This property was in very poor shape with a swimming pool and a hot tub, not working, nor did it smell like it had chlorine in it at all furniture in the gym or the pool area was torn up. There was no hot water after the first shower. I could name several. There was no signage with respect to when breakfast was going to be served. Thank you.

The people were not very friendly. We booked because it had a pool. Our key didn’t work so they rekeyed ours. It still didn’t work and all they said was that we couldn’t use it. We told them that we got this hotel because of the working pool and didn't even apologize. We asked about getting a partial refund but they said no.

Nasty mattress on pull out sofa was black no sheets so disgusting i check in four people and only gave us two towels when ask for me got told they had none to come back next day next day we ask again cause they came in our room and got towels gave us only two again didn’t throw trash or make beds and got told again no towels when i ask how do i only get two when i have four ppl on my reservation they she goes to back to give me one more towel and when my husband went back she was giving two towels to someone else horrible breakfast is gross looks like they don’t clean anything worse hotel we have ever stayed at pool had broken chairs everywhere in the pool area stair case had trash everywhere the smoking spot had empty beer everywhere

The room itself was fine for a short stay. Some damage to the walls but good AC. The very thin walls made me happy I packed ear plugs. Breakfast had delayed oversight and I had to wait 40 minutes for the coffee to be refilled and it tasted watered down with little caffeine. Pool and hot tub not working. Maintenance was loudly hammering something in the restroom next to mine which limited how relaxing my bath was.

The hotel was not the beast our room had an old smell to it! It was dirty! Our bathroom door was broken and could not close it all the way without it getting stuck. Went to take our kid to swim almost all the chairs were broken in there and the hot tub did not work! The patio that was attached to the pool outside was filthy full of beer cans! Our beds were okay woke up with a sore back! Definitely not be staying there again

The hotel is in an excellent location where one can get anywhere in the city fairly quickly. The decor is nice and reasonably up to date. Unfortunately, the ice machine that is located right around the corner from the elevator was leaking enough that the staff could not keep the floor dry. The fall hazard should have been a maintenance priority.

Bed covers were really dirty on both beds, blood stains, yellow stains, some dark brown stains and make up stains looks like they don't change it everyday really nasty, I always check the beds, so please people if you stay here please please check the blankets and sheets, I called the front desk and asked for clean blankets the lady told me that they didn't have any more till the next day, it was too late to go find another hotel and we were really tired, we slept with no blankets

The blankets were ripped and stained. The fold out couch mattress was horribly stained. So nasty couldn't even use it. The blanket had blood stains. The hotel it's self otherwise is nice and affordable if they would just put more into the little things in the room that was easily fixable. Also the front desk customer is horrible. The ladies are rude and very uninviting. I always stay at comfort in or quality inn when traveling because they are affordable and always clean and great service. This one was a disappointment.

Absolutely horrible! Check in was fine front desk was fine. The room had dog hair all over the couch. Pulled the bedding back and pee stains all over the comforter, bugs all in the corner of room looks like it was never swept vacuumed, the remote had no back was taped up the phone was unplugged scotch tape all over the walls. Looked like blood splatters on the wall.called the front desk asked if they could come change the bedding was told no that it’s 11pm and no one could help.. she came n brought sheets that’s it. Found what looked like bed bug shells and a dead one. We left I was not going to let my kids stay. I wasn’t offered another room ether. Definitely want all or some of my money back since. I was unable to sleep in the room

The floors were probably the worst. Our shower had hair from the previous people and the towels were not very clean. I used the restroom closer to the lobby and the toilet had a ring from someone that possibly threw up and hadn’t been cleaned for days.

This room did not meet the standards for the amount of money charged! It was very dirty and uncomfortable, the sink would spray out water and soak our clothes, and the shower was even worse, it would wet the whole floor. The front desk clerk was rude when I asked for extra towels. We literally were only given two towels, and I reserved the room for 4 people and she didn’t want to give us extra towels until the two were returned! That’s ridiculous! The lamp at the desk didn’t work!

How about this. Couldn't connect to the internet. Main floor ice machine out of order. Desk phone broken. Sink drain broken. Bathroom lights were very dim. Desk chair would not adjust. Iron board broken. Only 2 hangers. Only one hand towel. Couldn't find a local news channel. Carpet stains and couch stains. Very noisy people above us, 4 adults and 2 young children. We were in the hospitality business for 30 years. We would never put family's above a 2 guest room. Family go down stairs not upstairs above other quests. For $150.00 a night we should have had a much better room.

At check in the guy working was so rude! He had no manners and didn’t even tell us where our room was. When I went to ask him he was sitting in the back on his phone ignoring us. Then when we went to check into our room the refrigerator was leaking water everywhere. There was only a couple towels and they never would bring anymore. Overall experience was not good! I definitely do not recommend!

First room, room 124, lock on door did not work, first we could not open the door then they worked on and then we could not lock the door. And the hair dryer did not work so my wife had to go to breakfast with wet hair. Second room 123 window would not be closed and it sounded like a wind tunnel. Third room 122 lamp switch did not work so it had to be plugged in and out of wall plug. Switch next to bed was upside-down and backwards. It also did not charge phones over night. The bath faucet was very hard to turn or adjust. This was the lowest quality Quality Inn we ever stayed at!

Got to the hotel around 9pm after a 5hr drive when I approached the front counter nobody was available until I yelled out “is anybody here” a young lady approached from the back (not sure what she was doing “sleeping “ ) got checked in rooms lobby area floors were dirty thought what is the room going to look like. Room was clean and comfortable would stay there again overall good value

The staff is all amazing. Especially the day shift ladies!! Quickly accommodated me when I needed to check in fairly early. I had to pay the early check in fee. But so worth it. They worked with me daily when I needed to book another night. Very personable and down to earth. I managed a retail store for many years and by far this has been some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. Clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Breakfast is worth getting up for. Quiet and peaceful even the nights that they were fully booked. Lubbock is home but I travel for work now. I come home 1-2 times a month and I definitely found my new temporary home here when I do come back.

Everything was great except the fact that when my husband got off work and asked for towels he was rudely and quickly told we don't have any. We forgot to ask for towels that morning and stayed for 3 days, but the night male front desk person could have been more accommodating. Other than that breakfast was great and other staff were very helpful.

The stay was wonderful. We were greeted warmly by Zoey. Her kindness was genuine. The room was fine and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet is a bit old and somewhat worn. I had a bit of trouble closing the room door from the hallway - the handle was loose. I reported it to the front desk and they took care of the issue. Breakfast choices were very nice and hot. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Desk clerk (young lady) was not friendly at checkin and was not helpful. I got in my rom and I notice No towel at all in my room and I went to front desk to get it and she gave me just one shower towel. She said no face towel available and even she didn’t give me a second shower towel to use as face towel. She doesn’t care about the costumers. I think she doesn’t like work with people.

Quiet, I felt safe, there weren’t many guests at this location, it looked very empty. It has an easy parking and the attendants were nice. The glass at the entrance wasn’t the cleanest, same with the glass windows where the pool is. A big flower pot will look nice by the entrance door. Overall is good, the entrance needs more cleaning attention.

Ample parking, clean room and glad there was a shower in lieu of bathtub (senior citizen). The breakfast was disappointing (limited) and was sad there is not Senior Discount or AARP discount available.

I booked my stay prior to reading the reviews. I was a bit on edge not knowing what to expect or expecting the worst from what was posted in the reviews. We arrived late check-in. It was going to be a packed house with college football game in town. The room was clean and cozy. Woke up for to really good breakfast. The staff was awesome, friendly and very attentive. Overall we had a great stay no issues. Definitely cant believe everything thats in the bad reviews. Would definitely stay again.

Place is really run down. Juice machine was broken for breakfast. They threw away our yeti. Asked for extra towels and they said they were out. Screaming kids in hallway.

Front desk was very slow and confused. Refrigerator in the room didn’t work. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn’t work. Breakfast was cold, no gravy and had to ask 2x for more. Then it was white water, thin and runny. Coffee was weak and cold.

Bed was more firm than I'd have liked it to be which led to some back pain, but over all served its purpose. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. For the price, id stay there again. Pool and hot tub might be worth checking out next time too.
