Very nice property, the only problem we had was when we went to the pool and tried to get back in using the App key it would not work. We had to walk around the entire property to get back in the hotel. Not one door would open with the app

The king size bedroom shade did not close out all the way. Their pillows were flat. I will never travel again without My Pillow. My wife had a crook in her neck the next morning. It took a really long time to cool the king size bedroom while my kids were freezing in the living room and queen size bedroom. Breakfast was just awesome! The staff were just the best. My dog had the runnings (severe diarrhea) in the hallway, the staff stepped up big time! Their workout room was just fabulous. I don’t mind staying there again. The front desk texted me to see if everything was good. And I was texting them to communicate. I never even had to pick up the room phone! It was awesome!

The beds were awful as well as the pillows. The housekeeping didn’t have towels two days in a row so we had to go to the front desk. The breakfast was over at 9am but at 8:40 they were out of the hot breakfast and they were not making anymore. The pool and spa was closed. It was 97 degrees outside and I picked a hotel with a pool for a reason. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful but my overall experience was not good and I will not be staying here again.

Almost everything about the place was amazing. The lobby was beautiful and spacious and outdoor pool area was spotless and equipped with very nice grills. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Even the room was quite nice. Only issue I had was the bathroom in the room. The shower/tub was really outside and fell very short to the expectations of the rest of the hotel. Some bathrooms updates are definitely needed

We stayed for three nights. Housekeeping never properly cleaned our room, even after two requests, they only changed towels and made the bed, leaving the bathroom untouched. Also, the TV is very outdated and cannot connect to the internet, so you can’t use Netflix or other streaming services. Overall stay was okay, but cleanliness and TV need serious improvement.

The floors in our bathroom and bedroom were dirty, the linens were filthy and looked like they haven’t been washed in several months. Food, blood, mustard and who knows what else. We haven’t had issues before with Homewood but this was definitely disappointing.

The lobby looked nice, but I have actually stayed here years ago and forgot I hated it then too. The rooms are disgusting. The first room they put us in didn’t have working televisions which seems minor until you’re an exhausted mom with 4 kids and one in the hospital. The maintenance guy was in there awkwardly for one hour trying to fix it and then finally I just asked the front desk to move us. Then in our second room, it was so much worse. The shower was filthy with hair in it. We hadn’t even used it and we didn’t dare to try to use it to pull out bed that I was going to put my children in had a BLOODY, urine stained mattress. It was absolutely putrid. The carpets were so dirty that our feet were black after we walked barefoot. I would have left, but it happened to be heavily hailing and of all the things, a tornado watch! Ugh. What a miserable night. Then I asked the kitchen staff at breakfast for tortillas since there were none and she showed her annoyance. It must’ve been after the breakfast hour since she started clearing all of the breakfast items away quickly so that my children couldn’t finish selecting.

Overall Honewood Suites was a great place for an extended stay. The property is slightly dated, but was informed by management that they are due for a remodel soon, so that should be taken care of. Breakfast was great. Service was friendly, and the property as well as our room was clean. The only feedback I have are 1. Replace the beds. They are hard as a rock as well as old. The sleep quality was well below what I have had at other homewood suites locations. 2. In room coffee - the coffee machine while cheap is ineffective and the inroom coffee is for lack or better words atrocious. Most consumers utilize K Cups and even a single serving Keurig would go far. Granted, additional expense, but better reviews and customer satisfaction. Secure the Keurig or bill it if it goes missing and I have no other complaints.

We checked into Lubbock and I am so disappointed. We are sleeping in this room because it’s super late and my family just needs to sleep. But the bathroom door doesn’t even have a handle on it, there was no soap by the sink for the bathroom or the kitchen, there is a huge flood light right outside our window that is super bright and coming in through both windows even through the curtains. Also, the shower is leaking so you can hear the drip drip drip and the tub looks dirty. This is horrible.

The stay was okay. This property needs better televisions and blackout curtains. I had to reset the tv every night and it was really bright early in the morning. check-in was difficult because Expedia added a 3 pet reservation and fee's. I had booked 3 rooms separately, in 3 different names, but Expedia attached to MY one room. We did have 1 small dog-in my daughter's room-a totally separate room. The hotel was so helpful in correcting the situation.

Older property that has not been updated in many years. The bed was atrocious. The condition of the mattress was poor and very uncomfortable. The shower diverter did not function properly in addition to poor drainage equated to low water pressure and standing in several inches of water.

We reserved a one-bedroom suite and were assigned room 412, on the top floor. The room was oddly furnished - no desk, for example, and one of the chairs for the dining table was a desk chair with wheels. The kitchen was poorly equipped - no dish soap or sponge, for example, and not enough silverware for two people. The bedroom was comfortable, although there was considerable highway noise at night. The shower drain was slow, leaving ankle-deep water during a shower. Breakfast was average for Homewood Suites, although the coffee was quite good. The exercise room was small but well equipped. I had requested 2 queen beds. Gave me a king and sofa bed. Ask why at the front desk. She said because I booked with Travelocity. I get whatever they have. I do not think is right. It took about 15 minutes to check in because the system was not working

Terrible customer service. Christian thinks it's ok to text customers and it's very awkward. They also speculate and charge your account for odd things and then try to justify it. Room want very clean and be was totally against the wall. Whole hotel needs updating.

Anna was quite helpful with upgrading our accommodations to 2 bedroom suites (what we requested in our reservation) when Expedia reserved us a double queen room instead, at no additional charge. Everything about this hotel was amazing. I made a mistake when booking and the gentleman, Kendall handled it with a smile. The room was impeccable and had everything one could need. They even made a courtesy call to the room to make sure everything was satisfactory. I can’t believe the price for what was included. The breakfast was delicious also!! Definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here for a quick overnight with my family, including a toddler. It was very cozy and clean. Having the bedroom in a seperate space than the family room and kitchen was nice for when my toddler fell asleep or took a nap. Room 202 had a lot of noise from the highway so I didn't sleep as well but overall the stay was fantastic! Breakfast had limited options but everything was good. Already booked again for July.

I stayed 2 days, and enjoyed everything about this hotel. They didn't have my requested room, so they upgraded me to a 2 room suite! It was beautiful, and quiet. Also, they did daily housekeeping, something you don't get anymore anywhere else. Very great staff, good breakfast, easy to get to and close to everything in Lubbock.

We have used Homewood suites for two different trips now, and we will continue using them. Their staff is pleasant and happy to serve. Their breakfasts are amazing. The rooms are great with the little kitchens and plenty of space. Looking forward to our next trip there.

Breakfast items were initially dry but when the server replaced them they were nice and fresh. It did take a long time for fresh food to be put out. The rooms were clean and fresh. It is an older hotel so bathroom fixtures were aged and you could see doors and floor borders etc were very beat up. But despite the evedenc forage everything was ver clean and linens were fresh.
