The washing machines were broken. The bed skirts were filthy. The chairs were so stained ...i wouldnt sit on it. The staff was sweet and moved me to another room when the remote would not work but the room was about the same condition. I realize the time was not for swimming in a pool but the pool looked like it was under construction. Totally not what the pictures represented.

The reason I gave it an average rate for the outside area is due to the parking as it states on the website for the quality inn that they have RV/ truck /trailer parking available and that is false advertisement. This location has limited parking and there is no turnaround for big vehicles or trailers to get turned around in.

Staff was AMAZING - loved chatting with them. Pool was clean and warm - kids had a blast swimming while we relaxed on the lounge chairs beside the pool. Room was clean and tidy - regular beds were SO comfortable! Sofa bed needs a new mattress, but the kids didn’t mind lol Overall - if we are back this way we will definitely stay again 😊

The room was neat and clean. Small but efficient. Stayed with my dog (Labrador). Nice dog walk area behind hotel. Very well lit. Felt very safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good…biscuits and gravy was tasty. Good coffee. Location very convenient to I25S and has gas station right across street.

I would not recommend this hotel. The pool was in terrible condition and closed even though we booked it with a pool. The “manager” had an emergency and the person filling in didn’t have a clue of what to do checking people in. I asked for a discount as the pool was not available and I was told “I don’t know how to do that.” I asked for a refund so I could find a decent hotel and was told “I’m not authorized to do that.” I’ve reached out to the manager but she’s not returned my call or email. If you’re going to manage a property, someone needs to know how to manage it when you’re not available. The side doors were broken and not available to take luggage in and out. At 6:15am the coffee was gone and no one was available to refill it. We were told that at checkout, someone had to be at the desk to take your key card or we’d be charged for another night. No one was at the desk and no one came when bell at the desk was rung.

Only issue was the sliding front door was not working. It was hard to open and closing. Breakfast was wonderful. It was quiet and bed was great. Tv was a issue with the remote. I would stay there again. Staff was great.

The photos on the website do not match this property. It's extremely run down and dirty. The comforter was shredded and had cigarette burn marks. The shower curtain had blood on it. The bathtub did not drain well after showers. The lobby reeked of vape smoke regardless of multiple No Smoking signs. The breakfast was out of most of the limited options. I could keep going, but you get the picture. Just an awful place, go anywhere else.

Room tub was not clean- hair in tub- something gross on the wall; The bed was nicely made; BUT the coverlet had something gross on it. The TV remote didn’t work; there was only one washcloth in the bathroom; No cup to rinse your mouth; Ceiling was patched; Fridge wasn’t working; Key card was iffy; Sidewalk was in poor repair; Facility was old - felt dirty; Hallway Carpet seemed dirty; Front desk treated an elderly couple poorly; Breakfast didn’t offer eggs - no real protein item; It was clean and orderly; On and on…

We got to our room and realized there was no blanket on the bed, just sheets... they had completely forgot to give our beds any kind of comforters and I had to go down to the desk to get blankets which took them 20 minutes to find and they ended up giving up blankets that didn't even fit our beds. The room hadn't well been cleaned. We found large balls of dust and lint just around the room and old food in the fridge not to mention to flies greeting us in the room upon arrival. For paying over $120 a night, we hoped for better... not great, just better. Blankets and a clean room at least!

Our first room was not cleaned, still was torn apart from previous use that they were cleaning. The new room was handled quickly. Our shower was clogged and leaked as well as our sink. The sheets were stained, did not feel very cleanly at all

The bathroom light was out and didn't work. The furniture in the room was stained and pretty gross. The room smelled funky. The individual helping us check in charged us, even though we had already paid. The woman who helped with our refund and deal with Expedia to get a refund too was great!

Doors do not shut well on rooms or bathroom very well. We rented two rooms and both were this way. In one room left overs from previous person was in fridge and hand prints on mirror. Small ants in bathroom. In our 2nd room we had the coffee machine with old coffee pouch in it from previous people. Breakfast was alright and it is pet friendly. Bedding looked clean..

Everything was going well…until we tried to get in the WiFi to work. We had absolutely NO WIFI the entire time. We were told that “someone” was working on it…but obviously that was unsuccessful. Very inconvenient!!

The first room did not have working door lock. Staff didn’t seem to know. Door obviously had been jimmied previously. Would not even close. Only stayed here because last minute res. Wont again. Rooms had a funk. Must be from smoking and pets. Should be a $75 room. Mattress was comfy though. Shower good

They checked us into a room, when we walked in someone was in the room…THEN they got us a new room, the keys didn’t work to get in…two times we had to go back to the desk to get new keys, and there was blood all over the mattress. We left and did not stay there. We also came back to a note on the door that said for the 3rd time they didn’t properly check us in. And to come back to the desk a 4th time

Very run down, the light switches did nothing and the phone didn't work to call first services. The mattress on the pullout bed was earmark crushed and provided no padding, teenage son opted to sleep on the chair as it was more comfortable.

If you’re looking to get a room for 3 people and sleep separately, don’t get this one. The one that I got had 2 queens and a foldable couch futon. The beds were good, but the futon is a spring mattress that’s like inch and a half thick. Impossible to sleep on.

The room keys didn’t work. The door to the room we had a lot of trouble opening and closing. The curtain didn’t close all the way. We had to get a paper clip to hold curtains shut. Staff was very friendly. The pool area looked nice although we didn’t use it. There is very little around except fast food and Denny’s.

I made a reservation online through Expedia for one price after arriving to the location the price jumped by $500 a night. When asked why price jumped all I was told is I would have to talk to manager on Monday and the ladies working the desk were very rude and unprofessional. I will never stay here.

We came to Cheyenne for Frontier Days we stayed 7/26-7/28. We was traveling as a family. I called a few months ahead to pay my half, and when we checked in my mom was going to pay her half. When we went to check in the front desk clerk did not confirm which card we wanted to use and charged my card again. He did not once confirm the type of payment, or did not tell me the amount he charges. He said he does not think he can give a refund. Already a bad taste in my mouth after that. The actual hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. The day of check out we left at 3am because we had a long drive back home and yet another front desk staff was asleep on the lobby couch. Makes you feel real safe when the person on duty is sound asleep snoring.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit outdated in terms of furniture, but it was extremely clean and looked new (just out of style) so you can tell they take good care of things. The bed was super comfortable. The free hot breakfast is very sparse, probably because there is a restaurant right across the street that offers full $5 breakfasts. We were the only ones in the entire hotel to have breakfast there that morning that I know of which was choice of yogurt, biscuits and gravy, waffle, cereal, coffee, three juice options, peanut butter, toasts, muffins bagels, cream cheese, butter, jelly, and other condiments. The room was quiet even though it was right by the Interstate. There was plenty of parking and we were able to park our 30ft trailer no problem. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was acceptable. The bathroom fixtures looked very worn. The breakfast was disappointing as there was no eggs or yogurt. There was no staff to monitor the breakfast area, to keep it stocked. Also, it is right next to a truck stop so there is a lot of outside noise.
