Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure our room had a roll away bed as requested. Pool was nice, could have used a cleaning but it wasn’t the end of the world. The plastic chairs by the pool need some attention everyone in our group had small pieces of fiberglass in them after sitting in the chairs. My only big complaint would be the house keeping staff, we stayed in our room 3 nights and they never once came in to take out the trash or replace towels.

Elevator did not work and we were on the third floor. The last thing you want to do after a long day of traveling is hike it up three floors of stairs with your luggage. Other than that one issue, the hotel is very quiet and clean. We will stay there again next time we are in town.

Our check-in was seamless. The parking area was well lit and safe. Our room was extremely clean and newly renovated very spacious. The staff was pleasant. That’s all I can ask for we will be back.

I like this hotel and the staff is great, but the treadmills in the fitness center don't work and haven't in over six months (we stay there frequently) and the coffee is like water. It's very clean and the staff is great.

The room was great! Large, spacious, and clean. Parking is tight and we had to park in back where several people were hanging out with questionable activities. Got in the hot tub and chemicals turned my hair green. I have never had that happen. Reported it, but front desk clerk just giggled along with my daughter. He had been super helpful and friendly, I was not ready to laugh yet.

My room wasn't as clean as I would've expected. There was hair on the nightstand, the sink, and in the shower. The microwave plate did not fit the microwave. It was a plate that obviously was from another microwave and because it did not fit, the plate did not rotate and the food had to be turned by hand to get it evenly warmed. The cable on the TV didn't work so I just turned the TV off. Also, the green light on the door that is supposed to show when the correct key card is insert was broken. I couldn't tell when my key was working and ended up having to set up the digital key on my phone after the key card didn't work. I had to go back and forth to the front desk 4 times trying to open my room door. Save yourself the headache and download the digital key. I did enjoy the room itself based on the suite size and the bed was comfortable. But for $400/night, I could've stayed at another property with similar options and paid half the cost, even during homecoming weekend. I paid for an upgraded stay and was disappointed that I didn't get that from Hampton Inn.

There was hair in my shower when I arrived and there was stuff running down the wall behind the trash can in the room. The air conditioner was struggling to keep the room cold. It was either constantly running or I had to adjust it to kick it on. But overall everything else was great.

Our room had a see through shade that let all the parking lot lights in rather than a drape or a room darkening shade. The bathtub drain didn’t fit so there was no option to take a bath. And the room above us reverberated with noise until late at night. We have stayed here several times. This was our first bad experience.

The rooms were clean and service was good. The check in experience was not good. The front desk ladies were trying to be helpful. Many rooms were not cleaned yet by 3pm check in time.Many guests were hanging out in the lobby or in the heat waiting for at least an hour before their room was ready.

They use computers for room assignment Sent us to a room the was already occupied Scared the heck out of them There 3 days Each day they called my wife to tell her that she needed to checkout Note this was prepaid Each evening I would go by the desk and would say everything was cleared up - it wasn’t Staff was friendly but didn’t seem to have a clue about how work the computer system Not only would I not go back but I will not be using Hilton properties

The staff was not nice. They gave away my room to the people in front of us. Even though I had a reservation. I had to pick another room. Had to wait until 330 pm to check in. They refuse to give me a receipt at the end of my stay. I would not recommend this place.

No one was at front desk upon arrival checkin, she was in her car. Nothing unique about this property. The sink in the bathroom was broken. Housekeeping cleans the rooms(or at least what they call clean) every other day, you must beg for towels. We were on the second floor,Very noisy, all night long. Stay somewhere else!!

Great! Entire property was clean and organized. The lobby, reception area and rooms were all great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had nice updated fixtures. Breakfast had wide variety of hot and cold options, and was ready to go right at 6:00 am. Great for our early start. Demond, at the front desk was outstanding. Guest in front of us had tons of questions, and all were answered well. Many restaurants in the area close at 8:00, and Demond gave a great recommendation (Clear Springs Restaurant), which was outstanding.

Road construction in front of this property is terrible. It makes the hotel difficult to get in and out off. Traffic is heavy and the construction makes it much worse. But all of the name hotels in Nacogdoches are along this same stretch of highway.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and fully prepped for our stay. The only negatives were that we found the coffee containers empty multiple times during breakfast as well as the hot food offerings. As for maintenance, the handrail in the elevator was loose and missing a screw.

Facility was in good condition. Food prep staff ran out of breakfast at 9:00am. When asked to cook more by several occupants, she ignored us and did not restock eggs or sausage for complementary breakfast. Next morning we did not run out, after complaint was addressed with check in staff the day before.
