The property was under construction and it was not noted anywhere when I made the reservations or before I arrived at the hotel. They stated they had a continental breakfast, but due to the construction they did not provide any food as was promised on their site. My father also stayed at the same hotel and was also not notified when he made the reservation or before he arrived. The staff on site were friendly. Also the first room I was offered was not clean so we were allowed to move to another room.

The main reason for staying at this hotel was for the hot continental breakfast and the pool / I called the week before my arrival to confirm my reservation and was never advised that the hotel was undergoing renovations so if my five day, 2 days we were only offered cold items, prepackaged muffins, etc for breakfast so we ended up spending $ for two days of breakfast out and the pool was closed the entire time

Excellent!! I’ve come to Cheyenne numerous times and this was our first time staying here and everything was great! Room was very clean. Polite staff. Good variety breakfast. Pool and hot tub were excellent and running properly. Pool water was nice and warm. Heated area coming out of pool felt amazing. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Nice and quiet. No ridiculous rules like SureStay.

Spacious, clean, modern room with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space and a nice shower/tub with high water pressure flow; easily the best stay on our long western states vacation. Wide, well lit hallways and convenient parking close to our 1st floor room. Continental breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend!

I’m surprised at the rating for this hotel. Positives are the area feels safe and it’s conveniently located just off the highway. However; it is one of the dirtiest rooms we’ve stayed in. There was hair everywhere- the bathroom floor, the tub, even the sheets. And the sheets smelled awful, like used gym clothes. There was yellow stains on the comforter. The room was also very hot and when we adjusted the thermostat, it didn’t kick on any AC to cool the room.

The room was comfortable, and shining clean. The breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon rolls. We also had the choice of sausage, omlets, fried potatoes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and more. The location made a quick and easy drive to the 17th street restaurant area. The hotel gave us a recommendation, and Sanfords Grub and Pub located there was excellent. This was a great stay.

The room was OK but becoming rundown. Not our usual IHG experience. Nail sticking out between carpet and tile that we covered with a towel. Had to ask for extra tissues and toilet paper the first day, the AC kept running no matter the thermostat, so we had to shut it off. The fridge didn’t keep sodas very cold at all, and the freezer was iced shut. We had to call the front desk to help us get the TV working. However, the front desk staff was amazing and helpful during our stay, the common areas were clean, and the pool was very nice and fun. Overall a good stay, but not the best room this time.

Matt in the kitchen was super nice and accommodating to everyone (even when they didn’t deserve his hospitality). We feel he was taken advantage of but he responded with grace and a smile and you don’t see that every day. We were so impressed watching his response to the other guest.
