OK for pets but no pet area that I saw, parking lot dirty, and no waste bags. Seems that there are quite a few locals who live here daily. Could not use computers; was told that owner disconnected because a kid was using inappropriately overnight. Well, deal with the kid, not all of the other guests. Hotel lobby, breakfast area, and property overall seemed run-down.

There were holes in the carpet, one end of the main hall smelled like weed and urine. It was Memorial Day Weekend and pool was not open due to lack of inspection. I had a two night reservation and after staying one night I asked to check out the next morning and a get a refund on the second night and was told no, that it was a 2 night reservation so they could not refund one night. Not sure if that makes any sense, but will not stay here again.

This hotel was the poorest condition hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The smells, the carpets, the busted adjacent door to the connected room (and I mean split open like a construction job with concrete chunks l) the holes in the walls, the open doors in the hallways for group parties that were going on, the hanging wires from the ceiling throughout the main level, all the ice machines do not work on 3 out of the 4 levels of the hotel. The best part of the whole stay was the group of strangers I met on the elevator all saying how dissatisfied and disappointed we all were in the hotel. The poor front desk guy was trying his best, but it was clearly bad management who was there when I checked in, who was walking around with a gentlemen who must have been from corporate, and did not care to help out the front desk guy who was dearly with an upset guest and a line of 6 people who needed to check in.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy. I booked because it had a pool. Unfortunately, it was not open. The first room smelled funny, but the front desk quickly changed the rooms. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. Worst nights sleep ever. The staff were professional and nice to everyone.

Horrible if I hadn't been flying out at 6am I would have got a DIFFERENT HOTEL. I travel ALOT and I have stayed in MANY hotels. I will NEVER BE BACK to this one. First room smell was so bad I had to request a new room. The smell was mildew or something of that nature I even tried putting essential oil under my nose to see if I could tolerate it. Could not so I moved to a new room. Smell was better but still there. This "new" room was like I stepped back into the 70's & I mean the original carpet, curtains dirt or I don't know what on the walls. Black mold or mildew in the bathroom on the ceiling in shower. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I FELT IKKY IN A HOTEL ROOM. Like I said if I was staying any longer I would have changed hotels.

Wouldn’t stay again. Smells heavily like smoke. We had a nonsmoking room…Dirty in some areas. Broken glass by entry door. Shuttle driver did not greet us or extend warm welcoming at all. Thin walls. Can hear others talking and babies crying during the night. Would NOT recommend.

This hotel needs a major overhaul. Black mold in the bathroom on the walls and tub. Carpet stained and dirty. Housekeeping didn’t bother taking old subway sandwiches out of the refrigerator so the room spelled like onions. The A/C was not cooling. Needless to say, we won’t stay there again.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like weed and cigarettes, the bathroom had black mold and the tub was absolutely filthy. The bedding smelled like weed and urine and there was dirty spots all over the walls, which also had the wallpaper tearing off. The front desk lady was nice, lobby is nice and the breakfast was good, it’s close to the airport but that’s about it. I would never stay here again and please don’t if you have small children like we did. 0/10.

I've stayed in BW's all over the US many, many times. I can't get over what a dump this place was. The shower was disgusting - mold, dirty, no water pressure. The phone, soda machine, and pool were out of service. There was a big gathering in the parking lot, a million beer bottles and swearing. Cockroaches. Breakfast cold and no meat. The list goes on and on. I am scared to stay at BW going forward.

The room that they gave me was not clean it reeked of cigarette smoke the bathroom sink had hair in it and the tub wasn’t clean. On top of all of that the ceiling was covered in mold. I will Never stay at this property again!!!!

The hotel was fine for a one-night stay before catching an early flight. Neighboring rooms were noisy, but I earplugs helped. Bed was comfortable, pillows could have been better for my taste. We were told to just go downstairs for a shuttle when we needed it. When we did that, we found out that the shuttle runs every half hour. Fortunately, we were there just a few minutes before the half hour. Staff were friendly.

The room was ok. The mattress was like sleeping on a plank of wood. The bathroom had dark spots all around the seal in tub. Definitely dated, but clean. The breakfast was very good. Nice options and it actually tasted good.

Shuttle driver apparently decided to not come to work, so several groups scrambled to arrange Ubers at 4:30 in the morning. I called ahead of time and asked at check in regarding shuttle service to the airport and everyone said it started at 4:00 and ran every 30 minutes. The guy at the desk at 4:30 was eating pizza and said the driver was on his way and then got in his car and left. Not going back.

The first room was filthy tub was dirty, ice machine did not work, no soda in machines, we booked for 2 different days, as we were going on a trip. We came back on the 9th, was to be picked up at the airport, did not see anyone, called back and was told "well you were a no show, so I left." WHAT! We just told him to pick us up, plane landed at 11:30, got picked up at 1 am. The clerk on duty gave us a key for room 114, great except we could not get in after a lot of tries, now I am pissed, sent my wife to get another key, then the door to the room opened, and a pissed off woman wanted to know what I wanted! The room was occupied, I woke them up! It is now 1:29 am.....finally got a room next to them. breakfast was until 9:30, got there at 9 am. No eggs, potatoes, etc. only waffles. The water fountain in the LOBBY did not work either, so no water.The place is a joke, will never stay there again. Should have demanded my money back.....STAY AWAY!

The worst! Got in at 11pm and had to be up at 5:30am. 2 hours after I was in the room and fell asleep two men tried getting in my room. They left and came back. Finally I opened the door and said what are you doing. They were trying to get in because the clerk thought my room was empty. So after already being woke up twice I fell asleep again only to be woken up yet again by the clerk asking if the room was occupied? Obviously! I checked in 4 hours ago and have been woken up 3 times. If I didn’t have the chain lock on I would have woke up to two men in the room! Not an apology from the front desk! For your safety do not stay at this hotel

I called the front desk numerous times to request the shuttle from the airport. No one answered the phone over a 30 min period. I finally just ordered a Uber. The front desk was staffed when I arrived but the employee said he had just arrived for his shift and found the desk unattended. He was kind and apologized. The lobby and area behind the front desk was shabby, cluttered and unkempt. The room was run down but very clean and, honestly, that was the only reason we decided to stay.

Goodness. I stay here twice a month so I’m tired of leaving reviews every time. But, you should stay here. Property is a bit dated and some furnishings are worn and need replacement. But, super clean, great breakfast, few shuttle to and from airport, comfortable bed, wifi works well, and staff is the best.

They gave us our room key and when we went to the room and opened the door, ot was someone else's room. We went back downstairs and got a different room. This time the door wouldn't open. I think the deadbolt was on the door. We had to go back to the desk again to get a third room. Not a way to run a business.

They did not have a room with two beds for us when we arrived. We were told those rooms are given away on a first come, first served basis, and because we arrived late, they were gone. I pointed out that I had called to alert them to our late arrival and they did then “find” a room for us. The shuttle came almost immediately to pick us up at the airport, which was great, and everyone was friendly. The bathroom smelled like weed and the breakfast was mediocre, but that last fact makes sense given the price point.

When I checked in, a female clerk gave me a room that was already occupied. No big deal—I understand mistakes happen. Before I realized the room was taken, I went back downstairs and spoke with a male clerk, who reprogrammed the key. When I tried it again, the key still didn’t work. I went back downstairs, and this time he reprogrammed the key and came up with me. He managed to get the door open, and that’s when we discovered someone was already in the room. He then got an attitude and asked me for my room number, as if it were my fault that I had been given the wrong room.

The places was fully functional and the room was neat enough. Generally, though, many things were pretty banged up, old, dented, or wonky to work with. Noises from the walls of the elevators, creaky steps, smelly sections, etc. This made the room/hallways FEEL dirty, even though I think things generally seemed clean enough. Room walls were thin and doors didn’t do a great job of insulating either. The staff was often friendly enough, but inattentive or unavailable. Desk was empty on several occasions and I regularly saw a line. Lastly, the surrounding area was fine if one is driving. But it’s not very traversable on foot. There aren’t any sidewalks, and it’s along a broad road with no crosswalks nearby. This is a little weird given its proximity to the airport. The distance to the downtown area should also be considered, as a ride from any of the ridesharing apps can easily be $20-$30.

This property was very close to the airport and reasonably priced and that drove my choice. On arrival, the parking lot had many vehicles with people "hanging out" and difficult to get a spot. The hotel is very outdated and "tired" the furniture in the room was threadbare and we placed towels over the love seat to sit on it. No USB or updated amenities at bedside. Breakfast was "ok" but coffee machine did not work right. Luckily, we were just there for one night before our flight or would have left.

Looks nice from the outside but inside lobby is hot and outdated. Shady people walking around. The room smelled like cigarettes really bad. I had to change rooms. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. The only good thing is that it is close to the airport.

This seems to be an old hotel with smelly hallways, probably previously smoking allowed. My room at least didn't smell so that was acceptable. The gal that checked me in was super perky and friendly and the location was great for a quick flight the next morning. Bed was definitely an old spring mattress so could have used an upgrade. Overall the hotel met my needs for an overnight prior to an early flight but would not enjoy a multiple night stay.

Hotel was clean, our room was very clean. Beds were super firm, so nice if you like a firm bed. There was only one trash can in the room which was in the bathroom and a small one at that. The breakfast was really good, a ton to choose from. I would stay here again.

The hotel seemed quite dated tho I can tell they have tried to give updated look, I will say the staff were nice ,the a/c did not work, so my room was very warm. Bed was hard ,it felt like I was sleeping on box spring,it made me sleep very difficult. The breakfast was ok,very standard to everyone else these days. Bathroom has trip hazard, the threshold to bathroom is raised higher than room floor so if your not aware ( as I first was not) you stub into it as you enter bathroom
