This location in Nac has very few towels and you have to wait until the end of the day to get clean ones. When house keeping came they took all the dirty towels and did not restock them until hours later. I went to the desk to ask for some as I needed to shower and was told that all of their towels were dirty and that I would have to wait until the ones I had before were washed and dried (along with every other towel in the facility). I was told that they only had one washer and one dryer and this was the reason. Thank goodness I had brought a beach towel with me! The shower head was broken in my room and would only work on one setting and that was after I tinkered with it for several minutes. I’m guessing they really don’t expect people to bathe? No towels and a broken shower head! The AC’s are really old window units that do not blow any colder than 72 degrees so if you live in TX and it’s humid, it’s going to be humid in your room as well! Was going to swim in the pool but 3 or 4 people had taken it over and were playing really loud rap music that everyone could hear. Luckily for me my room was not facing the pool! The room was clean and the mattress wasn’t hard as a rock so it could have been worse, but having adequate AC and a working shower head are pretty important “amenities,” if you ask me.

I had booked on line and the room I requested was not usable because of renovations. Fine, but they gave me a smoking room. I took because all other rooms vacant were upstairs. I cannot walk up stairs easily. Then our neighbors thought it was OK to play loud music while others were trying to sleep. After twice asking them to turn it down, my son had to go to the office and talked to the night person. They said guess I will call them.
