The property is in full blown construction. Carpet men installing carpet on the stairs as you walk up them. Construction debri all over inside and out. This was not shown on the site. No lobby or front desk.

This hotel has seen better days, but in fairness, it appears that efforts are being made to upgrade the facility. My biggest complaint is that the mattress in the accessible room did not have a box spring under it, so that it was very low to the floor, which for a person with disabilities makes it extremely difficult to get in and out of. Frankly, it was painful. The towel (only one bath towel) was so old and thin that I did not even bother to take a shower because I would not have been able to adequately dry myself off. On the plus side, the bathroom was very accessible and appears to have recently been remodeled. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The free breakfast buffet was substandard even for hotels in this price point.

Mentioned Breakfast included but it’s not. They mentioned Expedia is supposed to update that it’s not included due to renovation Breakfast area is closed. Fridge wasn’t working and they didn’t even bother to get it repaired or replaced. Room cleanliness is not that great as expected

The room was clean, quiet and safe. It was no frills but it was what we needed. For the price we paid, we would stay again. It's only a 20 minute drive to Pittsburgh. The only downside is that breakfast was not available due to current renovations.

Pungent smell in the lobby and front desk. I go to the room and the room smells paint, and the door stopper was on the chair disconnected from the door. Went to the front desk and described the issue, the receptionist says “I’ll give you air freshener and you can spray it”

Me and my fiance needed a night away . We stayed here and it was nice when we walked in until we saw that there was NO breakfast which would of been nice to know because we automatically would of stayed somewhere else that was a the first issue. The next was remodeling/ renovation we were not aware of this we were woken up at 6am and was constantly getting woke up because of renovation. Would not stay here again especially if it’s the situation.

I pulled up, looked shady. No one was there staying. I was still gonna check in and I was 45 min early and they wanted to charge me so I left. The shadiness combined with the request for more money made me get a different hotel

Staff were kind. Property is worn. Bed was old. Room was not clean enough. The air vents were caked with a lot of dirt. I stayed here twenty years ago but this property is in decline. I Chose it for the cheaper price and location where I needed to be.

Long road trip, just really wanted a comfortable bed to sleep for a few hours. The first room they put me in was apparently handicapped accessible which I didnt request and it was rather dirty and smelled strongly of smoke, I feel badly for the person whose only option is this room. The front desk person was nice enough to change the room but still didnt really feel like sheets were clean/room was clean. Really, really overpriced for what it was. Misleading price listing on hotels.com. Its a bit of a bait and switch if you ask me.

The room was small it was just painted and there was paint everywhere ( on the furniture floors ) we were in a non smoking room and there was burn holes in the comforter and there was trash under the bed I definitely would have to think twice about staying here again

I don't usually leave negative reviews. But this hotel was not only not comfortable, but they had many vacant rooms. And they put me in a room on the 1st floor and put the only other person. Looks like that was in the hotel right in a room. Above me, the guy never went to sleep. Kept me up all night. I'm not sure why they would do that, but that's what happened. Breakfast was virtually non existent coffee machine, didn't work?There's hardly any food to eat

Only issue I had and it is typical of all hotels is the room doors slam. At 3am when someone comes in down the hall and the customer lets the door go, it echos and rattles the whole floor. I know it is the inconsiderate nature of hotel patrons but hotels should modify their doors to close quietly.

Location was good, had to wait for the maanger to come back as he had stepped away for "10 mins". A towel was dirty or appeared used. Otherwise the property itself is fine for a night's stay.

The Staff wasn't available to receive us. We had to wait for 20 mins. They were not polite too. During Breakfast there is no one to refill anything. If you ask front desk they will say they have limited breakfast. Overall the Hotel rooms were good but Staff & Breakfast was disappointing.
