The rooms are clean. The shower head works a little funky. We were excited to swim in the indoor pool and hot tub only to find out it’s not heated. So we didn’t swing because it was too cold.

Everything was great and clean. Pillows were a bit too big for us but ok overall. Pool and hot tub were closed which was a bummer because that was one of the reasons we chose that hotel but overall had a good nights sleep.

$50 dollars a night, you get what you pay for. Property external doors not secure. Indoor Pool & hot tub not heated, gym closed perminatly, minimum towels avail, room fridge didn't get cold (3 days in 2 separate rooms).

Smelled like weed when you walked in. They did not come and clean the room on the first day. The A/C kept going out because the extension cord breaker kept tripping. There was no breakfast. The pool and hot tub was closed. My card to get in the room had to be re-activated each day. I stayed 4 days. The sheets had stains on them. The couch and chair in the room needed to be thrown out with all the stains on them.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were zero towels, shampoo, conditioner, or soap in my room at check in. Took 2 hours to get towels. The tv remote was so sticky it didn’t work. My room was right next to a room that had the window busted out and glass shards were everywhere. There was a huge gap under my room door that led directly to the outside. A large rat could have fit through. The exercise room was out of order. The pool/hot tub was closed. The only ice maker in the whole hotel was broken. Zero water pressure in shower. The breakfast only included waffles, eggs and biscuits. Nothing else. Coffee was empty. And the rate was $180 per night. Ridiculous.

Let's get this adventure started in this hooptie motel. I booked a week before our first annual father n son fishing trip ( should of read the reviews ). When we got there to check in, we were giving 121 down stairs next to the office. Key card and readers barely worked. Finally got it to work, and as soon as we walked in smelled like some just smoked 2 cartons of cigarettes. Went and talked to the lady and told her that. So she switched my room to 131 and we went ok. Half the lights didn't work, big stain in the middle of the room. We tried to turn on the a/c ( with wires sticking out of it, made damn sure not to touch them ) but it kept resetting it self, so I unplugged it to see what's going on, and low and behold the plug was burned up ( burn marks all over it, and it was still plugged in) I left it unplugged and took a picture, and back to the office again, told her and showed the picture and said that's not gonna work. So we got room 133. It was a little better, but not much. The refrigerator didn't work, beds had to of been 15-20 yours old. Not comfortable at all. The a/c worked unless you turned below 70 then good luck. Only gave one big towel n two little towels. There was a red stay on the head board, told my son that's your hed. Lol. The door to go out to the car, the whole key card reader broke, so anyone can come in! Not safe. There is only one trash can in the whole room. There cheap, try putting more than one. If you don't have to, don't book at this motel!!!!

The pool was closed (indoor pool) Hot tub not available. No clear parking spaces automatic entry doors nt working. The room was nice, comfortable and spacious. Wi Fi worked good.

At checkin the guy told us there was no tvs because they were getting upgraded.The pool was not available because it was being cleaned for the 4 days we were there. There was no breakfast during our stay either. The room smelled like weed. The room key kept deactivating everyday. We asked if we would get discount for all the inconveniences and guy said no due to us making reservations online.

No coffee in room, no cups, no ice machines, pool was closed, no mini fridge, no room service, no elevator and front sliding doors needed to be open physically.

Checkin okay, lobby filthy, room dirty, hair in sheets, etc. iFINALLY was offered a different room and it was equally dirty.

very very dirty! ripped towels, blood on bedding, floors need vacuumed, pool needs cleaning, rooms were stinky, smoking pot in hotel, no hair dryer, common area was just as dirty, DO NOT STAY HERE we got a refund and went to a different hotel

Bed was dirty! Found crumbs and toe nail clippings in between the sheets. Bathroom was also dirty. Hair(pubes) on the toilet along with pee stains. No remotes to be found for the tv.

Dirty beds,, towels, area Roaches and bedbugs

The room stinks. Floors were sticky. They’re were roaches, the TV didn’t work and I reported it first day and never got it fixed. The water in the toilet was running the whole time. The refrigerator wasn’t working and food that I bought went bad. No wi-fi, no hair dryer. Carpet fealty.

The room smelled like marijuana when we arrived. There were no towels. They said we would not get towels until 10 or 11 the next day because housekeeping left for the day. I said check out was 11 so we can’t shower so they went into another room with a couch that looked like a private room to give me towels. When we went to sleep, there was a red stain on the white blanket that was rather large. We slept without it. Hair was in the shower. I asked them if they had cleaned our room since there were no towels and it smelled of marijuana and they said yes which clearly wasn’t true. The door lock would jam. They still haven’t credited my deposit and it has been 4 days. The pool looked cloudy. The tv wouldn’t change channels. There were sheets you could see through because they were so worn down. Almost no outlets. It was a disaster. Complete nightmare.

The room was filthy.

Don’t stay here! There was mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. The secondary lock was broken in the room. The pool was green. The smoke alarm was removed from the room. There was no way to adjust the temperature of the room. It was dirty to say the least. Strange man knocked on the door without identifying themself as staff. Refused to refund my room.

The room was unclean. When we could not get the door open, we had the night staff get it open for us. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. There were hairs on the sheets. There were also what google lens identified as possible bed bugs on the sheets. Behind the bed, where we needed to plug in our phones had candy and trash. There was one rag for two adults. I would have left that night if it was not so late when I arrived (12am), and there had been available rooms in town.

The place was really disgusting mold in the bathroom no towels open light fixtures stains and substances on ceiling, walls, and floors and had a very bad smell. DONT RECOMMEND! BEWARE!!

Tv didn’t work. Air conditioner didn’t work

Cable tv in my room did not work. I was moved to a second and a third and finally a fourth room before I got a room with working cable tv. Later that night the toilet clogged up and I had to ask for a plugger and unclogged the toilet myself. I will never stay there again. In a few months I will be booking at a different hotel. There was a big gap under the front door letting the very cold outside air in.

Checked into a room with no microwave and tv with no remote. We were moved into another room that was cleaner than the first room. The second day toilet was clogged and we asked for a plunger and were moved into a third room. Tv was missing remote, power cord and hdmi cable. Went to office to get things needed for tv and clerk removed from tv in previous room. Tv still would not work. Upon further investigation heater was not working and refrigerator did not work but we were tired and frustrated and did not want to move to a fourth room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Smoke detector disabled and the a/c unit worked but the case was all melted like it overheated

Being told at checkin that there is no working mini fridge, microwave, or even tv in the room was pretty upsetting. Pool was also closed.

Horrible couldn’t even stay the night because of how bad the room was. The AC did not work and the fridge had a horrible smell coming from it making the whole room smell bad and there was centipedes in the bathtub.

the old saying. you get what you pay for , its true. needs a face lift. new mattresses. shower curtain was torn, and the hand towels had holes . decent building, but needs work!

Upon check in I was informed the tv did not work and there was no microwave. It was non refundable room so I said it was ok. When we got to the room there were no towels or trash cans. It was late so we went to bed. When I told the clerk about it upon check out he said oh well and that I should have called front desk... Will not stay again

The fact that they refuse to fix their air conditioning and heat extractors inside the main area is beyond inexcusable , its a literal sauna inside there, the rooms are are just average, missing curtains, missing irons, missing light bulb’s.

There was a 2" crack under the door letting the winter draft in. I had to pin the curtains down because they were being blown open by the window unit. There was a drug baggie wrapper on the floor and other dirty things glazed over.

Excellent customer service

I arrived at the property (late in the evening) and my room was not cleaned. Several rooms had busted out doors and broken windows with plywood covering them. The overall property was dirty and unsafe. I ended up canceling my reservation and finding another property to stay at. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and canceled my room and said I would be getting a refund from Orbitz.

Check in and out was terrible room not clean , booked king bed but said no rooms , even tho the whole place looked empty

I was threatened by the staff and they refused to call the manager when requested.

There was an issue with the reservation and the desk clerk was not helpful at all and was using his phone as we were trying to check in.The property is old and the room was unpleasant. The bed was hard. I would not recommend this hotel.

Was given a room. Same room was given to another family later. Said I would move to a king room, only to be given a room already occupied. Got fed up with the staff/situation and demanded a refund, then left. This hotel is horribly run. Saw 4 other users with issues as well.

The room was not clean well at all we were given one towel no hand towel or wash cloth one soap half used shampoo. When we checked in we got the key to our room which did not work the staff member gave us a different key and helped open the door the room was being used by another guest. Then we try a second room and the door was locked from the inside the room was being used. Then we get a third that room was empty. We went out for the day came back and could not get in our room had to go back and get a new key. The front desk was rude when I told them I could not get in my room. Overall the worse place ever to stay at!!! We would have gone to a different hotel but everything was booked.

All I can say is wow!! Front desk clerk was rude! Like I was bothering him checking in. Not friendly at all!! When I asked him what time the pool closed he snapped at me and said the pool is closed ma'am! Yet on this website it advertises that they have a pool, he said it's been closed for over a month. We've always stay at this same hotel when we come to town and I will never go back! We get to our room and I want to lay down because it's so hot outside and I notice the bed has black marks on the comforter and I notice long black hairs on the made bed!! Like they didn't even change the bedding!! Not only that my hubby wanted to watch TV and we couldn't find the remote so we had to call the rude front desk guy and he sent someone up with the remote, then the remote didn't work so my hubby goes and tells him we need a new one and instead of coming up to our room to program it he gives my husband instructions on how to program it! If I wasn't so tired I would of left!! I should of left!! When I check out the next morning the same clerk apologizes to me about yesterdays inconveniences. I told him no worries. And I'm not worried because I will never go back!!

At check in there were several people in line to complain of leaks, non working equipment, etc. People also claimed they were charged twice. The man working kept answering the phone making the line of people wait. Room was not clean, smelled, and had ONE towel for a room that sleeps four.

Seems like an unsafe ghetto area. The price was cheaper than other hotels, so I expected the low quality. However, I did not appreciate the front desk asking for my email, gerting my address, and registering me--without my consent--for hotel chain membership.

Nice place for an inexpensive stay. King non-smoking smelled smoky but was comfortable. Parking lot pretty sketchy appearing but good lighting to park near.

It was noisy and in a sketchy part of town. We were in a pinch and there for an emergency, but for the most part you get what you pay for, so it was just somewhere to sleep for a couple hours. But we’d never stay here again and the smoke smell was terrible. The workers were great, but this place just isn’t the best

Did not stay at the location. Hotel was in a very bad part of town. Prostitution outside the doors. Manager was rude, inform him of the activity.

Upon my arrival, my reservation was lost due to a change with the system. After much back and forth, I was given a room in a mostly abandoned and creepy motel. It met the basic requirements of a somewhat clean room, bed and shower. I was happy to leave the next morning.

Well, when I first checked in, there was a crackhead asking me for a ride and after about 30 minutes of being there, there was cops pounding on the doors of the hotel

Honestly a nice place, but needs a face lift. The pool is indoor and the entire center is the building is open which provides a nice scene. But the AC units from all the inside rooms blow into the open space along with heat from the pool. This caused the entire center to be a sauna. The king room was nice but stained furniture. With a facelift these rooms would be very nice.

This hotel is dirty, feels unsafe, has heaters that are broken, chipped paint, dirty floors, hard beds, and I checked out as soon as we checked in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are other hotels just across the street that are much better. The lady at the front desk was nice and tried to get me a different room but there was no way I was staying in this dump with my daughter.

There was nothing unique about it, it was in an 'ok' location. Did not appear safe. Place was not up to par for the amount paid.

Close to freeways

The motel was very rundown. The room had ragged towels. For a king room we had two bath towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth. No water glasses in the room. No coffee maker. No working TV, missing the cable hookup. Messy repair work; paint spots on the bathroom tile, caulk drops on tile floor, floor needed vacuumed. Windows were dirty. Pool was dark blue as was either too many chemicals or unclean. Bathroom tub would not drain. No hand soap. Empty bottles behind dresser. Breakfast was poor. Milk fridge was not cold, so milk was warm. No fruit, no yogurt. Cereal or waffles available. I usually check reviews but didn't in this case. These items have previously been reported and not resolved. It was especially disappointing when I found that the hotel is part a business that owns numerous other hotels in the Lubbock area and they allowed this hotel to fall into such disrepair.

Book this place for two days I was disappointed my room didn’t get any service at all trash was full no towels they were out had to used the same towels no breakfast it was 8:30 when I week down for breakfast they didn’t have anything I will never book here again very disappointing.

This place 4 years ago was a nice clean affordable property that I took my two young sons to, after enjoying a Tech game. Today, it was a dirty, unmaintained property that I regret staying and giving my hard earned money to. From trash in parking lot, key card never working properly, broken mini fridge, ice maker, indoor spa, to no breakfast first morning, to minimal offerings 2nd and the worst coffee. The facility indoors was dirty, floor was dusty, all the interior decor was dusty, cob webs in all rafters. I am guessing this propert was sold to new owners who do not care about the facility or customers. It was sad how far this place had fallen and I DO NOT recommend this to anyone. Find somewhere else for the money. It is not worth staying unless all you care about is the bed and shower, which that is about all it offered.

We booked the room online and upon arrival they charged an additional $15 deposit for the room, if it was card, and if it was cash $150. The ice machine was broken, no do not disturb door hangers, and poor maintenance. The room wasn't clean, no microwave, and broken toilet seat. The security door was also broken so anyone could just wander in. The breakfast also left something to be desired. No variety. The gravy tasted like heavily salted Crisco, the apple juice was water, the eggs made me sick, and there was no meat. Same thing every morning.

Hen I turn back the bedding to go to sleep, there were holes in the sheets, plus black hair in the bed. My hair is light brown 3. For breakfast they only had egg patties and biscuits, no milk for the cereal and no cream for coffee. Waffle machine was filthy and this was at 6:30 in the morning when they opened up. 4. Door failed again at 6:45 this morning. Took them almost 2 hours to get me back into the room.
