The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, although we were disappointed by the high use of 'single-use' plates, cups, and plastic utensils. The pool was great.

we were mis-led as to the availability of a hot tub on the premises / per the manager that amenity was removed more than a year ago yet it was featured on the Expedia website Friday night's stay was disrupted by late check-ins with extremely rude, loud children running through the hallways until 2:30am or so all in all a disappointing stay

We booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. Just to get there and be told the pool is CLOSED til further notice. And hot tub is closed permanently. I could of stayed in the hotel behind it and had both and cheaper and got points

Check-in was quick and staff very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Hot breakfast was tasty. Always enjoy our stay here. Only thing we miss are the hot tubs which have been sadly decommissioned.

The indoor pool is large and fun for the kids but the rooms smell bad like wet carpet or smoking. People in the front room talking on their phones instead of assisting customers.

Overall great stay for our family of 5. Clean comfortable room and nice front desk service and breakfast provided. The kids loved the pool but the pool bathrooms weren’t very clean.

From the outside, this hotel doesn't look too bad. However, the room we stayed in was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. The bathroom fan had layers of dust and dirt and appeared to not have been cleaned in multiple years. The side and base of the toilet had pee on it and was disgusting. The whole room was damp and the carpet felt as if it wasn't dry. We went swimming the first night there to let the kids get energy out and out swimsuits were still not dry two days later, after letting them hang out in the open in the room the whole time. The first morning there were plenty of breakfast options. The second day there, the breakfast area was overwhelmed by guests and there was only one person working in the space who was not able to keep up. There was no milk for cereal, no plates or cutlery, and food supply was low. The walls were extremely thin and everything could be heard all times of the days. The price we paid, even booking through Expedia, was way too high for what this was and we will not stay at another Country Inn & Suites.

This property was disgusting. They tried to book us into 2 different room that hadn’t been cleaned, the beds weren’t made and the floor was sticky. They finally put us in room #3, at least the bed was kinda made. The walls, furniture and carpets were all stained terribly and there was, what appeared to be urine spots on the toilet, didn’t look like they cleaned it. The guy at the desk was friendly, but in the end, even though we had already paid $151 for the night, we left and stayed somewhere else. I called to see if the company would give me a refund, we’ll see.

Not the right room I booked and the room I got was dirty

Completely revolting. The room smelled musty, mildewy, and like it had been an old smoker's room. Both the shower and the sink were slow to drain. Bits of human detritus floated up from the depths and swirled around. There was what looked like toothpaste drips on the mirror in the bathroom. Remnant hairs on the bedside table. There was also mold growing under the cabinet next to the mini fridge. If I had had the option I would have walked right out with my kids but we were desperate for a room. We had a suite with a sofa bed but were not supplied with sheets. When I went to the lobby to ask for them, the staff disappeared down the hall and came back with a mattress cover, sheet and pillows. Said I could come back in an hour for the blanket once it was done drying. The other lady who was running the desk looked like she was in her pajamas. I used to stay at Country Inn & Suites all the time but they have gone downhill. I won't be staying at this chain ever again.

It’s needs a good cleaning!

The first room we were checked into was filthy room 200. The beds had been remade with dirty sheets that had chip crumbs and hair all over them. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, there was a used plastic fork behind the curtain, stains were in the desk chair that looked like bodily fluids, and hair all over the bathroom. Went to the front desk and told them about what we encountered when we got up to the room. There was no apology but they did quickly get us moved to another room. When we got to the second room, room 202, it was cleaner but still pretty disgusting. There was what appeared to be blood on the back of the bathroom door and on the wall, the sofa bed mattress also had blood stains on it, hair was on the floor in the bathroom and, greesey hand prints all over the microwave. I'll be honest if I hadn't prepaid through Expedia I would have asked for a refund. Working in the hospitality industry, I try my hardest not to complain but, the rooms were completely unacceptable. The bathroom door in the pool area wouldn't even close all of the way. When we came down to breakfast the 3 gentleman working were very nice and amazing at keeping the area clean. I will say as a hotel manager I was astounded when the woman that had been working at the front desk came off of the elevator onto the second floor smoking a vape. She also was not dressed professionaly at all with a speghetti strap top on. This property has a lot of potential, hopefully the other issues will be addressed.

The room was very dirty and musty. There was a panel missing from the bathroom door and paint peeling in the room. The hallways and starirwells had mold and paint peeling and the drywall was falling off the ceiling. It was way overpriced and based on the quality of the room there should be some sort of refund.

The floors in the room and bathroom were dirty. There was hair all over the toilet and floors, grime along the edges of the floors. The walls were disgusting. The mirror had hand prints and smears all over. There was a pair of shoes left in the room from whoever stayed before. The mattresses had yellow stains all over. The room smelled like urine. We wouldn’t even take our shoes off in the room. They ran out of clean shower towels. They ran out of breakfast.

Busy place. Sloppy cleaning.

Hotel Building is definitely needing maintenance. Outside chairs need new cushions.landscaping needs weeded- porch needs new paint. Downstairs main hallway (1st floor) needs new carpets. Room 151 needs a new ac unit as well as the bed needs leveling. I’m sure it was a very nice place at one time but it definitely needs attention.

The bedding was dirty and both beds squeaked loudly. The staff was very cooperative and tried to accommodate the situation. The floors had a slime feel to it and the reason for stopping the pool was closed. So overall poor experience. This was our thirs stay here also

Room with 2 queen beds. Beds were very uncomfortable. Mattresses are very old and need to be replaced. Hotel is very dated. Carpet in halls also need to be replaced.

Hotel is in need of a refresh. They’ve decked over a hot tub that existed in the pool area. Rooms are dark and in need of fresh paint, bathrooms need work, and modern furniture. Our mattresses had dips and you could feel the coils poking your back. Prices were also high given the area and age of the hotel. Breakfast was nice though with good selection. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Good thing we were there to remedy that before it filled and flooded. The temperature in the room was set at 64 degrees. Brrrr. We left to get something to eat and send a message about the door. I got a message back that someone would contact me shortly, no one ever did. We proceeded to barricade the door with a chair so that we could sleep with no worries. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable, but I did manage to get some sleep. Breakfast was fine. Typical breakfast food. Went back to our room to shower and get on the road, the body wash was empty. Now e good thing to mention is that the toilet paper was soft. Would not stay here again.

The location was good for an easy off and back on the highway. The staff was friendly. The room was not very clean and when we pulled out the sofa bed there was a huge stain on the mattress, which was not the best quality to begin with. We could not find any bedding for it, so we requested bedding that never came. In the end that was fine because we decided not to use it, because it was gross. The music they pipe through the hotel was very loud and we could hear it in our room, which was annoying. The whole hotel is starting to look a little worn and could use an update. This was fine for the one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer. If we come through the area again I probably would try one of the other hotels to see if it is better.

Staff was really great. Rooms quiet and spacious.

Bed mattress had stains, room above had running noise until after 10 PM..called the front desk and they said they would address it. Later had to go to the front desk. Wouldn't call the room until after 10 pm. TV screen was fuzzy..terrible picture, water barely warm..we stayed here in the spring and it wasn't like this. Will never stay here again!

The shower was great! Bed not so comfortable and the fitted sheet would not stay in place.

The room was fine and the bed was comfortable, however the front desk staff was rude and the breakfast was terrible. We got down to breakfast an hour before it was over and most of the food was gone, the trash cans were overflowing and everything was dirty. We tried addressing the concerns with management and the assistant manager just hung up on us. They offered us a $30 credit which we never received.

Outstanding staff!! The guest laundry was out of service. The staff. Washed and dried my clothes and even folded them for me!!!

We went through 3 rooms before we found one that wasn't nasty. They smelled like mildew and pot, had dirty seating areas, and had busted up fixtures. The hallway and staircase also smelled like marijuana. The staff was helpful in finding an adequate room, but also unprofessional (on their phones, earbuds in, not in uniform). Breakfast tasted good and there was a good variety of options. There was only 1 staff member working and he was so overwhelmed. The lines got long and the trash piled up. The pool is large with plenty of seating. However, the chase lounges need to be replaced. Also, the doors to the bathrooms are swollen and rusted. The pool bathrooms are very dirty. The website said this hotel accepted pets, but when I called the lady said no, absolutely not. Once we got there, that was clearly not the case! There were dogs everywhere. I got our room through Expedia and I would have lost all of my money if I canceled my stay, but I was sooooooo disappointed. Strongly do not recommend.

I am not one to complain, but our stay was terrible. Things were clean-ish, definitely need some updates, which is fine by me. However, check-out it at noon. We had housekeeping knock on our door at 9:30 and 10:30 asking us if we needed more time before leaving. We didn’t have bedding for the pull out couch, we tried calling the front desk twice and our phone wasn’t working. We finally went to the front desk to get what we needed. The next morning we didn’t have shampoo for our shower, we asked housekeeping one of the two times they were trying to hurry us out of our room, she said she didn’t have any on her cart and left. Check in was incredibly quick and front desk staff were incredibly nice. One elevator was also broken, so we had to take the stairs with 3 kids and luggage.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

Customer service was great!

This was my first visit to the property as well as the specific hotel chain. I was greeted at the check-in desk by a very friendly woman. This process took about five minutes! The faster you can get me to my room, the happier I am. Cleanliness of the entire hotel was extremely impressive. I always use a blacklight in hotel rooms just to satisfy my curiosity...didn't see one glowing thing! Not sure how that's possible, but WOW! We needed fresh towels one day and after hanging up the phone we got the delivery within minutes! The staff is on point! The indoor/outdoor heated pool was spotless inside and out. I'd love to see them add an indoor hot tub. The area is already there. It made for an excellent place to play VR! The breakfast is something special. You can choose from eggs, sausages, hash browns, bacon, biscuits and gravy, full size waffles, mini waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast and more! They even have packets of NUTELLA, but people are really greedy, so grab one if you can. The staff working the breakfast room couldn't be any nicer......a genuine nice! I loved my stay, and I will definitely be back. WELL DONE! WELL DONE!

The property manager Scott was amazing! Best customer service we’ve experienced in a very long time. We will definitely return to this property!

Quick stop off the interstate passing through, friendly staff at check in, room comfortable.

Right off the highway. Lots of people at this hotel. Plenty of other cars in the parking lot. Safe and secure area.

Breakfast they promote was disgusting…cold, tasteless and staff was rude shoving everyone out of the way to replenish. Why bother?! It used to he great, what happened? Better to have nothing and also no fruit??

The location was very good for our travel. This is the second time we have stayed here. I was disappointed by the breakfast the first time and further disappointed the second. No fresh fruit, egg mixture is awful, the toasting machine didn't work right. No sausage or potatoes on Sunday morning. We will be checking oit another hotel next time.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and they did not have coffee any morning that we stayed. They said they were working on it - they should have purchased some for the customers. Also the breakfast had no fruit - fresh or otherwise, Also the sheets on the bed did not fit and they would come of during the night. Not fun.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

This property was great! Currently under repair from a water leak… bathroom was having some repairs, but otherwise the breakfast and cookies were OUT OF THIS WORLD, the poor was super clean and warm, and the staff had amazing personalities! I would stay here again!
