I didn't realize that this property was a true 'motel' vice hotel, so was mildly surprised when there was no elevator nor exercise room. That being said, the staff was top drawer, moving us to a first floor room to save a cumbersome bag drag. Nice folks!

Parking was great! Had separe right near my door. Room as clean and nice. Good amenities! Staff was good!

The pool was also great. Had a great stay at Best Western.

Overall was a nice clean place to stay with a clean pool and decent breakfast

We were disappointed that the pool was closed but not surprising being outdoors and only February. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. The beds were SO comfortable! The whole room was very clean and very nice. The breakfast was yummy but the coffee tasted burnt and watered down. I would stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the room. Shower was nice. The room smelled odd sort of like a mildew smell.

Hotel needs updating, room smelled like mildew, mold on bathroom ceiling, bedspread had blood stains on it and felt dirty, tub did not drain well.....but the staff was very friendly and bed was very comfortable. They need to make sure housekeeping is doing their job correctly, do some updating and it would be a much better place to stay.

The room had a musty smell when we arrived so we went to the store and bought room fresheners. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and bathroom was clean but both nights we saw a few roaches so we were uncomfortable.

Had a great stay. Very clean and a very nice location. The customer service was well done as there were all over making sure your stay went well.

LITERAL BED BUG IN OUR BED. I will be emailing best western directly. Tried calling the front desk when this occurred and no answer, around 4 in the morning. Staff was ok. Room wouldn’t cool, stayed humid and stuffy. Definitely won’t stay again this was traumatizing!

The room was extremely clean - just wish the shower was a little hotter but otherwise everything was great!!

Worst Hotel experience we have ever had. Let me start off by saying that the front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional. This review is no knock on them. Our room had a strong caustic mold smell. Their was visible mold on the door, lamps, bathroom etc. The smell hit us like a wall as soon as we entered the room. After 30 mins, I went to the front desk to ask for a different room. no rooms were available except for smoking rooms. We are non smokers and a smoking room is just as bad to us. We checked out less than 2 hrs after arriving because the mold began to physically affect my wife and I (burning eyes, slight headache, mold taste). Long story short, they told us to work with Hotels.com to get a refund. Hotels.com contacted best western, and was told "the manager" would need to approve. Got the response this morning that "the manager" has declined our refund. This is outrageous. I provided best western the same pictures as uploaded to this post. I spoke again with Best Western customer service, they said they would not refund us and offered us 5000 points, which is not the equivalent for a one night stay (which we payed). I accepted that only because a refund would not be given an as a way to recoup some of my lost. This whole ordeal left us stranded, and we returned home several hrs away. We had to cancel our attendance to a funeral we were enroute to, for a close family member. Everything in this review is 100 percent factual,

Very clean. Nice budget friendly hotel. Everything we needed.

Room were nice and clean. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is the phone in my room didn't work. I had to walk to the front desk to tell them the internet was not working. I ended up having to use a mobile hotspot to get internet access on laptop.

The room meet our needs fine. We were in the 3 bed unit. It was hot. Put ac on 69 & cooled off some but had hot spots. Bathroom never cooled off. That being said it was a hot day outside.

Only real issue was road noise

Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were extra comfortable. AC was quiet and kept the room cool. This will definitely be our go to in Nac from now on.

It’s our second time there and the room never gets cool enough. It’s stagnant air.

It was a good trip. Bed was comfortable. Tje room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of work space if needed. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Ivldet jewelry in my room. About to call to retrieve it.

Online photos make it look like a more modern hotel with interior room doors, but it is not. It is old style with room doors going outside. But still a clean and ok room.

A/c did not cool the room well. I did not mention it to anyone so thats on me.

No breakfast didn't have time/room was great but AC was difficult to keep on and cool at times but was comfortable

The room was very updated and clean. The front desk staff was great.

Credit card for reservation was charged twice prior to checking in, without authorization or prior notice, even though selected option to pay at property upon check-in.

To start with, the water pressure in the shower was very low. The water was only mildly warm, so the shower was disappointing all the way around. During the night, we were awakened by a very loud television blaring from downstairs. Turns out it was the night staff member who had it turned all the way up. On Sunday morning, we woke up to no water at all. This probably was not the fault of the hotel, but it just capped off a very disappointing stay.

The alarm in the empty room next-door started ringing at 11:00 p.m. I call the front desk to ask someone to shut it off, but no one answered the phone at the front desk. I called several times and no one ever answered. The next morning I reported it to the front counter,

Great customer service

Did not like service by front desk clerk (older lady). Cleaning lady gave great service! Shower had stains on the wall. Towels were a bit dingy.

Only complaint is traffic and it can be hard to get to. Otherwise clean, well run, everything you need.

Nice size room with great breakfast (which ends at 9.30 but was still available at 9.45 when I got there - very nice!). City seems to regularly sell out so book early if you can! Across street is Dickey's BBQ which is fantastic, as well as Sonic and a Subway.

There was a construction going on and it was challenging to get there especially during the heavy storm.

Had a nice stay. No issues to report. The property is older but still in good shape. Rates were good. Convenient location. Would stay here again for sure.

The front office staff were excellent. We approached them several times during our two day stay and they were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. The provided breakfast was standard but well refreshed and clean. The road noise from highway 59 was very loud. The room was clean but clearly needed updating.

It’s fine just a sketchy part of town. Good restaurants to choose from but a lot is run down around town…

Other than soap, there were no other amenities like body lotion, shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast food didn't have healthy options other than apples and bananas.

Breakfast could have been better. Only white bread as bread option. There was cream cheese but no bagels. No peanut butter, but there was jam. Scrambled eggs and sausage patties both mornings.

Breakfast was good with a good variety of items.

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was less than desired. Powdered eggs were cold.

This is a very nice hotel that is clean and the rooms are in nice condition looking like they've been recently updated. Breakfast was well stocked with both cold and hot items and nicely done. I highly recommend this Best Western.

Breakfast needs to be improved

The hotel is very clean and roomy. The breakfast is amazing! Hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles and much more. I highly recommend this hotel.
