneath the door so mice can crawl in the motel room.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. We didn’t check in until later in the evening, the process was smooth and the front desk was pleasant and welcoming. Room was exactly as stated, 2 beds, clean and cool(outside feels like was over100). The breakfast they offer is cereal, muffins, coffee, and tea. They also offer a bagged takeaway breakfast, free with your stay. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a microwave and mini fridge. No frills and not luxurious. Service was excellent because when I pointed out that the hair dryer wasn't working, they immediately provided me with another hair dryer. Breakfast was minimal -cereal and coffee. Overall a very good value.

Unattractive building. The sink in the room was full of cracks They hotel advertised breakfast included and it was a brown bag with a muffin , granola and water. I was told breakfast was grab and go. Will never stay here again.

I had an overnight stay and was very pleased. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The Grab and Go bag was ready for me and just enough to get me started. Will be back!

The picture were deceptive. They showed a nice pool and no photos of the outside. The room picture was just of one wall. No closets. Bathroom so small that the sink was outside. Every time upstairs tenant flushed toilet I could hear it in my wall. breakfast was cereal out of Tupperware. Overpriced. Will never book through Hotel.com.
